Google
Cafe Versailles in the Miami airport advertises a World Famous Cuban sandwich so I gave it a try. I ordered it hot, and it was pretty good. Definitely a nice alternative to the Dunkin Donuts or the other choices

I wanted to share that the staff here provided a happy experience in an otherwise stressful day. The three women working the counter were so pleasant and helpful. They recommended which pastries to try, were polite and friendly, and helped with an extra cup of ice for my wife’s drink. The food was great (hard to beat Cuban food in Miami) and their friendliness lifted the mood of my family considerably. Wish I asked their names of the staff because they really improved our day.

Ordered a hot chocolate from this specific location at MIA Airport. Found a roach mixed into my hot chocolate. I discovered it AFTER I sipped it, not until I realized there was something else other than liquid in my mouth. By far one of the most devastating things to experience. I was watching one of the staff members mix the hot chocolate so I am not sure how they did not see the roach floating around on top before they handed it to me. Never again. This poses a huge health and sanitation risk for future customers. It might be helpful to the public if management or airport concessions officers inspect further!

Yes, it's just one of many "airport food" options in the main terminal, but the empanadas I ordered were tasty, and seemingly fresh for the day. Menu is rather limited but at this location that should not be unexpected. I would repeat my visit here, and find it pretty easy to recommend stopping by if at the airport.

The older shorter woman who took my order was very short with me, I was still reviewing options with someone ahead of me when she said ‘cash or card’ like that’s a name you call someone, I didn’t realize she was speaking to me and then begun the rude encounter. I asked for almond milk, she didn’t hear me and made it with regular milk, when I mentioned it she seemed very put off , even though she made it a point to charge me a dollar for it anyway. To top it off the latte was so freaking hot it nearly burnt me.

This is a well-known Cuban restaurant in Miami, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. This visit was at the airport location. We were ignored for an extended period with no acknowledgment whatsoever—not even a simple “we’ll be with you shortly.” When we finally asked if someone was available to help, the response was rude and dismissive. At the same time, another attendant was leisurely chatting with someone else rather than assisting waiting customers. Airport locations are busy, which is understandable, but basic courtesy and communication should still apply. I wanted to end my Miami trip with a small taste of Cuban food and culture, but instead I was met with poor service and unprofessional behaviour. For contrast, we received much better service just down the walkway at the Italian restaurant. This location does a disservice to an otherwise cherished brand.

Ordered a cuban sandwich (supposed to be famous here). Did NOT live up to the hype. Not bad…but not good. Would not buy again.

Versailles cafe and restaurant are all in one connected building. I wanted to try their food in the restaurant but they have long queue. End up we tried their bakery in the cafe. Their cafe also have long queue too. They have variety bakery to choose. I like their Cuban sandwich and coffee. I think their flan is too sweet. Their service are average.
