Sebastian was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the view was simply stunning — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the moment. Starting my morning here with such healthy and well-prepared food made me genuinely happy. It was the best way to begin the day, and I would highly recommend this café to anyone looking for great food, warm service, and a beautiful view.

We were walking along the river when we spotted some gorgeous looking aperols being served at Caffe dell ‘oro. The view of Ponte Vecchio is stunning. The service from Ilaria and David was great - they were very attentive. David even bought out an umbrella for us when it started to drizzle (we didn’t want to sit inside and miss the view). The snacks served with the drinks were delicious.

Absolutely outstanding breakfast spread in the morning. Loads of options from pastries, cheese, granola, Yogurts, breads, spreads, meats as well as fresh egg options that you can order from the kitchen. We also ate lunch in the restaurant upon arrival and really enjoyed their signature pasta and the chicken with fresh vegetables. Service was always attentive and both the dining room and the patio seating have spectacular views of the Ponte Vecchio.

Christopher was the sweetest soul. This man deserves a raise. He provided us with wonderful insight on the hottest commodities here and had us complimentary snacks. Come here if you can. Drinks & Food were a 10/10!!

Lovely spot! We only had few got chocolate and tea. There is a selection of hot chocolate, we went for classics. Top service from the host and the other staff. Sat outside with the heaters, enjoying the rainy weather over looking ponte vechio. Also, best toilets in Florence so far!!! The cleanest, real towels to dey your hands and luxurious hand soap!

We had a lovely time sitting out in the sun here. Really great service - there was a delay with our drinks and they proactively came over to apologise and offer us a free dish. Lovely waiter who was really personable and friendly. Drinks were pricey but worth it for a nice afternoon. Would 100% come back.

Christopher was such a great host! I had the hot chocolate and it was divine. Probably the best hot chocolate I’ve had…ever. The service was top notch. It’s a cafe overlooking the river and a great place to just chill and hang out. So glad I came here!!
