We’ve come here for years, since they opened. It’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant but slowly the service has declined. Tonight, in between my kids practices we stopped to grab dinner. We ordered three mediums. Once again it is the portion size of a small or smaller. I decided to go in tonight & show them. This happens more often than not. The gal got the manager. He could care less. He said I modified it. The only modification was no sour cream. (That does not take the space of what was missing.) After I told him, the only modification was no sour cream, he looked at it again and said “yeah, looks like they should have put more rice and beans”. He did not offer to make it right, like let me fill it up for you as you paid for something you didn’t get. He just said, “we’ll watch it as we are training”. I went back to the car, started to eat my bowl and it was cold. Totally disappointing. We will go back to the Oregon locations when we are in town, we’ve never had issues but the Eagle store is super disappointing.
On a side note, asking for tips at a drive thru…. If people want to tip, they will. I stopped tipping a long time ago when we stopped getting what we pay for. You need to earn a tip with good service. Don’t ask for it before food is handed over and then your customers are let down by your lack of delivering what they pay for.
