Nicotin Tearoom & Coffee

Salted coffee for the win. The cream on top is as more thick than many other cafes I visited. The balance between salty and sweet was just right as well. The ambiance is peaceful and having to take off your shoes was nice because the floors were very clean. I had the coconut coffee as well which was very rich and tasty but I’d suggest splitting it with someone. The music place is also very soft which was a nice touch. Relaxing

The atmosphere is amazing with great teas. The location is beautiful with great views. It’s on the third flour of a building with small shops located inside.

The coffee shop is very chill and cosy. Staff is very nice and friendly. Drinks are quite pricy and it tastes less sweet than i thought. The views from these tiny windows are what make this place special. I spent my whole morning here just to chill and do some photography of Saigon from above. I recommend this place in early morning since you can have the entire place yourself

Cute little cozy cafe with neutral vibes. Good for pictures. However, prices of drinks are on the higher end and taste did not meet expectations. Ordered Vietnamese black coffee (add on condensed milk). It was overly sweet and no coffee aroma

Excellent atmosphere, but the staff doesn’t smile, giving me really cold vibes. Ordered both a matcha and hojicha which was quite good. The interior is really nice and the view from the windows too. Wish the staff would be more welcoming and kind to foreigners.

A nice hidden cozy cafe with unique old architectural interior design on the 3rd floor. The cafe has a nice heart of the city street view, and is a nice place to relax. Good for taking photos ^^.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city. Very well decorated space in an old apartments building surrounded by boutique shops. Must try: matcha coconut drink. No food offers.

Matcha was smooth and place was great. One of my friends forgot her cap and we went back there the next day to inquire about it. They returned the cap. Thank you Nicotin!
