I have been ordering Zupas for years. I always get the bbq chicken salad & the pesto chicken sandwich. The last few years I have noticed a difference in food quality went extremely down. I stopped going here for a few years but I have ordered 2 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time I noticed the chicken in the salads is changed, it’s now seasoned with something to cover the fact the meat isn’t even white meat chicken anymore and rubbery. & my sandwich just didn’t taste right. Also the rolls! What happened? Why did everything change for the worse? I couldn’t even eat it. I tried again today and got a different sandwich. I stuck with the bbq salad except they forgot half the ingredients like literally and the tomatoes were soggy. I’m currently pregnant & couldn’t even eat my food because I’m scared to risk food poisoning. Also forgot my extra ranch I paid for.. remember when you guys used to give a big side when someone paid for extras .. well not anymore. Also the brisket. Too salty to even eat. I’m done ordering here as obviously food quality and management must be down. Just waiting on my refund for uber eats that I hopefully get otherwise I’ll have to go into the store. Pictures : where’s the ingredients? Missing bbq sauce.. black beans.. etc.

I’ve never written a review before, but Hanna made such an impact that I had to. I came in after a really rough day, and she was working the register. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful as I figured out my order and not in that fake, scripted way you sometimes get. She made me feel seen and not rushed, and her attitude truly lifted my mood. After I finished eating, she even offered to take my tray for me. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. Hanna is the kind of employee every place needs. Thank you for making my day that much better!

I ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich, which has an additional charge compared to the other sandwiches. I bit in, and immediately realized it was all cabbage, pickles, and BBQ sauce. Absolutely NO meat. I'm extremely disappointed and hungry.

I first tried Café Zupas with an old co-worker at a different Las Vegas location back on 5 Aug 2020 and the experience was so wonderful that I wanted to bring my family to try it. Approximately a month or so later, my family and I tried this Café Zupas and overall, we enjoyed it. I didn't even consider writing a review or at least provide a rating of this restaurant because I knew my family and I (or at least I), would be back in the future to validate my initial rating of this place. Although I didn't anticipate waiting this long (almost 4 years), I finally returned for dinner on 22 Jan 2024...and overall, the rating hasn't changed. One of the biggest things that stood out to me at this restaurant is how friendly and efficient the employees are. During my recent encounter, everyone seemed like busy little ants; whether helping customers, cleaning the dining area/drink station, or preparing food in the back...all of them seemed very productive. Unlike some of the other big name fast food restaurants in this city, the employees here are great. Well, at least the ones I encountered. As far as the food, I don't recall everything I/we ordered during the previous visits (except for the Lobster Bisque Soup, which was outstanding), but for the Jan 2024 visit, we ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, Golden Curry Soup, Pesto Chicken Sandwich, Chipotle Glazed Salad, and Tomato Basil Soup. I'm not a fan of the Golden Curry Soup and Pesto Chicken Sandwich. For the Golden Curry Soup, some of it is my fault because I should've read that this was a soup - I expected a thicker consistency that normally accompanies traditional curry. Although the flavor was decent (slightly watered down), like I mentioned above, I felt it lacked proper consistency. However, if it's supposed to be a thinner soup base, then with the exception of the "watered down" comment, you can ignore my other comment about this soup. Additionally, the Pesto Chicken Sandwich was also slightly my fault because I assumed and I didn't pay attention to the picture. I thought pesto sauce is supposed to be green (due to the basil), but it wasn't created this way, which was slightly disappointing for me because I love basil pesto. Also, based on the picture, it shows some sort of micro greens on the sandwich; I didn't see any of that on my sandwich. Lastly, I know the majority of people love eating their salad with mass amounts of salad dressing; however, I'm not one of those people - I typically enjoy my dressing to be on the side so I can add it to my liking. Although I should've asked if the dressing was added by the employees, or just pay attention to them making my salad to flag it...but I didn't, therefore, I would recommend that this franchise have an option for "light" dressing on their menu so it's not assumed that everyone loves gallons of dressing. Plus, this could be beneficial for those new customers. Because contrary to belief, I do enjoy a little dressing on my salad and not my salad in my dressing. Overall, the majority of the food I've experienced at this restaurant was good; the price-to-quantity/quality ratio isn't superb, but it is adequate. Aside from those minor things above, the food tastes fresh and the chocolate-covered strawberry is a nice touch for the end of your meal (it comes with your meal). As mentioned earlier, the customer service was extraordinary, and the employees were remarkable. If you haven't been to this restaurant, you really should try it - I recommend this place to everyone!

Have frequently had bad experiences but this time around was the worst. We received spoiled rotten fruit on our dessert. Which made me question my entire meal.

Google
This is my 4th time visiting now and am amazed to say this restaurant has the best customer service. The entire staff is friendly and Chelsea was very sweet with giving me suggestions and answering my questions about the menu. I got the Brisket Grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, both items tasted very good and fresh. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Google
Honestly, the worst experience I’ve had at a Cafe Zupas. I go to the location on Rainbow and the location on Blue Diamond because they are by my house. I made the mistake of going to this location while I was at my friends house. It took what felt like forever to get acknowledge. It took FOREVER to get my food and then the food was not good. It tasted like a bowl full of lettuce with hardly any dressing or toppings and the soup did not hit like it normally does. Tasted like the recipe was off. I’ll stick to the rainbow location where I know my food will be delicious, fast and the customer service is on point.

We have been eating here regularly since they opened but I have to say I am getting increasingly disappointed in the quality of the food. We always get the same things. My mom and kids all got sandwiches (BBQ brisket and grilled cheese brisket) and they were so pathetic with very little meat on them at all. You could take all the meat from one half and combine it with the other half and still not have a decent sandwich. My salad tasted was dry. For the price, they can do better. We likely won't be back anytime soon.

Yelp
This location has a very pretty interior and is always super clean! Their staff is quick and super friendly I tried the pesto chicken sandwhich and nuts about berries salad. The pesto chicken sandwhich was a bit cold and I would've enjoyed it warm but it had good flavor. I enjoyed the nuts about berries salad as it was very refreshing and the sauce had a really nice sweetness that went with the berries! Their bread is also super soft and goes great with the butter (:

Yelp
I'm sad to be writing this review as someone who used to frequent Cafe Zupas at least once a week. I'm not sure if they've recently changed management, but it feels like lately the quality has gone down a significant amount. I usually place online orders to pick up in person, but the past two online orders I've done have resulted in the staff telling me they have to substitute over half of my order. The most recent time I went for my online order which was 2 soups, I checked in and was told the order wasn't ready yet. I was a bit surprised as it was literally 2 soups, but I sat down anyways. I waited for close to 20 minutes before I had to go up and ask about my order. Finally, one of the employees told me they were out of the soup I ordered and I could substitute it for a different one. Well, the soup I asked for as a substitute was unavailable as well. I ended up asking for a refund on that part of my order. I was a bit annoyed considering that they could've mentioned my order needed to be changed at the beginning when I first arrived, rather than 20 minutes later and me having to ask what was going on. I'll leave a star because the staff is usually really nice, and I feel like these issues aren't stemming from them; but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Sad since like I said, I used to order at least once a week.

Yelp
FOOD MOOD: ZUPAS I have been going to this place now for years and do not know why I have not posted a review yet but here it is. The last time we visited Zupas was a few days ago. We went to the one located on Lake Mead. I usually go to the one located in Centennial, but we were in the area so we popped in. Service, great but the inside was not clean! The soda machines where you dispense ice I didn't even want to touch it!!! The location in Cenntinial hills is never dirty or a mess!!! Food always good, alittle pricey but it's totally worth it to me! Their California Cobb with champagne vinaigrette is a hit and I love their blue cheese as well! Their cauliflower soup is such a pair with the salad I get too! Their tomato basil soup is what my daughter and husband get with chicken pestos YUM!!!! Anything you order here is great!

Yelp
We decided on a no cook dinner and soup and salad are always a good choice. We were welcomed with a smile and everyone was very nice. We all ordered. I had the vinegarete on my Cobb salad and it was very good, the Wisconsin cheddar was VERY thick today, it's been better on previous visits. My Hubbs was sad they don't serve the Cuban sandwich anymore so he ordered an Italian sandwich and the chicken enchilada soup. My daughter also had a soup and sandwich. My daughter in law had a sandwich- chicken pesto and a create your own salad. We got a kids meal for my grandson- he had 2 soups - one for him and one for grandma. I'm glad I got that since the other soup was too thick. We did have to ask for a rag to wipe down the highchair and the young lady was very sweet and cleaned it and made sure I was happy with it. The only real complaint I have is they are so expensive! Fast(ish) food shouldn't be $80 for 4 and a baby.

Joe S.

Yelp
Screwed up my to go order, and had to plead my case to get the item. Huge inconvenience as I had to drive 15 min to go back, and not so much as an apology from the Manager or staff. Made me feel like I was burdening them.

Yelp
I love their bbq chicken salad! The choose 2 combo is my go to meal. Plus the chocolate covered strawberry is delicious.

Yelp
What a joke! $9 for this tiny mediocre sandwich!!!! Service was friendly, place is clean, sandwich was crappie. Went on a whim was in the parking lot and needed some food. Should have gone somewhere else anywhere else. Waste of almost $10!!!!

Yelp
Back same zupas again. A month later No one from the company ever reached out to make it right and I got ripped off again Spent 67$ on 3 soup and sandwich Still can't make the sandwich's as advertised Amazing company Rip off on sandwiches

Yelp
I really like stopping in for lunch, I just wish they were a bit faster with their line. The employees are always so busy with online orders that the line has to wait a long time. It just doesn't seem like there are enough employees, which is sad because the food is great.

Yelp
Several months ago, husband and I were getting takeout from Cafe Zupas regularly and enjoying it very much. A couple of our favorite items were removed from the menu, but no big deal. But getting RAW BACON on BOTH my salad and my sandwich was a deal breaker. HOW could that happen? I thought of calling the manager, but I couldn't imagine an explanation that would induce us to go back.

Yelp
Yummy and healthy food that's easy to get! The staff is super friendly and the options are endless and delicious

Yelp
I ordered from this location and I was very disappointed with my soup. I ordered the potato soup which I have ordered before. I don't know if they were getting ready to close up or what but my soup was watered down with either water or milk. It's usually a very thick and chunky soup. This was straight water. The least they could have done was substitute it for another soup.

Yelp
Café Zupas is a soup, salad, and sandwich restaurant. We decided to do pick-up order at Café Zupas for dinner on a Monday evening. My partner originally placed the order online through the website, however, something went wrong with the website order and we were still charged on our card even though the order didn't go through correctly. Instead, we decided to go to the Café Zupas and place another to-go order on-site, located on Centennial/Ann. There is plenty of table seating situated inside and outside the restaurant. After reviewing the menu, we had ordered the following Combo: HONEY BACON CLUB Ciabatta 650 cal :Turkey, Ham, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Tomatoes & Muenster Cheese with a tomato basil soup. Combo: KOREAN BBQ Ciabatta 560 cal: Brisket, Watermelon Radishes, Baby Cucumbers, Marinated Carrots, Korean BBQ Sauce & Chili Lime Mayo. Soup - A TWIST ON MAC & CHEESE Kids Meal: Chicken Strips, Fruit Cup. By the time we had our order, most of the food was already cold. It was relatively slow for the order. The Honey Bacon Club panini's bread was soft, not grilled and lacked flavor. The tomato basil soup was delicious though. The kids meal was decent, however, there wasn't much food in it. My daughter enjoyed the fruit cup and the chocolate covered strawberry the best! The Café Zupas location on Lake Mead is pretty good though!

Yelp
Had dinner here again. This time I had the grilled cheese and potato green chille soup. The pesto on the grilled cheese was a little more than I prefer, and again I wish the soup has a higher temperature. My wife had the strawberry salad and it was very good. Service was good but a little slow to place our order for dine in during dinner since they has a lot of take out orders being filled at the same time.
google avatar

Laura T.

Yelp
Had the brisket grilled cheese with the half lobster bisque soup. Mom had the protein bowl. Service was excellent and food was good. If you're craving a big salad definitely stop by. Wasn't blown away but it was a satisfactory meal. Prices were decent, paid $28 for both our meals.

Chris L.

Yelp
Love the chicken soup and the salad with herb vinaigrette. Also nice to get the chocolate covered strawberry.

Quintin L.

Yelp
Wow is the word! They just released a new Avocado Ceasar Salad and it is amazing!!!! Yeah they've got a true customer in me. The team is also quite awesome too!

Abegail P.

Yelp
Team was great! Food was delicious! Love Cafe zupas! Food that's fresh and made In house wow what a concept!

Yelp
Great soup and awesome customer service! I come in often just for the Berry Fusion water.
google avatar

Mayra H.

Yelp
I like doing curbside pick up but that can be uneasy because you don't know what you're picking up until you open the bag. With cafe zupas, what you see on the pics is what you get and what you order is 100% what you receive. I love them so much! Salad always fresh and soups and sandwiches always perfection!
google avatar

Ryan R.

Yelp
Great service! Other locations in the valley have employees who seem like they don't like their job. But the staff here were super pleasant and energetic. Q was best salad prepper I've ever seen at Zupas! But I wish they would go back to their old chicken for the bbq chicken salad. The new stuff clashes with the bbq idea
google avatar

Debbie S.

Yelp
I do not recommend them for catering unless you're aware of how it works. When you order an individual meal you get the chocolate dipped strawberry and possibly a roll depending on if you ordered soup or salad. With catering, you don't get any of the nice extras. Be sure to purchase your rolls and chocolate dipped strawberries otherwise you will be disappointed. I love their food and I will occasionally order for my family but I will no longer use their catering.
google avatar

Daniel G.

Yelp
Not a huge fan of this one. For one, the pricing is way too high. For half a salad/half a sandwich, and a soup, you're looking at near $20! The portion sizes have shrunk over the years (mostly in general for the restaurant and no necessarily on this specific location). Our most recent order, my sandwich wasn't grilled at all like it normally is. Another individuals clam chowder had nothing but liquid in it (no actual substance). Pass on this one and try another location or just skip them all together. There is a Panera right down the street with a drive thru!
google avatar

Denise I.

Yelp
I enjoyed my dining experience here at Cafe Zupas. The salad I had was awesome along with the Chocolate covered Strawberries Plus I had a vanilla cream soda with coconut excellent!!
google avatar

Tara H.

Yelp
The food is good but they're super slow. I only wanted to order soup. Yet, I have to stand in line and wait behind those getting salads or sandwiches. Then as I progress through the line and get the soup I want, then there's an even longer wait to pay. This isn't my first time here, but they mess up every single time. After ordering my soup, I waited another 10-15 minutes to pay. There's a line of 10 or so people including me. Several people paid and then the cashier just left despite there being a line of people needing to pay. Meantime, my soup was cold. I asked for another soup that was hot. I asked for a manager and waited around, but no manager ever came although I was told the manager was on their way. Just to let potential customers know to NOT ever go during lunchtime or any time when you need to be somewhere by a certain time. Mobile orders...don't even think about it. I tried that and went to pick up the order which showed was ready. I had to wait 20 minutes for that. I have given them 3 chances and they failed every single time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The problem is NOT that they don't have enough workers. They have lots of workers, but their so-called assembly line is a fail. Lots of workers in the back and/or acting like they had to go get something from the back. To the district manager, please contact me since your store manager refused to come when asking for them in the store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt even when I spent an hour in your lone to get a soup for lunch and late back to work. You have plenty of worker. They don't speak. They don't thank you after paying. This place is cash grab at best. The workers are lazy and don't care. If you have food allergies, I don't recommend you come here. I've seen them drop nuts and other food items in the various containers and don't care. The worker that came to cash us out had been preparing food and used those same gloves to accept money for the orders and went right back to preparing food. This is definitely a violation for the health department or Quasa. The other person is my party got sick from mountain berry salad and tomato basil soup. It's possibly food poisoning or maybe because your establishment allows people to prepare food with hooves on and use the same gloves to accept money at the register and go back to preparing food again. You, just like other establishments, need to stop hiding behind the pandemic and asking people to be patient with them. We've been patient. You have ample workers, but they don't use their timely wisely. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Eat here at your own risk.

Nicole H.

Yelp
I had a choice between this location and the one on Craig for they were only minutes in distance from me. I sadly chose this one, I wont make that mistake again. The 3x's I've been to this location including the one tonight something has been wrong with my order. I believe the questions, "are you good with details and following orders?" should be asked in the interview. I placed the order on the app, it said it would be done in 10 mins for it was only a salad. I purposely left my house 10 minutes late and when I got there 20 minutes later it still was not done, a young lady had to ask me what my name was and they still had to prepare it, like what, it's a salad and the place had no one in line and only one person sitting in the dining area. There was no apology or I'm sorry for your wait. To top it off when I get home to finally eat, the bbq salad had no bbq on it, barely any black beans nor tortilla chips (you know the actual toppings of the salad), and to make matters worse the chocolate-dipped strawberry was missing. Like I don't understand what was being done for the 25 minutes it took to make this salad. Thanks for ruining my dinner!

John K.

Yelp
Food good, 1salad add 1 extra small scoop of onions .69 cents. 2 sandwiches 2 halves of soup. $43.10 I think for 2 adults and 1 child. Even in today's world I think that's a bit much. I'll come back when they run some specials or something and if not I won't.

Emma G.

Yelp
I took all my friends here for an early dinner because I was telling them how amazing it was the last time I was there a few years ago. Thinking the business and food could only get better as time went by I was expecting another great experience. I was wrong. As soon as we went up to the counter to order our food it was as if every single employee had no idea what they were doing. My friend has diet restrictions due to an allergy so he wanted to take one specific thing off of his sandwhich and substitute it for something he's not allergic to. The girl said they can take items off the sandwhich but can't subsititute anything onto it. I immediately thought that was odd, just charge him extra and add whatever he wants, it's not rocket science. He asked for it grilled (It wasn't). My friends got the chicken noodle soup on the side as well. The chicken noodle soup tasted like they dumped a whole tub of salt in it. I ordered the cranberry turkey sandwhich which was tiny, like the size of half of a normal sized sanwhich. I also got the lobster bisque soup which also tasted extremely salty. The lemonade had no flavor of lemon in it, it tasted like water. In the end my boyfriend and I paid over $50 combined for our meals to taste like trash and the customer service was terrible. We waited a long time for food that wasn't worth it and portion sizes that were a joke when compared to the price. Don't waste your money here when you could literally go to subway and get better service and a better tasting meal for a third of the cost.

Justin R.

Yelp
It has been mentioned before, and I agree, that the time it takes for this location to attend to customers is too long and unacceptable. Once you do get through the line and voice your order it takes an additional 10 minutes to get through the line to check out. I feel like I have to repeat my order three or four times to add the correct items to my tray and remove the items that aren't mine before I was finally cash out. Additionally, it appears to me that since the Covid farce they pay more attention to call out orders than those who are actually in the restaurant. It always appears that they are understaffed and that those who are working are running around and not able to pay complete attention to those in line. I will say that the employees are kind and mean well. The food is also quality and tastes good once you get through the gauntlet. I think that this location could be managed better.

Yelp
First time coming in & i am impressed !! The new avocado cesar salad is to die for !! so much flavor !! The restaurant is nice & clean. The staff is also very friendly when taking your order and making sure it's to your liking ! Also the manager Abe found out it was my first time there so she made sure i tried the chicken & gave me recommendations !

Yelp

Yelp
We tried Cafe Zupa's on a recommendation from a coworker and decided we love it. We are new to the area but found a branch only a few minutes from our house. We entered and were greeted with the delicious smell of fresh bread and spices. Elizabeth offered us tips on the menu and was spot on with recommendations. The food was hot, fresh and so very tasty. We ordered Italian and crab sandwiches and had the combo with tomato basil and lobster bisque soups respectively. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We will definitely return for the friendly staff and tasty food again and again.

Yelp
Campbell canned clam chowder looks better than this flavored bowl of water. orange berry fusion taste okay at first and then tasted more and more like sweet stale fruit. This place wasn't my first rodeo but definitely my last.

Yelp
Service was terrible as they were very unfriendly, inattentive, and seemed to not know how to run their system. They food quality and portion size did not fit the cost.

Yelp
We haven't been here in a while and I couldn't remember why used to be a once a week visit for us... well Now I remember why subpar would be a compliment. They used to have actual grill pressed sandwiches now I'm guessing it's a microwave cause I definitely wouldn't call this toasted at all... it's a Turkey bacon "avocado" and my pic shows what that means I thought hmm maybe just my sandwich husband opens his up with even less on it now for a $13 sandwich and a cold soup ( maybe cold cause it was a call in) honestly for $40 I should've went to store and got my own ingredients or if I wanted crap quality i would've visited subway

Yelp
Usually I don't take the time to write reviews but, this particular experience deserves one. The staff was super attentive and patient with my husband and I. I wanted to highlight one of employees by name as she went the extra mile with us. KJ was extremely enthusiastic and very kind she made sure to listen when we had a somewhat complex order and made sure to have it down correctly she definitely deserves acknowledgment for her very positive attitude and amazing work ethic. I will for sure be coming back simply because the atmosphere was so jovial.

Yelp
- Walked in at 1:35 with only one person ahead of me in line. Silly me for thinking that would matter. - The employee helping the person ahead of me, called someone over to help me, which I appreciated. - While my sandwich was being made, another employee served the bowl of soup I ordered as part of my combo. Then it sat on the counter as my sandwich was made. - Got stuck behind the one customer ahead of me who was allowed to hold up the line so she could install the app and get a free drink. - Had to ask to have a new bowl of soup served so I wouldn't be having cold soup. - Ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and was left wondering if someone just whispered "pesto" over the chicken because neither its appearance or flavor were anywhere to be found. It's also been at least a year since I've been here, so the change they made to the sandwich (it's chicken salad instead of sliced chicken breast) was an unwelcome surprise. The food wasn't bad, but for a place that was practically empty when I walked in, I would have expected to have things go more smoothly. As others have said, don't come in here if you're on a time crunch.

Yelp
Cafe Zupas was a perfect lunch choice for the millennials working remotely from my house, needing a quick bite between webinars. All the food is made from scratch and the focus is on healthy eating with an array of soups, salads, and sandwiches that contain no artificial junk. The large Cobb salad ($9.90) has fresh and crisp ingredients impressing my son and his friend, while I enjoyed a pesto chicken on ciabatta ($7.80) with red peppers, almonds, tomatoes, greens, cheese, and squared chunks of cage-free chicken breast. We also ordered a soup and sandwich 'try 2 combo' ($11.50) which turned into a crab and avocado melt sandwich with Muenster, bacon, and tomato (tasted great, but a bit short on crab) plus a small bowl of lobster bisque, which did have some sizable chunks of lobster meat. I would go for the pesto chicken over the crab sandwich, because it's meatier and the flavor doesn't get lost. Tip: ask for extra meat on your sandwich...they weren't sure how to enter that request in the computer, so they charged only 69 cents more. We knew this had to be a good spot for lunch, judging by all the hyphenated adjectives on the menu...house-made, hand-crafted, house-chopped, kitchen-crafted, chef-crafted, all-natural, and cage-free. As for drinks, you have two choices - crummy Coca Cola sodas or delicious drinks made right there from squeezed lemons and oranges, berries, raw honey, and filtered water. I chose the latter, lingered at the fountain for a bit, and sampled them like a criminal. The orange, strawberry, and honey combo is the one I'd most recommend and a massive 32 oz. cup is only $3. For dessert, the $4 caramel rockslide brownie was rich and also worth ordering. Cafe Zupas (Zupas is Polish for soup) is informal with a cafeteria style line that moves quickly. You order and pay as you walk through, then either sit and eat at the many tables or take it out. The nutritional page on their website reveals nothing but zeroes under the trans fat category, which is always a good thing for your arteries. We felt like the food was healthy and there was no 3 p.m. drowsiness that you sometimes get after a heavy lunch. Cafe Zupas is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, closed Sunday.

Yelp
May 14th 2024 there were no other customers just the employees inside it was about 8:21 pm we were greeted when walking in we got up to the line it took several minutes before someone came to take our order there were two girls behind the counter chit-chatting to one another but said nothing to us another employee came around the corner came up to one of the girls you can see them mumbling something and by this time it felt uncomfortable so, finally the girl that was cleaning the machine came over and asked could she take our order I looked at my husband and said let's go so we left. My issue is these young people have no sense of what customer service looks like yet corporations continue to hire them with no training so, I took my money elsewhere and will not be back at this location.

Yelp
$6.50 for a couple pieces of fruit, half filled cup of Mac and cheese soup, and a strawberry the size of a quarter. Unfortunately we had ordered an extra strawberry for $1.50 which was also quarter sized. Zupas has not only decreased in quality, but also quantity. I'd skip it.

Yelp
Did not have any interaction with the restaurant itself as someone picked up our order. Easy to view menu online. I ordered 1/2 avocado chicken chop salad with ranch dressing and honey bacon club sandwich. The salad is like any chop salad that I've had so it's a salad. The panini sandwich was good but not great. I'd return to try other salads and dishes. My co worker's liked their order.

Yelp
I was looking for some lunch but just honestly nothing sounded good anywhere so I wanted to try something new and healthier for my self then the normal cheeseburger so I decided to try this place out, and oh my goodness thank you God for sending me here cause it was just outstanding! I had Uber eats deliver it and I was about 20 minutes away without realizing how far it was after the fact I ordered and it still came just to perfect temperature and taste for me. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwhich on Italian bread and Mac and cheese combo soup. And it was just one of the best meals I've ever had. It tasted like every ingredient was absolutely the freshest it could be and cooked to the perfect temperature. And then after eating not feeling that groggy or like it was to much after and feeling energetic and happy. Was a great meal, well done to the chef on that one. Then also I orders the chicken tender kids meal and fresh fruit for the side and the tenders were okay, for those but the fruit was so fresh and delicious, my daughter loved it. Her favorite part was the dessert that comes with each meal is the chocolate covered strawberry. Absolute phenomenal flavor. Definitely will be coming back with the whole family!

Yelp
Loved this place. It's got a sleek, modern decor and the service was incredibly friendly. Stepping inside reveals a large and well maintained dining area with plenty of seating. Ordering is easy. Approaching the counter you'll see menus you can pick up and browse as you line up so you have plenty of time to select from the many salads, protein bowls or sandwhiches. The ordering process is almost assembly-line-like with each employee preparing a part of your order. At the end of the process you can even add a dessert if you'd like: they have chocolate cake, cheese cake and creme brulee. And whether you get a dessert or not they'll throw in a chocolate covered strawberry just in case. How can you go wrong? The best part is that they have many, many keto and low carb options and they're all yummy.

Yelp
We had to repeat our order at least five times to different people. I ordered a brisket grilled cheese and look at how little they put on the sandwich. This place is NOT cheap, but giving cheap food and cheap service. Also my kids had to share plates because they didn't have any clean ones. I've always loved this place, but am sadly disappointed tonight

Yelp
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, and the restaurant was very clean. The employees were very nice as well. The only reason I'm unable to give this experience 5 stars, is because of the soups. The bowl I ordered was so watered down, it was water with potatoes. I was very disappointed, because that's what I always order. I tested a few different ones, after letting them know that there's zero taste. My sandwich was amazing though. I'll go for the salad next visit. I hope in the future, they'll get the soups right.

Yelp
I was just excited when I saw this pic of a delicious sandwich. What you order is not what you get. It's like online dating.

Yelp
I usually love Zupas... But not today, this was the bottom of my lobster bisque. A mound of tomatoes. I don't mind a few but this was insane. My sandwich bread was burnt and hard as a rock. Do better Zupas.
