I hadn’t been to CAFE SBG in a while, so I decided to return during a recent visit to Blue Mall. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The service was very poor—staff were inattentive, with a noticeably bad attitude. Service was slow, and one of our appetizer orders never arrived. We also ordered meat cooked to a specific temperature, but the first plate was overcooked. When it was replaced, the second attempt was undercooked and cold in the center, almost frozen.
It’s a shame, as this restaurant group usually maintains high standards in their other locations. However, based on this visit, I would not return to this branch. The ambiance is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of service and execution.
