Caffè dell'Oro

Stopped by for a quick coffee to cool down. Unfortunately they were only doing outdoor seating at the time, and much of the outdoor seating is uncovered. I ordered their frozen coffee which was deliciously smooth and perfectly sweet. They give little biscuits with their coffee drinks as well. The service was great. My server was very busy at the time, so someone who normally does not take orders took mine and made sure I was taken care of so I didn't have to wait too long. I appreciate the extra effort.

The service here was the best we experienced in Italy. They were very attentive, kind, accommodating and fast. The food was absolutely incredible. We had eggs Benedict, bagel sandwich, and waffles. The view from the sidewalk tables is perfect. We have dined at many restaurants on our Italy trip and this is the only place I felt inclined to leave a review.

My partner and I visited for our second anniversary, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly special. The standout was undoubtedly the steak — the beef sashimi was a testament to the chef’s confidence in their high-quality ingredients and preparation, and it was absolutely delicious. The desserts were also masterfully executed, adding the perfect finish to our meal. 100% recommend and would definitely return!

It was a hot day but a splendid view looking at Ponte vecchio, 10€ for a drink. Service was good just a bit slow we had to get our own menu. None the less, it was a tourist area and it’s as good as it can be.

What a wonderful time we had here, we came every night of our trip in Florence to have a drink and a bite with Christopher who gave us an amazing time and great conversation. Our last night we tried a short rib ravioli and wow, amazing and the presentation was so nice! The best part is being able to sit outside and have a view of the Ponte Vecchio while you enjoy your night. We are from Miami and this was one of our highlights, truly look forward to coming back and hopefully stay in the hotel now we know it’s here! And again thank you Christopher for sending us off every night in an amazing mood.

Nice sunny location Ideal during the non-too-hot season. A pleasant dehors facing Ponte Vecchio in a pedestrian zone along the right bank. Prices not popular, but not a surprise: cocktail 'aperitivo' for two E 62 (Negroni Oro E 20, Spritz Aperol 18, Chips di riso 12, Bao con astice 12).

A great spot to eat some good food, drink good wine, and spend some time. I loved the burger in particular, alongside some cheeky wine. Overall, the service was great and our waiter was lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comforting! Great time and highly recommend.

It is a nice restaurant but service standard needs to be improved… Food wise, all were well prepared, although servicing was slow… maybe that’s why they served lots of breads to fill our stomach :-) Not cheap to dine here, we ordered 2 starters to share, 2 salads, 2 risotto, 1 burger & 1 more pasta plus some drinks…. Total bill was nearly Euro300… Overall experience was ok except the one irritating housefly that kept flying around us!
