I made the mistake of ordering a “large cappuccino”. I was promptly corrected by the barista on this topic. While I appreciated the education it did feel condescending and out of place, as the tone of voice was raised. As they say “it’s not what you say, but how you say it”.
Consider the customer base you are reaching at a metro station and adjust accordingly if the goal is to have customers that are better “educated” on the topic 😁
I will say that I do enjoy the coffee generally, although it varies as others have noted!
