"Kod Pirketa is part of a modest clutch of Serbian restaurants (Corner Terrace, Chicken and Cevapi) in Ealing and Acton, with Montenegro represented by Mugi’s on Ealing Common. Where C and C has cevapi and a photo spot for influencers, Dejan Stojanov’s Kod Pirketa has cevapi, tablecloths and Serbian folk music, alongside the grill-kissed, spiced meat. Come for ustipici sputtering from the fryer; karadordeva snicla, golden schnitzel rolled and stuffed with rich kajmak; and jagnjetina ipsod saca, lamb cooked “under the bell” in an earthenware pot with potatoes, herbs, and carrots that comes out as tender as a bruise. Perfect! Nice and cosy place, service was quick and very friendly, felt just like at Home country 😊 Got the slow cooked lamb under the bell, and slow cooked beef ribs.. Everything was so super tender and tasty! After some years within the UK and cooking mostly international meals with different sets of spices, almost forgot how the true Serbian cousine taste like, Thank you for bringing that back for me😊

As as Serbian who misses our cuisine, this feels more like home then actual home! The food iz amazing, the service is exactly what you would expect and get in Serbia, as well as decor. I haven't eaten food this good even in Belgrade, it's just like mom grandma used to make it. Really big recommendation even tho it's a little bit pricey, hope to be back there soon. If you love meat, spices and huge portions give this a try, you will not regret it.

We’ve visited Kod Pirketa on several occasions whilst in London and it’s always excellent. The food is first class and very authentic with delicious barbecued meats and home cooked dishes. The service is also great, the staff are very efficient but also helpful and friendly. A must visit restaurant when in London!

Authentic serbian restaurant as I was the only non-serbian person at thag time when I visited this place. The waiter was polite and friendly. I didn’t have booking but the waiter gave me the seat just about after 5 minutes waiting. Very typical serbian restaurant style, with red and white squared pattern table cloth. Of course I ordered cevapi here, and I didn’t need to wait for long to get my food served. The taste was amazing and I would definitely go back here again.

Excellent place if you want real Serbian food in London. The atmosphere feels warm and authentic, the staff are friendly, and the portions are generous just like back home. The meat is perfectly grilled, the kajmak and ajvar are top quality, and the flavours are exactly what you expect from proper Serbian cuisine. Everything tasted fresh, traditional, and made with care. Bravo! 💪

An incredible Serbian restaurant in London that truly makes you feel like you're back in Serbia. The food is consistently prepared to an exceptional standard, with flavours that are both authentic and absolutely delicious.
