Cafe Walnut - Review - Center City - Philadelphia - The Infatuation
"Cafe Walnut is a Korean shop in Center City that has one of our favorite breakfast sandwiches in the city. You'll have to walk downstairs to grab a coffee, $5 sweet tangy kimchi onigiri, or the bulgogi beef, egg, and cheese. It’s a sweet and gooey breakfast sandwich to end all breakfast sandwiches (especially when it’s on an everything bagel). Almost everything on the menu is under $10, so you can safely head upstairs to their art-filled dining space and work all day (they have free Wi-Fi) without breaking the bank.

Honey Yuzu Tea
If this was just a regular sweet, honey tea, we'd be happy. But the yuzu addition gives it a citrusy, floral note that we don't get anywhere else in town.

Bulgogi, Egg, And Cheese
Salty melted cheddar, buttery fried egg, and sweet stir-fried beef runs through every crevice. It’s an epiphany of a breakfast sandwich. So simple. So satisfying. You’ll never look at bulgogi the same again.

Spicy Pork, Egg, And Cheese
The chunks of pork, fried egg, melted cheddar, and flaky croissant exist in perfect harmony. Your morning will be empty without it.

Samgak Kimbap
They rotate the onigiri here daily and they go for $4—until they sell out, which is often. We've had the spicy tuna, soy marinated chicken, and kimchi (made by the owner's mother). And each rice-packed triangle is an indulgent win.
