The Best Pasta In Rome - Rome - The Infatuation

"Sometimes you just want fresh pasta without a line of tourists gawking at the woman in the window making it. Caffè Belsito, a super local spot away from the crowds, is your answer. This cozy café is run by a charming family who’s filled the space with ceramics, fresh flowers, and vintage silverware—a.k.a. the perfect environment for diving into a big bowl of pasta, handmade by the owners every morning. There are all of the Roman classics, including a tangy, saucy amatriciana, as well as options that rotate seasonally like mezzelune filled with pear and gorgonzola. End with the dessert of the day, and pray it’s the moist, fluffy apple cake drizzled in velvety vanilla cream." - annie replogle

The best cafeteria in the area! I’ve been coming every year to Rome and staying in the area of Via Gregorio VII, therefore, I’ve tried many places around here. So I can definitely say that they have the best croissants!!! And all the pastries are wonderful, they still keep up the Italian standards of food and coffee! Will be definitely back and try also the lunch / dinner menu!

Perfection in every moment of visit. In the morning 10/10 capucino. In a night there is a great selection of domestic craft beers. Superb staff.

An absolute gem of a find on our recent visit to Rome! So much so, that having had breakfast there on our first morning, we returned every day for our breakfast and evening meal. A family run business, we couldn't fault the service and attention received from Julia and Marco - the food was amazing and all home made - extra special was the fresh gnocchi with truffle sauce (thanks Julia!) Great selection of organic wines and THE best Aperol Spritz I've had anywhere. Planning a return visit to Rome and will definitely be eating there again when we do. Thank you to everyone there, Janet and Tony (the table in the corner!)

Every detail, from the fresh flowers to the thoughtful table settings, reflects the care poured into this space. It’s clear that countless people have passed through these doors and left with more than just a coffee — they left with a memory.

We walked in randomly because it was conveniently located near our stay and we have absolutely no regret. The pastries are amazing, the price and the service were also perfect. The best breakfast we had in Rome!

Best dinner we had in our 14 day Italy trip! Starters and mains were phenomenal. Great spot for breakfast too, lovely staff and good prices

Great food and service. Good value for money. Went to this small restaurant 3 time when staying in Rome.

Blatant tourist rip-off. Menu price for a cappuccino: €1.40 — charged: €3.50. To make it worse, the bill included non-transparent billing entries that didn’t match what we ordered. Absolutely unacceptable.
