Café San Alberto Usaquén

We visited Café San Alberto in Usaquén and it quickly became one of our favourite coffee stops in Bogotá. We tried their siphon-brewed specialty coffee, which was smooth, aromatic, and incredibly flavourful — a real treat for coffee lovers. We also shared a delicious chocolate cake. The café itself is cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of charm, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a slow moment in the middle of a busy day. We also picked up a few of their chocolate bars as souvenirs, and they were a total success back home! If you’re exploring the Usaquén flea market or nearby cafés and shops, Café San Alberto is an absolute must-stop. We highly recommend it for anyone wanting to taste high-quality Colombian coffee in a lovely setting.

Excellent coffee place with all different filter methods you could think of. I tried the chemex and was very content with the specialty coffee from Quindio. Special is the ceremony, when they brew the coffee in front of your eyes and explain a bit about it. They serve it in brandy glasses, a great idea to really see the Color of the coffee and enjoy it slowly. A place we’re coffe lovers with taste and high standards for quality will find what they are looking for

Delicious coffee. It's one of the best coffee places I've tried in my life. They give you information about the kind of coffee you pick and how it will be brewed. You dont just get a coffee, but you will be given hints about the taste, body, aroma, and origin of the grain. The pastries were fresh and delicious. I recommend without a boubt.

This was my morning afternoon and evening spot for Coffee. This is the perfect location to bring a date, family or to conduct business. The setting is amazing and the vibes are always chill. The barista’s know what they’re doing and they are very professional.

I love this coffee shop, and visit it every year we come to Bogota from NY. We went to it last year and loved the coffee tasting experience. We learned about different ways to prepare coffee and the guy was very nice and informative and explain everything perfectly. The place is beautiful inside and the prices are very affordable especially for such an experience. We came back this year again with more family members and did the coffee tasting again. We enjoyed it but the girl that did it wasn't so enthusiastic about it and did not explain half the information the guy did last year and she was rushing it. But we will come again next year and try it again, maybe she was having a bad day.

If you are visiting Bogotá, you gotta come into this place. The atmosphere is great. The whole experience to taste a great coffee plus learning about it makes you feel excited. I highly, highly recommend it. You will get explained to about the coffee and how to actually drink coffee. However, if you are not a totally coffee drinker, there are other options. However, I think it is an opportunity to drink a good coffee in one of the most important coffee producers 😋 in the world.

Really good coffee brewed in a variety of ways that each one is truly a unique experience. Really nice history from the farm to the cup on your table. When you order coffee you'll have it brewed right on your table and will learn the specific characteristics of that coffee variety and how its sensory attributes are influenced by the brewing method.
