This place is awesome, feels like a cozy café in Melbourne, the Thai korma probably my favourite, but they have many varieties of diverse menu items.

I've lived here for a couple of years and have been meaning to try this place. Glad I went because the food was very good. I ordered the black bean burger with a chai latte and my husband ordered the cheddar chicken melt with a diet coke. The biggest complaints we have are they didn't specify that the cheddar was white and they served the cheddar chicken melt on a burger bun. Minor inconveniences, but the food was still good and I would recommend the place to anyone.

The most perfect cafe with the best service ever, and incredible food and coffee! Total hidden gem that everyone must try. Been coming for years and has yet to fall remotely short of spectacular

The best part of my dinning experience was the service. I ordered the toasted banana bread with ricotta and banana. I ordered a half serving, the banana bread slice was very small and I was not able to eat a portion of it because it was too hard to chew. I was disappointed to say the least. There were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from on the menu. The restaurant was dark and somewhat loud due to the open kitchen situation. The coffee was fantastic. The beans were sourced from a local roaster. There was no option to order typical American coffee by the cup. They had plenty of European style coffees to choose from. I found it pretty interesting they had Veggiemite for sale. For any adventurous Americans or Australians in the area this would be a highlight.

I would eat here every single day if I could. I had the roasted root veggies soup with goat cheese today with my regular salmon sandwich... lord. I promise I could eat there every day. That soup was insane. Elena is always our server and she knows what we order and how we take our food, she always has a big smile and she's always bragging about something new at the store. Really my favorite place to eat these days and I couldn't be more grateful for the options.

Google
My friend and I had our business brunch at CAFE You and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was so warm and inviting. It's has Gluten-free options and they are superb! My friend had the Gluten-free Banana Nut Bread and couldn't tell it was Gluten-free. I had the Shrimp and Grits ... Absolutely fantastic! The flavors were outstanding. The Pavlovas were worth the stomach room. It's a small place but it packs a serious punch. I will be visiting again ☺️!!!

Update to my post a few years ago. Still great! Had lunch, green curry soup. Fabulous, spicey the way I like it. Adding pics. Fabulous service, great food. Portions on the small side, also good! Most restaurants load up carbs and stuff you don't want. Glass of brut champagne for only $7. Try the Greek Omlette. There were so many vegetarian and vegan options I could eat there every day of the week, if I could afford it.

If you haven't been to the special dinner evenings, you are missing out on one of the best fine dining experiences in Cape Coral

Yelp
Best breakfast burrito I've ever had (and I lived in Texas for a decade). It's amazing and so big, you can get two meals out of it. The avocado toast is really good. I want to try their take home granola.

Yelp
CafeYou is located in an industrial area right off Del Prado Blvd and Viscaya Parkway. I remembered it as right across from the Comcast office or warehouse. It is known as Austrian Gluten free, vegan or vegetarian options and coffee for breakfast and lunch. It has special event with wine dinner with international wines, anywhere from California, New Zealand, Germany, Chilean, South Africa, Middle Eastern countries and other countries. On March 15, 2025, we signed up for a Greek Dinner and paired with wine. We have not been to CaféYou for several years. Now it is expanded and has a small outside area! Yes, the bathroom is still in the hallway! Tonight, Greek music was played during dinner time. It is not loud and we were able to carry a conversation without any difficulty! We arrived early and were seated immediately to our assigned table. Olive bread and herbal butter were served. As appetizers, four miniature phyllo cups filled with Tzatziki, Olive and Feta cheese, Hummus, Tomato and Cucumber salad. The bread and appetizers were plated well and has a nice presentation and savory! The main course is Branzino with Olive caper over lemon rice and Stifado, a Greek Beef and Lamb stew with pita bread. I have Branzino elsewhere it is cooked nice and juicy. But my Branzino filet was overcooked! Many restaurants cooked Stifado with carrot and potato. But CafeYou use carrot and turnip. The turnip is undercooked. However, you can savage the dish by dipping your pita bread with the delectable sauce/juice from the stew! Four Greek wine, two white (2022 Domaine Papagiannakos Malaguzia, 2023 Domaine Papagliannakos Refsina, Mesogaia) and two red (2023 Gala Monograh Agiorgitiko and 2022 Hermes Nemea Red) were paired. They were on the fruity side and very affordable from $15 to $20 per bottle! Out of four, my personal favorite is 2022 Hermes Nemea Red! Our dessert, Baklava, filled with nuts and glazed with honey is fine. The staff is very personable, attentive and professional.

Yelp
Another 5 star dinner provided by Cafe You. This was a Greek Wine dinner with both food and service extraordinaire! Each course was paired with a Greek Wine. We started with olive bread and herbed butter and then went on to Phyllo Cups filled with hummus, chicken tzatziki, cucumber and tomato and olive and feta. Adorable and yummy! Next we were treated to Bronzino atop of lemon rice and capers, which super delicious and my favorite. The second main course was a stew of pork and beef and veggies in a hearty gravy paired with homemade pita bread. Lastly was homemade Baklava with whipped cream. Many phyllo layers with pistachios and honey. Everybody loved it, but I'm not a fan of anything honey! So I had a delicious foamy cappuccino topped with cinnamon. Cafe You just has the best coffee and cappuccino! By this time we were "stuffed" in a good way lol! It was wonderful having an intimate dinner with close friends, good food and great wine pairings!

Yelp
Returned for lunch on-site. Located in an industrial park area. Typically these type of locations don't often bring in customers, but Cafe You had a very full house the entire time we were there so obviously has a following. The best part of their ambiance is how they display the cakes, which look gorgeous behind the glass & under the lighting. They literally call to u to grab a slice w/some coffee. Anyway...we passed on that & ordered off their lunch menu. Appreciated the carafe of what tasted like filtered water brought to the table. Iced tea was great. Small smoothie is quite large. Banana bread was very generous in size & pretty good. Love that u can get 1/2 order! FYI- If u get it the way it comes, it's a fork & knife kind of dish, not ur typical pick up & eat breakfast bread. Oriental salad was not great. Heavily overdressed & the dressing was crazy strong w/ginger so that was tough to eat. If u order it, suggest dressing on side. Service, although nice, is very slow & sporadic. We were ok w/that b/c we weren't in a hurry, but expect to flag down the waitress when u need something. Felt pricing was very fair for what we ordered. Although I still didn't love the food at cafe you, I did increase to 3 stars based on r experience today.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere, spacious, dark wood, lowlight industrial, cozy now. Great service, excellent Cappuccino, avocado toast ( I got the You Avocado Toast) but the blueberry lemon poundcake was very dry, they shouldn't have served it to me. Other than the dessert being sub-par, I love this place!

Yelp
Cute, quaint little spot hidden in a small industrial zone in Cape Coral. This lunch was exactly what I needed to nourish my body. I was in between the 2 soup offerings and my waiter was kind enough to give me a sample of both. I ended up going with the potato kale stew and it was so flavorful. I also enjoyed the roasted root vegetable salad which tasted heavenly. My body was longing for this healthy, veggie packed meal. Neat spot if you ever find yourself in Cape Coral! Staff was excellent.

Yelp
Finally tried something different from here and it did not disappoint!! The Bella wrap with chicken was just delicious. Goat cheese and veggies are just perfect I will be back because this place leaves me feeling full and healthy

Yelp
I am back at Cafe You and I said it once I'm gonna say it again to service the hospitality and the food is Delicioso. I recommend the spot to everyone.

Yelp
Visited on a beautiful mildly chilly Saturday morning after exploring the farmer market. We arrived about 11am and decided to sit outside in the sunny. Because how often can we say THAT! After waiting about 20 mins, I went inside get menus and see if someone was working outside. We finally got menus. We then had to go inside to find the server again to place our orders. He apologized saying that he needed to use the bathroom. The food was ok. They have a ton of vegan options. The chickpea burger was good but needed something for a little extra flavor. Their desserts looked amazing.

Yelp
In Cape Coral for an appointment, and wanted a local option that offered vegan fare. Chose Cafe YUM and it was a great choice. The exterior location had me wondering but once inside the restaurant door I was sold. Eclectic and welcoming vibe. Service was friendly and attentive . I had the black bean burger. It was perfect. Fresh toppings, soft bun that held together, and the black bean burger itself was great! I overheard two customers complementing how very good the coffee was. Lots of gluten-free, vegan, meat eater options. A special event calendar that looked very interesting and take home, bakery and refrigerated items as well! I will absolutely visit again the next time I find myself in Cape Coral! Thank you for a great experience.

Yelp
Food is sooo good! My hubby and I loved everything we had. Food comes out fast. It's such a cute little place! We will be back!

Yelp
This place is a drive for us but I love their food! They have lots of choices for Gluten Free, vegetarian & vegan. If you want something different or healthy, come here to eat or grab it to go. They do have a section of quick to go frozen items. They have wine & beer if you're dining in. Try the toasted banana bread, it's amazing!!

Yelp
Decided to try out and not disappointed. Small but enough for a roomy dining experience. I chose this place to try their cuisine options. Went with one of their Avocado Toasts and was perfect. Great flavor and egg as ordered. The Mocha was top choice and had the server, Alexis, choose a flavor twist to add. Paired well. Tried during a business trip and can't with to visit again w/the Mrs. She will love it. They mentioned their Wine Dinners on Saturdays so will definitely need to Mke our next visit on a Saturday. Definitely recommend when u want to try something a little different.

JJ J.

Yelp
Service was wonderful-I usually order a dry cappuccino with a flavored syrup. This little gem of a cafe does not add syrups, she offered up a chai cinnamon spicy flavor with a spot of sugar-awesome!! The owner is from Australia and chef/baker, Israeli, so the bakery items are lovely European treasures of tastiness! Highly recommend you find this remotely located gem of a coffee shop-it won't disappoint

Yelp
Several of my friends treated me to a retirement celebration lunch at Cafe You and everyone agreed the food is special as well as health conscious. Service is perfect as well. It's located in a rather out of the way spot so use your GPS. I've returned several times and look forward to next time as I know it will be good. The setting is welcoming with vintage tables etc.

Yelp
My wife and I were visiting the area and looking for a good plant based restaurant option. We found Cafe You and we were not disappointed. Staff and decor was perfect along with the great food. We had a veggie bowl and a desert. Both were awesome. Cafe You is a great find if looking for a vegan option.

Christina A.

Yelp
Had to stop by for another lunch before we left town and it didn't disappoint! Our server Christina was very friendly and attentive. The food was as amazing as our first visit (Thai Green Curry & Chicken salad wrap). Speaking of our first visit, our previous server Melissa stopped by to say hi, which we very much appreciated. Such great energy! The service, ambience, and food at Cafè YOU is unmatched. So happy we found this place and look forward to coming when we visit Cape Coral again.

Yelp
I love Cafe YOU! It's such a unique restaurant located in the industrial area of Cape Coral. Their bakery items are top notch. One of my favorite things to order is the sweet potato salad. It has pine nuts and beets and of course sweet potatoes. It's delightful! The service is amazing too! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to support a local business. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
This was a quick spot on our way down to miami. The service was so welcoming and attentive. The energy was great. The menu consisted of many healthy , nutrient dense options. Loved the fresh bakery items. We had the Thai green curry bowl. The avocado toast. The black bean tacos and the Asian tuna bowl. The green curry was absolutely delicious. The tuna bowl was a bit lite. Ans both appetizers was delicious , flavorful and fresh.

Yelp
Super delicious! Nice to have healthy options that are also yummy! Cool atmosphere too.

Yelp
Don't judge a book by its cover. This restaurant is in an industrial neighborhood and the front looks like an office. Once you get past that and inside, it's a darling little cafe and you'll enjoy your food. At 8:15 on a Saturday morning, it wasn't too busy but by the time I departed the tables were starting to fill in. I didn't get too far into the menu before my eye was drawn in to smoked salmon omelet and that's what I had. It arrived only 7 minutes later, fresh from the kitchen. A nice sized omelet and with a good portion of salmon inside and I did eat one slice of the gluten free bread (not keto but still good). The salmon also had a small pot of their tasty mustard sauce that was perfect. Waiter was friendly and attentive, refilling coffee and providing a check smoothly. Service was quite good. Yelp
This quaint like little gem talked away in Cape Coral Warehouse district. I can not stop raving about how awesome this place was. They have cute little patio with some outside seating. Authentic atmosphere the second you walk in the door from all the cute little tables and tucked in the corner a nice little coffee bar. I got the opportunity to meet the manager and the owner. They were both so engaging one was from New Zealand the other one was from Australia. She told me that she likes it when people come in that's never really seen a place like theirs before and it's so custom for them cuz they're all over Australia and New Zealand. The food and service were amazing there was not one thing we ate that was not outstanding. If you're ever in Cape Coral or out and about and wanted a great place to go this is worth the stop highly recommend it.

Yelp
Wow wow wow! Stop looking for another place to eat and come here! So delicious! Friendly staff! Lots of vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options to choose from! They even offer chicken, shrimp, tuna, and tofu as well. As I pulled up I was skeptical of where I had chosen to eat, but the inside is very large and they have tons of seating and it's cute inside. I got the korma bowl and it was SO good. Warm, not spicy, and filling. I was very happy with my choice and would recommend this dish! I will be returning often to try there breakfast as everything looked amazing.

Yelp
I have visited and enjoyed Cafe You many times usually for breakfast, but today we brought my sister in law and this made her day!!! She enjoyed the Chicken Chabata it had cheesy goodness ,the chicken was juicy and tender. My partner had The Vegan Charizo Hash oh my we all shared a taste of this dish ! Flavorful spicy and a very large serving! I had the smoked salmon sandwich on toast , capers cream cheese , onion ,tomato ,and cucumbers. This was the best in my eyes!!! We started our experience with a humus plate with toasted breads , humus and veggies. We also shared an avocado and tapenade dip with toast points. We all had ice tea. The staff was helpful , pleasant and very friendly. Martin was very entertaining and gave us a preview of his phantom of the Opera song for an up coming event at Cafe You Always one of our favorite places for breakfast and now for lunch!!!

Yelp
Love, love, love this place. Tiny place in a random little building in the middle of nothing. Don't let this fool you at all. The locals know what's up. This place is awesome! Mostly local ingredients, and an easy menu for gluten-free folks, vegetarians, and vegans to maneuver through. They also make and sell pastries, cakes, breads (going to try their banana bread VERY soon), gluten-free bread (delicious - have some in my fridge right now!), and great coffee. The first time I went in, I had the Roasted Veggie Bowl with Chicken - super tasty and very comforting to eat. I don't know what the flavors were in there, but they paired well with the rest of the dish. I have also had their Korma (yellow curry bowl, also with chicken). This was also very comforting and perfectly seasoned. It's mild, though, so if you like spice, this one is probably not for you. I will also add that I had a coconut chai latte before eating and it was yummy! Not too sweet, very creamy. My next one will be "dirty". :) My hubs ordered their jalapeño soup the other day, and is not usually my jam, but I tried some and it was spicy and warmed me right up. I think it has a good amount of cheese in it, though, because I had an urge to dip a chip in it, lol. Oh, and the staff is soooo friendly and accommodating. Very kind, offering tips for rewarming foods -- ooh, speaking of rewarming, they also sell frozen breakfast empanadas, soups, and such in their freezer! We are currently in Cape Coral and we only found this place through my daughter across the country, because she wanted to buy us a lunch at a place I could actually eat at (I'm gluten free). I give her all the credit for finding this place and I'm very grateful, as we'll be returning again and again! Such a great little place!!!

Nicholas B.

Yelp
The lunch was amazing. The service was amazing. The muscle blast was good for my brain. The smoked salmon was like eating in Japan. The poached eggs was delicious. Location was great.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy! What a fun food spot in Cape Coral! We got breakfast to go. I got the Smoked Salmon Brekkie Salad $11 - Mixed greens w/ smoked salmon, avocado & two poached organic eggs with fresh-made gluten-free toast. It came with basaltic vinegar and oil on the side--perfect hearty breakfast. My husband got the huge Brekkie Wrap $7.50 - Scrambled organic eggs, roasted potatoes, tomato, parsley, and tahini sauce in a flour tortilla wrap. The lattes are also fantastic. They have oat, soy and regular milks. This is a great spot for vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free eats!!

Alison M.

Yelp
Excellent food and service in a cozy feeling place with cute decor and many gf options. Amazing strawberry banana gluten free cake and my family had the hummingbird cake and loved it. They also have pre made frozen food to take home. Great addition to the Cape.
google avatar

Ana J.

Yelp
Hands down the healthiest food in Cape Coral with yummy gluten free desserts! They have gluten free bread for avocado toast. Customer service is usually great. Only downside, is the more popular it gets the more difficult it can be to find parking.
google avatar

Debbie C.

Yelp
Food looks and tastes fabulous. Our waiter could have been more attentive and pretty much treated us like we were bothering him. But I will definitely go back.

Arta R.

Yelp
Went there for brunch it was super laid back and had lots of options. The coffee was great too which helped.

Yvonne R.

Yelp
Great place excellent food good servers . Cute place . Organic and excellent food I highly recommend this cafe clean and relaxed atmosphere.
google avatar

Yelp
Pros: Food was great. Ambiance was cool. Cons: Server was bad. Seating is odd and sitting outside in the summer Florida sun is horrible. Bathroom was gross.
google avatar

Jessica E.

Yelp
Such a cute little spot with a lot of healthy food options. This place has indoor and outdoor sitting. They have a little checkout counter in case you just want o stop by and pickup their delicious desserts. The staff was very friendly and the food came out fairly quick. The mimosa was also delicious and strong. I recommend
google avatar

Olivia R.

Yelp
I always have a great experience here! Very peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The food and staff are amazing. I love that they have different specials every couple of days so there's always something new to try. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent food. Will be back . Really enjoyed the curry and berry smoothie. Good service and the deserts were for a future visit. Lots of gluten free choices as well.
google avatar

Tami C.

Yelp
You would never know this place exists if you drive by. It rests in a industrial area and is tucked up on a corner. You enter into the cutest bistro. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We sat immediately and was given cold filtered water in an ice cold bottle to pour from. I ordered an americano and it was in front of me with fresh cream within minutes. My smoked salmon omelette was amazing!
google avatar

Rohger R.

Yelp
This place has taken a turn for the worse. Higher prices and food quality has taken a huge dive. Customer service is mediocre at best. I'm very disappointed. This place used to have delicious food and great customer service.
google avatar

Candace M.

Yelp
First time here, hipster place in a good way. I had a macchiato, they have 2 sizes, it was kind of small for the larger size, but good. I had the original avocado toast with an over medium egg, that was excellent, I then ordered an americano coffee as I needed more! Will be back!
google avatar

Allison S.

Yelp
Eclectic Cafe with healthy food options! A nice place for takeaway if you want to grab a smoothie or hummus and veggie snack. Not a ton of seating or parking (and they do use paper straws, however you feel about that), but it's a good option for healthier-minded diners wanting lighter fare.
google avatar

Kathy H.

Yelp
Desserts are excellent, as was the lunch itself. One of the nicest places for a fun lunch with friends. Servers were friendly , pleasant and prompt
google avatar

Janice R.

Yelp
this restaurant. Wish they were open for dinner on a more regular basis. GR8 food ... I mean over the top fresh!!!
google avatar

Ric N.

Yelp
First visit not the last for sure. Take the time to find them you will not be disappointed. Great food great service. Michelle the manager was so kind to stop by our table and give some history on the place. They don't have biscuits and gravy but that's a good thing love the more unique but amazing breakfast options.
google avatar

Jeannette T.

Yelp
We went back for high tea. It surpassed my expectations. I wish more people attended. The tea was delish, the sandwiches very tasty, the scones just perfect and dessert tray breathtaking. My husband is a coffee guy and his coffee was included in the price. A nice gestured
