We are at least once a week visitors to Cafe Rio's around the Vegas valley. We had been stuck in a large traffic slowdown on the 15 (what's new) and needed to relax and grab a late lunch. We had never visited this location before, so we were excited to give it a try. Am I glad we did. The gentleman working the line told us they needed to get more hardshell for the Tostada's, and it would be a few minutes. He went over and had the cashier give us a couple of drinks cups while we waited. That's a level of service you just don't receive any longer, unfortunately. The Tostado's he put together were some of the best we've ever had. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. We will be going back here again in the near future.

Just got some chips and guac. They got real good chips and although it didn't look so great when got home and opened it up. That guac did me. It was great and actually liked their salsa more than remembered.

Google
I loved it! I had the shredded chicken salad, my friend had the steak salad. It was great 👍

A friend took me here due to its proximity to the Guitar Center (we are ProAm musicians), good chow, decent value, Large large sodas. They'll make almost everything as a salad, just lay on the lettuce. Finish with Cojita cheese, the Mexican parmesan.

Google
This is my go-to Cafe Rio. The service is always good. The staff is friendly and willing to fix any mistakes they make. The food usually excellent. Never had an issue. My only suggestion is that they keep up on cleaning tables. Yesterday when we were there, it was so clean that you could eat off of the floor though. So I can’t complain. Sometimes when we go they have been slammed and haven’t had a chance to wipe things down.

One of my favorite quick and healthy meal place. The staff here are pretty great and always amazing at keeping the line moving fast. So I have never waited to long 😁 I had such a great experience ,staff polite and friendly and fast service ,definitely the best Cafe Rio in town. I love their yummy big salads/tostadas, also one of the things I like about this place too ,is that all the ingredients are freshly prepared and served in front of you and you can customize your order in any way you want. Everything they have is fresh and delicious. Love that they make fresh flour tortillas. They also have a good rewards app where you can earn free meal when you collect enough points. We frequent Cafe Rio regularly. We always have good experiences. If we experience a problem they are quick to resolve. This is definitely our go-to for Mexican-American food with healthy options.

Just tried to patronize this business. It says it closes at 9, we walked in at 8:10. Their crew looks extremely unprofessional, and over being in the store. Everyone was hanging out in the front of the lounge, and seemed agitated that someone walked in. The food was disgusting and dried up, it looked extremely old. The server told us they only had pork, and nothing else. Most of the serving options were empty, or clearly not correct temperature. Is this how this establishment is ran? Poor customer service, poor atmosphere, poor food quality. As someone who LOVES Cafe rio, I am completely shocked because the reviews seemed good. Is this a night issue?

Google
Cafe Rio is fresh and delicious every time. I used to eat Cafe Rio all of the time until I moved back East and it is greatly missed. Cafe Rio tops Chipotle, Moes, or any other competitors. This location was especially clean and service was fast. The hostess spoke both Spanish and English for customers of all types. Horchata was cold and delicious. I my favorite is the burritos. Or, I recommend the salad if you aren’t counting calories.

Yelp
I ordered the pollo asado taco. One. The girl behind the counter didn't ask and just put cheese on it, the other girl did ask if I wanted it remade but I did not want to be wasteful, and took the food. The blended pico like salsa was pretty good. Delicioso. The diet pepper was not working, not a big deal, but strike 2. The restaurant was clean so that is a plus. Overall, the food wasn't too bad, think Chipotle/Qudoba like food. Nothing to write home about.

Yelp
Review for Cafe Rio, Las Vegas Blvd:Service: Abysmal. Confronted with a query about the quality of their offerings, an employee brazenly replied with "I don't care," echoing the sentiment in both Spanish and English. Such apathy is not just disappointing; it's unacceptable. This level of indifference towards customer concerns and the quality of service crushes any stereotype that Latinos, let alone any Cafe Rio staff are hard workers and proud of what they do. Wait Time: Excruciatingly slow. For an order as simple as four soups, with no other customers in line, a 20-minute wait is inexplicable and inexcusable. This isn't just slow; it's a glaring sign of operational incompetence. Overall Impression: A total letdown. This visit revealed a stark lack of effort, pride in work, and basic customer service skills. For those seeking a dining experience that values quality and efficiency, look elsewhere. Cafe Rio on Las Vegas Blvd fails spectacularly to deliver on even the most fundamental levels of satisfactory service.

Yelp
The food is good but damn. If you order online your food should be ready to be pick up right? Because that's the reason you order online is not to wait for the food it's grab it and go. This is ridiculous of wait time on our end. Not going back here again. I don't like to do bad reviews but this is excessive wait time. I've waited 20 minutes for an online order.

Yelp
I really enjoy Cafe Rios food, especially their burritos and quesadillas, which are usually my go to items. I especially love their famous tres leches dessert. Today however, I went with a salad which definitely didn't disappoint. It was a tasty, healthy lunch salad that I look forward to trying again. And the service was great as well.

Yelp
Been here several times for takeout orders. Compared to other Cafe Rios in Vegas, this is probably the easiest to order at. Other locations have a tall plexiglass (which I understand for covid or health reasons), but it makes it so hard to place an order. Plus other locations have loud music playing. Out of all the Cafe Rios in town, this by far has been the cleanest and easiest place to order. Plus their staff is always helpful and friendly. There is also an outdoor dining area as well. The food is always made correctly and I've never had any issues.

Yelp
Another good spot for Nachos, the portions are hefty good enough for two! The location is perfect at the Town Square Shopping Center. The service was good and quick. Sweet Pork Barbacoa and Mint Limeade is the go to! I was happy that this location had the Mint Limeade since that's my fave! On the menu: Sweet Barbacoa Nachos topped with shredded cheese, pico de gallo, creamy tomatillo dressing, sour cream, cilantro and limes. And a side of Queso Dip for an extra charge. Mint Limeade Drink Horchata Drink Our meal was deliciously perfect!

Yelp
My experience today with this location was not good at all. Two staff members behind the glass near the menu were laughing loudly. I point that out because the person taking the orders spoke softly and mumbled. He was rude and completely disinterested in taking orders. The person at the counter ringing the orders was rude, she slammed my cup down on the counter when her co-worker asked her to grab chips for my order. The food was decent but not worth the money for this type of experience.

Yelp
I have no idea what to order for in-house lunch for six. I vaguely remember having a delicious Cafe Rio salad at an event. So be it! I had questions about the order and called the 800-CAFERIO for assistance. A woman named, Jax(?), helped me with the deets. Nacho Bat for the win!

Yelp
Super clean location!!!! The staff here was extra professional. Good job. I'll make sure this is my primary Cafe Rio when I'm craving the steak burrito.

Yelp
This location is a good one compared to the other locations. Organized and clean and also a friendly team! I usually don't have good experiences at cafe rio and I always just get my food to-go but today I enjoyed my lunch inside. I was warmly greeted when I entered and the manager even asked if everything was good while I was eating. Never had such a lovely experience at any other cafe rio! They need to take NOTEs from this location. Gaby was lovely and sweet towards me and made my food with love!
google avatar

Brittany C.

Yelp
The food is good however the service is really lacking. I waited for a long time before greeted and even sat at the counter a few minute (as up next in line) and felt ignored. I can see the staff is doing something else but a simple acknowledgement and an "I'll be right with you" would have been nice. I did a take out order for a tostada with dressing on the side. When I got back to work, the dressing spilt all over the bag yet the container was gone. So, the worker spilt it all over in the store and threw away the container and did not bother to give me a new one or a clean bag. Not a very good experience here.

Yelp
The more and more I eat at Cafe Rio, it's growing on me. I really enjoyed my carne asada burrito with enchilada sauce. The customer service was not bad either. They're were on it on picking up the trays and bussing the tables. That's a plus.

Yelp
I'm going to leave a happy five stars because I have really happy and cool staff tonight. I honestly really been having awful services because young staff always in bad mood, rude and impolite. But tonight Jeremy and Casey made a difference. Thank you guys for having fun at work and being awesome with customers. We are lucky to have a job, and we should appreciate others for been customers! Well I'm glad to see "pollo asado" in the menu. It is delicious. Don't let go those those two guys .. thank you and please keep it up!

Yelp
this cafe rio has been a terrible experience everytime i go there and i feel like management needs to do a better job or they just don't care. everytime i go in it's dirty, you can tell the workers do not clean, the trash is always full, the food line is never stocked. i understand the workers are in high school but they could try atleast a little. just don't waste your time at this cafe rio, there's so many more that prepare the food better.

Yelp
The place was so dirty. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. We were waiting at the cashier, they were doing a shift change. The manager and 2 associates where there no hello, or we will be with you shortly. The caisher looked like she didn't want to be there.

Yelp
Came during peak lunch hours & was quickly attended too. Everything tasted great, good portions & friendly staff. Clean store, had great lemonades & its so close! love the location.

Yelp
Don't come to this location unless absolutely necessary. Their people are poorly trained! It's not worth the aggravation when there are so many other places to eat around!

Yelp
We got quesadillas, rice bowls, chips & salsa, enchiladas, tacos and tres leches. The food was yum!

Yelp
I hope this is the correct Cafe Rio ( there were 4 to choose from....with no addresses) the one I went to was on Eastern Avenue just north of Silverado Ranch. I am not a frequent patron, my girlfriend normally goes. So I am not well versed on the different ingredients, sauces, etc. I was ordering two lunches. One was from a text with the desired ingredients. The woman that was assembling the orders was downright rude and very impatient. Like she wanted to get me done and out of the way. Her name, I found out later, is Vicky. She was horrible. Turns out she messed up the order as well. After the bad service getting my order together, I asked the check out guy, Moses, why the crappy service? He said she has other things to do....my response was..."You have CUSTOMERS!!!!" He couldn't have cared less. As a point of reference, I was the ONLY customer in line. Not a soul behind me. I do hope that Vicky and Moses have this brought to their attention and work to improve their customer service. The food is decent but not so good to override such rude attitudes.

Yelp
I am unsure why there are so many people in this place that look like heath nuts. In gym clothes and look like their body and health is their life... as if this is some sort of healthy place to eat. They try to even give off that vibe too.... because this place is disgusting. I swear I got something here and it was basically just sitting in a cup of grease. I had to wring out my quesadilla. It was so bad you could skip buying a drink and just take that cup of grease and have a full 8 oz cup.

Yelp
I'm surprised the reviews aren't higher for Cafe Rio. We've eaten at a different location in the past, but this was our first time at this one. The make everything as you order - kind of like Chipotle but slower. Because some items go on the grill or under the broiler, the line doesn't move very quickly. But what we ordered was great! I had the salad with shredded chicken and house dressing. It starts with a tortilla lining the bottom of the bowl, rice and beans, followed by your choice of meat, topped with lettuce (I like that they use romaine), then pico de gallo and a small scoop of guac, topped with shredded tortilla chips. My husband had the beef enchiladas with the medium (hatch chile) salsa and really liked it. We of course got chips and guac, which tasted homemade and some of the best guac I've had from a casual Mexican restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
In my head this was more on par with chipotle than reality. The portion size is bigger which is about the only plus side over chipotle. The food tasted okay but the offerings were really limited for a vegetarian. They have vegetarian listed but it's just beans rice and lettuce. At least at chipotle they offer corn, veggie protein and fajita veggies. Granted most people aren't vegetarians so this is a skewed review but it is my review... shoulder shrug

Yelp
Both times I have been to this location. The young lady working the counter has been the same person. First time when taking my payment. She was looking down at her phone texting. As I was on my lunch break I was in a rush. She waited a good 7 to 10 seconds before pushing a button to complete the payment. Today when taking my payment she walked away before even saying my payment approved. I have worked in the food industry for over 4 years in my last position and I wouldn't keep an employee for a second that was that inattentive to my customers. Spoke with a couple of the guys from work to see if they had the same experience with his employee. Not only did they know exactly who I was talking about. But they have countless stories of this happening. Won't be back to this location.

Yelp
Came at 8:45 when they close at 9 and the doors were locked and no one would let us in. Lazy

Yelp
I can't tell you how frustrated I am with food service workers leaving stuff I ordered out of the bag. * This time they forgot the house dressing, even though I ordered it. Is that a big deal? Kinda, I wanted to eat dinner with my family but I'm running back to cafe rio to get dressing so we can all eat separately. * But also this isn't the first time this location has done this. * Only 6 people in the restaurant so they weren't busy. * No apology... * Like who doesn't just say their sorry? Even if it's not their fault they should still apologize on behalf of the business. * She wasn't mean, she was indifferent. So she just doesn't give a sh__. * Manager made no effort even though he saw me before and knew I came back. Wouldn't even look at me, really? Why not? Over dressing missing? If he won't take responsibility for that, he won't take responsibility for your jacked up order. * So I'm done here. This location is off my list. I'm so tired of the lack of concern nowadays. It's sickening to me that people don't care like they used to. So when I got home my tacos weren't made with the meat I ordered. So sad. Kinda ruined my night.

Yelp
Rude employees, dirty restaurant- the one on blue diamond is much better. Employees coughing and not washing their hands- no bueno.

Yelp
Ordered DBL Chicken Enchiladas (on menu it's $8.99) and you need to buy beans & rice separately (it's only $1 for each). Also, ordered a side of guac & chips. I'd never had Cafe Rio before & will not ever purchase it for myself again. The chicken inside enchiladas was salty & there was ZERO enchilada sauce....literally shell, dry salty chicken & cheese sprinkled on top. The salad that was on the side was good. The guac was watery? The sad part is that this cost $18!! I just knew it was going to be delicious due to advertisement of freshness & usually delicious fresh food cost more. If someone bought it for me is the only way I'd eat here again. I'll just add some sour cream & chopped onions to it. Tortilla ChipsBeans and RiceShredded Chicken Enchiladas

Sally B.

Yelp
After waiting in the very slow going line 20 minutes, I was told they had no signature pulled pork! That's there thing! Put a sign on the door so people don't have to wait 20 minutes in line. Very slow, grilled chicken was super dry. Not clean. Never again

Todd B.

Yelp
Overall the place is very clean and well organized. The food I seen being made looked awesome. One suggestion, have them cut down on the lettuce for the toppings. I order salad and the person before me ordered a tortilla and had the same amount of lettuce
google avatar

Yelp
Great food but even better service! Wish I could leave five stars but I also wish I could leave a tip. How insane is it to not allow tipping to such beautiful and hard working employees. Business owners better start understanding that without your workforce you have no business. Not only is this location constantly busy but now you're requiring them to wear a mask in the heat of summer! You better start letting them make tips because I know their hourly is probably a joke. And people wonder why there is such a high turn over rate at fast food locations. I have worked in the food service industry for almost ten years and I cannot believe that I can't not only tip on my card but also was informed that these employees are also not allowed to take cash tips, on Las Vegas Boulevard none the less!!
google avatar

Dustin E.

Yelp
Meh. It was edible. The staff was very impatient and not helpful. The food was average or below. I try Cafe Rio every couple of years hoping it will get better. It just doesn't. There are so many better options. I don't have much nice to say, so I'll keep it short. Try somewhere else.
google avatar

Mich G.

Yelp
Just give me a reason why you don't clean your stuffs? Cafe Rio is a really good Franchise but this specific one kitchen is always really dirty ! Each time I have to avoid taking sauce because I'm scared that could make me sick.

Yelp
Cafe rio townsquare review don't have the shrimp taco ended up having to replace it with carne asada. Tacos when picked up felt apart to easy . Another issue I had was after I told employee my name I was misgender im spanish For example they said "eso para el instead of eso para ella. and they did it more then then once

Yelp
This is the newest Cafe Rio location in Vegas, located at Town Square, right next to Total Wine. It's very spacious and nice inside! They even have a colorful outdoor patio seating area! We came a few days ago for their soft opening and service was surprisingly good, especially since it's a new store and I presume all the employees are new. My order was made accurately and quickly, which isn't always the case at other Cafe Rio locations! This location is not really convenient for me unless I'm already at Town Square, but nonetheless I'd recommend it!!

Yelp
This was our first time going to this location and we won't be going back. The close at 9pm and we walked in the door at 8:20p. There was already one person ordering and while standing in line at least three more people had come in to order. All of their food was already packed up and sitting on a cart. The beans, rice and meat you could tell had all just been sitting there all day. Nothing appeared to be fresh. On top of that when we ordered, they didn't warm anything up for us either! Then served the food from it being packed up on the cart. Then when asked if we were eating here or to-go i said "for here" and they all were upset you could tell. As we're sitting down eating another gentleman was mopping the floor and setting up the chair on top of tables extremely loud and glaring at us the whole time. Worst service I've had... they were still open for 40 more minutes and they all acted like they were about to lock the door and go home at 8:30p. If thats the case, then do NOT advertise to open until 9pm.

Yelp
So I come to this location to eat some Cafe rio since I'm a fan. I ordered my meal and when it came down to my toppings I ask for lettuce and chips. This little lady grabbed the lettuce and grabbed a handful of chips and crushed them. I asked her I didn't want small chips and she told me they came like that. I responded to her telling her that of course they did as you causing them to be that small. No apology or anything, her coworker grabbed a new bin and didn't offer me more from that bin..

Yelp
Tommy!!!! Wow I'm impressed with Tommy at this café Rio. He's so Happy to do his job and happy to help! He was so excited when I was making my quesadilla and doing some custom changes and he was having so much fun building my quesadilla. So nice to have great people like this working at such a great company. Tommy you deserve a raise!
google avatar

Yaret F.

Yelp
During work hours I did a mobile order to make my trip quick. When making a mobile order it's expected that everything be in your bag ready to go. My order was ready and on the shelf to just grab and go. When I got back to work, my house dressing and toppings for my pie were missing. Very disappointing because the house dressing is the main reason I like going to Cafe Rio. Without it, the food is so bland.

Imani T.

Yelp
I luh dis place forget all the bad stuff the food is still good my burrito was smacking and the chips and queso is big for the price and is smacking soo

Yelp
This is a newer location and is located in the shopping center next to Fry's Electronics. The parking can be a little sparse, but this location is worth it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and the dining room and kitchen looked clean and tidy! I ordered three quesadillas and had no issues trading the sides with chips and rice (I've had issues at other locations with staff not knowing that you can trade out sides). Tip: Kiddos six and under can get a free niño quesadilla any day of the week! It's tiny, but a great size for my three year old.
google avatar

Ray M.

Yelp
Located in town square this location can be a bit of a pain to get into and out of. But it's worth it. I love that literally everything I've ever tried at Cafe Rio - with the exception of their flan - has been tasty. The chicken is good, the beef is good, their tortillas are good and their pico is fresh! The service is always fast. This particular location had a ton of workers at different stations. One person will prepare your entree, another adds the extras and the last one will ring you up. So it speeds up the ordering process. My recommendation is the shredded chicken enchiladas with hot sauce, pico de gallo and tons of sour cream. And if you're looking for a lighter, and healthier option, you can always get the taco salad which comes in a taco shell and just not est the shell which is hard to do lol. And remember to ask for extra house dressing. It's freaking amazing!

Yelp
Handmade rolled warm delicious tortillas! The best in Vegas, even though Cafe Rio is Utah based. As this Cafe pops up in shopping mall and strip shopping all around me here and though the hills of Anthem, Mountains Edge, and all those other places yet to have one yet. Beware delicious is coming close and then no cooking just tacos and indulgence. Having bad blood and experiences with Cafe Rio in the past, let's start new and give them a go. We are always about second chances, it's four and five chances that have to be rethought. Of all the Cafe Rios that I have been too the homemade and handmade tortillas always remind me what I'm missing when I swear this place off. The food here in s fantastic, but usually it's the employees that make the experience unbearable. This time around and local the experience is starting off strong indeed. The mangers are actually walking around and helping out the staff as they help the hungry customers. I frequent here a lot since tacos are life, and part of my life. I'm glad that I've had such incredible experiences and service here. Mexican is the most simplistic type of food to order. Such great ideas were carried over when making the menu choices here: burritos, enchiladas, tacos, salad style; then rice and beans. Simple topping too lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, or guacamole! Easy and simple; but delicious. The difficulties are in how to put it together with the meat. It does not have to be though. The menu boards are clear and concise for ordering too! With pictures so that when we are in a hurry and not paying attention we tell the crew what you want and nod through the rest of the ordering process. As you progress through the ordering process the staff is effectively efficient at moving the customers along and getting the order done right. All the food is in 3D and you can watch as they make your food. No disguises in any way as you watch your tacos being made and so on. The glass barrier between the customers and the crew is a welcome change to protect the food from disease and unwanted touching from anyone's reach, except those that are supposed to be making our food. The ordering experience is fantastic here after you proceed through the line you get your good at the end of the counter. Everything is made to go too. The ordering experience here is kind of like that in grade school with the safe exactly style, but the food is delicious and will not kill you. When you get to the cashier the line even curves around like those grade school lines. The cashier was amazing. That doll of a cashier had the best claws that I have seen on a lady done in lemon and bright ocean blue. Thanks for the wonderful service at the end of the line beautiful; you made it all worth it!! These day we all want to eat better, but one cannot eat healthy around Mexican food. Why not? If your creative enjoy and have some basic knowledge then here's how. When they grill food, such as the quesadillas they don't clean the grill in between very well. When I ordered my cheese quesadillas they had just cooked steak for the fajitas on the grill and that quesadilla had a smoky steak flavor. Also they put way too much cheese on you control your portions if needed, ask for less. See one can eat out and still not absorb five extra pounds. Then if needed with all that renewed vigor of eating healthy, after tacos then it's the gym. The crew will more than help the crew meet their goals. It's got that small business feel, where when you frequent a lot they get to know your creature creative comforts. For those that just want tacos, leave that heath stuff to "what my food eats," they got you too. My twins do not observe my crazy healthy habits so it grease and all tacos yay. Being the responsible mama, I have to try their food for not to poison them. The taco meal here with carna Asada is fantastic. The meat is cooked to perfection with no fat. When that taco becomes it's a taco it is a masterpiece that ends with crunch. The enchiladas and burritos are amazing here. If you have never sampled the stylings of southwest cooking then this should be your introduction. It's similar to Chipotle; where in Cafe Rio will enhance your pallet and bring joy. Chipotle will not. Chipotle is an acquired and unique flavor. The veggies and cheese that are used are of the best and highest quality that is competitively priced with huge massive portion sizes that usually can be shared. The crew here has redeemed the name for me and I will continue to haunt this local store since it's closest to me. The food here is incredible and after a hard work out at the gym I can relax knowing that I'm refueling my inner core and strengthening my machine. Come and enjoy the freedom of enjoying your food. Live the balance of play and pleasure with pleasant experiences through the southwest.

Yelp
So despite cafe rios cleanliness and service deteriorating over the years I still go because their salad bowls are freaking delicious. I was excited this location opened since its on my way home from work. I stopped in a couple days ago around 7 and it was slammed. I was in line at least 20 minutes. I have experienced this before during busy times at other places so i just sucked it up. Everyone seemed pleasant but for one their food area where they assemble your made to order yumminess was a mess. So much cross contamination.. Sadly that was also not something totally new these days. The first red flag that was new was when I said I wanted everything normally included but lime and cilantro on my salad ... They almost put sour cream. Sour cream never goes in their salads, I stopped her before my salad was tainted. I thought i dodged a bullet. I was wrong... So I get home and the tortilla is hard and crispy. Not soft and supple like every other time i have ever gotten my salad. Also I had asked for the sweet pork... I'm oretty sure they gave me beef. It tasted nothing like the sweet pork i normally get every time. Then the vinagarette as some mentioned tasted off. It was bland and not bright and refreshing. So bummed I will not be going back.

Yelp
Very comparable to Chipotle, but better. First off, the freshly made tortillas - made right before your very eyes - were amazing. Secondly, the variety of fresh toppings was excellent. I ordered tacos on Taco Tuesday - both a pork taco and steak taco. Both were delicious. I've never had a tortilla like the ones they serve here - fresh, warmed on a skillet, and with a crunch. If I had a Cafe Rio nearby I'd be eating here way too frequently.

Yelp
The ordering process is chaotic and complicated. It is exacerbated by the fact that you can't understand what they are saying because of the noise, masks, and plastic barriers. The food, was very good. If they work out the ordering issues, it would be great. Live It Up You Are In Las Vegas For Cryin' Out Loud!

Yelp
The food is usually very good here. It's the just the customer service that keeps me away most of the time. I ordered the hatch chile carnitas and they were amazingly delicious. The one drawback is for a fast food joint they are a bit on the expensive side at $4.50 each. What you are really paying for is the fresh flour tortilla, the quality of the meat, the cheese and for $1.00 more you get beans and rice. It certainly isn't for the ambience. I try and visit during off peak times to get in and out a bit easier than I otherwise would be able to.

Yelp
So, we were on a long overlay going to Philadelphia and didn't want to eat in the airport so we yelped a Mexican restaurant. The people here are nice but the food is SO terrible (the rice has uncooked rice in it) and the beans are flavorless. If you're looking for authentic Mexican yummy enchiladas or burritos, this is not the place.

Yelp
Normally the food is consistent and good. However the last 3 or so times I've been at this location it has been horrendous service. From attitude of workers, to having them give a take out order to an incorrect customer and then not wanting to give the food which was paid for. Disappointing would be an understatement at best. Managers working today was rude and illicit to customers. Waste of $30+ . Save yourself the money and time and pass on this location.

Yelp
Very unpleasant experience. The food was just very old and did not taste good. Went there with three friends and we agreed it was one of the worst experiences we've had with a Mexican chain restaurant. HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere.
