Nicotin Tearoom & Coffee

Such a hidden gem! This cafe is tucked away on the 3rd floor of a beautifully vintage building that immediately caught my eye. The art shop at the entrance on the ground floor sets the perfect retro tone, love how it all flows together to create that special vibe right from the start. Once you climb up, the cafe itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming. Soft ambient lighting, comfy seating, and that warm, nostalgic atmosphere make it ideal for chilling with friends, catching up over coffee, or even coming solo to work or read. Everything just feels right the decor, the lighting, the overall energy. It's on the smaller side, but that actually adds to the intimate, homey charm rather than feeling cramped. The staff were amazingly friendly too! I took some photos of the place and them (with permission, of course), and they were so sweet they even gave me a cool souvenir: an old photo of the cafe itself. Such a thoughtful touch that made the visit memorable. And being on the 3rd floor means you get a lovely view looking out over the street great for people-watching or just soaking in the scene.

Salted coffee for the win. The cream on top is as more thick than many other cafes I visited. The balance between salty and sweet was just right as well. The ambiance is peaceful and having to take off your shoes was nice because the floors were very clean. I had the coconut coffee as well which was very rich and tasty but I’d suggest splitting it with someone. The music place is also very soft which was a nice touch. Relaxing

The atmosphere is amazing with great teas. The location is beautiful with great views. It’s on the third flour of a building with small shops located inside.

The coffee shop is very chill and cosy. Staff is very nice and friendly. Drinks are quite pricy and it tastes less sweet than i thought. The views from these tiny windows are what make this place special. I spent my whole morning here just to chill and do some photography of Saigon from above. I recommend this place in early morning since you can have the entire place yourself

A nice hidden cozy cafe with unique old architectural interior design on the 3rd floor. The cafe has a nice heart of the city street view, and is a nice place to relax. Good for taking photos ^^.

Excellent atmosphere, but the staff doesn’t smile, giving me really cold vibes. Ordered both a matcha and hojicha which was quite good. The interior is really nice and the view from the windows too. Wish the staff would be more welcoming and kind to foreigners.

Very chill atmosphere, good musc and nice view would recommend. Probably best coffee shop in the building.
