I was very disappointed with my visit. To begin with, the restaurant did not have risotto or meat on the menu (perhaps because it was Sunday?), which was unfortunate since that was exactly what we were hoping to order. Instead, we chose pasta. The waiter mentioned that it was extremely spicy, so I requested it without. What I received, however, was an oily pasta with just a hint of garlic. Moreover, the pasta was not al dente but rather tough and chewy.
I also tasted my friend’s pasta with chili, which turned out to be more flavorful and not at all spicy as the waiter had described. I regretted relying on that recommendation.
For dessert, I ordered a brownie advertised with caramel and white chocolate. Unfortunately, it tasted more like a dense, ordinary cake with barely any caramel at all. I would rate the pasta 3/10 and the dessert 1/10.
On a positive note, the service was excellent. Still, I find it difficult to understand how this restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star.
