"Caffé Ducali is now open at 289 Causeway St. (adjacent to sibling Ducali Pizzeria & Bar), on the border of the North and West ends, serving a takeout-friendly menu of espresso drinks, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, piadini, and Roman-style pizza al taglio. There’s counter space and standing room available inside. It’s currently open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

I've had some inconsistent experience here. I usually order an oat milk latte, and sometimes it's excellent but once it was very bitter, almost undrinkable. Also, the service can be very slow sometimes with just one person working.

We enjoyed our pizzas, better than a couple other North end places we went. It is a bit noisy in there when crowded. They could benefit from some acoustic treatments.

The food and drink I got here was a comedy of errors. The chai latte was like someone had whispered "chai" to some unsweetened, milky water. The breakfast sandwich might have been good, had it not been for the fact that the bottom half of my bagel was still COLD (not room temperature. Cold.), in spite of the charring on the burnt top half.

Espresso was strong. The bagel was tasty. Service was friendly and quick.

What a cute gem in the North End! Amazing coffee and even more amazing service. Their fall seasonal menu is exquisite! All the syrups are made in house so you can count on an authentic cup of coffee! Marina made our coffee and she was so sweet. Will definitely be coming back.

Pretty good coffee spot, nice North End vibe and tasty sandwiches. I would recommend going taking a walk in the waterfront park across the street to enjoy your coffee/ breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and attentive, we ordered the flatbread breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheddar cheese and pork, it was absolutely delicious. Blueberry muffin was fresh and tasty. Coffee was on point as well. Highly recommended. Thank you Caffe Ducali for adding this coffee section to the neighborhood.

Yelp
The best way to describe this cafe is "inconsistent." It's great to find a friendly cafe that's open early in the North End with strong espresso. But depending who's behind the bar, your drink will vary. A "macchiato" on one day was the size of a latte. A "cortado" a week later was essentially a macchiato. Don't even think about disputing this with the barista. The prices listed on the board are not always what you pay, either. Most of the time, the coffee costs more. And the hours are wonky, depending on the day of the week. If you only visit once, you'll probably enjoy the coffee. Become a frequent customer and you'll start noticing the differences.

Yelp
Amazing coffee, local pastries, fresh and delicious pizza, and friendly service. You couldn't ask for more!

Yelp
Ordered a chi latte and bf ordered egg and cheese sandwich. My chi latte had no taste whatsoever. The only flavor the sandwich had was of a charred grill. Would not recommend
