Very cute place. Great latte. I like the BIG croissant with a bit honey glaze. Also fair price. The first vegan cafe I tried. Went there with my bf. Wish we would go back together again.

Came here on my birthday for a nice little brunch meal to start my day. I have to admit, based on the look of the food, I was expecting a mediocre meal, so good, but not great. However, the croissants taste awesome! And my sandwich (mushroom coleslaw) was out of this world! If I ever come back, I will definitely be dropping by again. For the owners, get that poor girl some help. She's way too busy for one person.

Edited: One of the best croissants in Montreal! Came back once again the next morning for breakfast and again for a quick bite and a takeout parcel for the journey back to Toronto. Amazing vibes and great food. The coffees are so aromatic and freshly brewed. The food as always super fresh and tasty. The service is awesome. Pricing is very reasonable given the quality of produce used. The breads pastries and desserts are all made in-house. Lovely little vegan cafe close to St Denis All vegan cafe with delicious croissants and a great collection of delectable desserts Must visit.

Cute little vegan cafe! Stopped in more a quick bite for breakfast and their sandwich options did not disappoint. My partner got a Jamaican patty which was also delicious. Not pictured were the tasty pastries we ordered for takeout. Absolutely delicious!

Such a cute little cafe!! Croissants were light and flakey. Sandwiches full of flavour. The carrot lox bagel was as other reviews say, to die for. We ended up buying treats to go. Such a lovely place highly recommend. We walked 45 min to get here and would do it again in a heartbeat

I loved this cute little place! On a quick trip to Montreal, my friend and I would come in here to charge our phones and connect to the wifi because we had no service 🤣 But the atmosphere was lively! The cashiers were so sweet and nice, especially the one with the unique eyebrows — so sweet 🫂 The cinnamon rolls are to die for! Also I had their matcha latte (not pictured) and espresso latte’s and they were chef’s kiss ♥️ I wish I could teleport back to Montreal for the cinnamon rolls at Café Tuyo!! They’re unbeatable and I’m still on the hunt for some as good as these here in the states lol!!

This might be my favorite cafe in Montreal! The sandwiches are delightfully delicious, and it may be the best chocolatine (pain au chocolat) in Montreal that I've had. The chocolatine flavor is incredible and the texture is delightfully flaky and chewy and rich. The people running the cafe are very friendly, and the space is very cute and cozy. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or coffee, and it'd be good for meeting a friend or for working for a bit. (Plus, everything is vegan, which is important for me. Vegan croissants and vegan chocolatines? Yes please.)

Yelp
Decided to try this place as it was in our Montréal coffee passport. My girlfriend and I fell in love with this place and look forward to going back when we are in town again. We had two cappuccinos, a croissant and a muffin. At the pick up station there are several options for you to add to the coffee (free of charge) such as powder mocha, cinnamon, sugar amongst others. The cappuccino was delicious and foamy, the croissant was exquisite and the muffin was definitely my favorite. However, towards finishing the muffin, we were able to really taste the baking powder in it, if feels like it didn't fully dissolve with the rest of the ingredients. That's the only reason why I am giving it 4 coffee beans instead of the 5 (in our coffee passport) The bathroom was very clean and we loved the decor in it, the cafe itself is very cosy and inviting, there are enough tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your morning/afternoon coffee and snack with a friend, a lover, a family member or even your favorite book (or laptop) The service was excellent, the barista was patient, friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend and certainly look forward to coming back!

Yelp
A tucked away, quaint cafe. Great spot for doing some work. The iced americanos are perfect. Not too bitter, not too sour. Very delicious and refreshing.

Yelp
Awesome all-vegan cafe just off Saint-Denis, with all sorts of coffee drinks, baked goodies and sandwiches. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and ordered an Americano and banh mi. The Americano was excellent quality -- wonderfully prepared and roasty. The banh mi comes with extra firm tofu, a spicy peanut mayo, some green herbs, and carrot. The bread is a high-quality French baguette instead of the usual white buns you get with banh mis at usual Vietnamese places. This was killer. This place was awesome. I wish we had places like this at home!

Yelp
What a charmer of a space! What this place lacks in quality of coffee and food it makes up for in down-right adorable space and heart-warming service (like majorly). The cappuccino, although ok, I found to be quite bitter and they did burn the almond milk. Generally I won't say much about burnt almond milk (it's an easy mistake for a barista) but I hold the standards up higher for an exclusively vegan place; especially considering they only offer almond or soy milk. In all fairness towards the food I only tried the chausson aux pommes, which, for some reason, they seem to warm up on a panini press. The end result is like a kraft singles and wonderbread grilled cheese that's been sat on but with apple filing instead. Maybe it's just me but chaussons are supposed to be flaky and puffed up, no? Anyways, as you've probably gathered, the space compensates by being adorable. Tucked away from St Denis like some sort of secret garden hobbit hole cafe, I could honestly spend hours in here. The eclectic decor and abundance of homey, woodsy accents instigates something that feels like childhood. Very charming.

Yelp
DELICIOUS vegan croissants (we got an almond croissant)- as someone who can't eat dairy, I'm always looking for a good croissant that I can eat. This one was so good! I also got one of their muffins and it was pretty good for a muffin with no eggs or dairy! The smoothies were also great! My friend had a bagel with the vegan cream cheese, which she said was okay taste wise but had a weird texture, but I didn't taste it. Overall cute vibes and yummy food!

Yelp
Total dreamboat vegan cafe. I had a super tasty lunch here yesterday, a dish of israeli couscous and carrot dahl that was just so heart-warming and cozy and super flavourful, plus a vegan chocolate croissant and an oat milk latté. I loved joking around with with easy going staff, and talking about what a relief it is to get to go somewhere occasionally where everything on the menu is vegan. So nice to be able to not be totally on my guard for a bit (since for us dairy is a scary allergy not just an ethical choice or taste preference... both of which are 100% valid and important and I am HERE FOR IT.) Anyway, I loved it. Chill lovely decor, spacious but still cozy, great vibes. They also sell a couple really nice beers and great looking sandwiches, and I noticed when I checked in on the way out that they do have a sweet little Yelp check-in offer so I look forward to redeeming that n the future!

Yelp
The greatest cafe recommendation I've gotten in montreal so far! It's a bit hidden away, so without knowing about this place you could easily miss it- which would be a HUGE shame since they have wonderful vegan goodies and a great study ambience too. All around, a hidden gem.

Yelp
I happened on this café on my way to the train station and it looked so cute I came back because it wasn't even open yet. When I returned there were already people inside but not too crowded. There's a steady stream of people coming in to order coffees and pastries. I sat down to have their tofu sandwich with kimchi. I saw the Napa cabbage brining in a large bowl so I know they make their own. It is delicious!! I would come again if I lived in Montreal. The staff is young and friendly and the vibe is chill. Off on a side street means you feel hidden away even though St Denis street is around the corner.

Yelp
Dear Café Tuyo, Vegans of Montréal thank you! I love the cashew yogurt with granola and the Jamaican patties are yummm. Vege paté and tofu sandwiches too. Fermented finer juice Hibiscus refreshment I hit this spot a couple times a week Friendly artistic vibe. Seems like they might have music nights there sometimes too.

Yelp
The café is in Plateau and it is a quiet place when I paid a visit there in the morning. The decor of the place is quite rustic and there is a corner that is quite luxurious, the wall covered with purple velvet and a nice sofa. The coffee is quite plain and the service very average, nothing stunning I would say. It is a good place to study or chat with friends, but compared to other chic or cute cafés around the area, Tuyo doesn't have a clear advantage.

Yelp
not at all what i was expecting for one thing the name made me think that maybe i was going to find arepas ir pupusas i was starving and as a recovering vegetarian when i saw all was vegan and soooo limited i was disappointed but too starved to leave and yet my husband and i both enjoyed our lunch and drinks very much and left feeling happy would certainly go back

Yelp
Great vegan cafe and bakery! The baked goods and other treats are so wonderful that everyone will enjoy them (vegan or not). Try the vegan croissant and vegan chocolate chip banana nut muffin! They are a perfect start to the morning. The amazing staff also makes great coffee drinks for those that want a little boost. This was one of our favorite spots in Montreal and we highly recommend stopping by if you can!

Yelp
My wife and I ended up coming here every day while we were in Montreal for our honeymoon. It's worth five stars for their vegan chocolate croissant alone, but we tried almost everything else on the menu and it was all magical. Even the atmosphere inspired some of our own home decor. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
This place is the bomb! Vegan coffee shop. I tried the vegan sandwich with végé pâté, apples, pesto and vegan cheese. Wow. Multidimensional flavours, everything was fresh and delicate. We also tried the Jamaican pattie, it was nice but not convinced it was my favourite. People in the café were working and it was quiet. I'll gladly come back next time I'm in the area. They also do smoothies, yogurts... I'll have to return to try the other things the café has to offer! I didn't try the coffee or any latte so will need to come back to review them again about this.

Yelp
AMAZING CROISSANTS!!! I always have loved chocolate croissants, but haven't had one since I've been vegan. I honestly thought I didn't like other flavors, but their almond croissants are wonderful as well!! It's a good place for a quick/casual meal that's also healthy. We went back 3 times in 4 days

Yelp
Super coasy cafe, seems to be really popular in the weekend. The granola yogurt in a jar was super delicious! And I'm not a fan of granola by any means, but I love the fact they are using vegan yogurt. I also loved their cream cheese bagel, the cashew cream cheese seems to be cultured.
