Came here today to get some work done on my computer, such a nice spot! I love the design, and the neighborhood is the cutest. The service was great and fast. It’s a cute, cozy coffee shop. The barista was the sweetest, and the coffee was excellent. The only downside was the lack of pastries—lots of donuts and cookies but no croissants. Maybe they were just out. Overall, a great place!

Google
Came here for an afternoon walk at the beach and coffee. Nice flavour full and strong coffees. We had the following: - Iced Americano - Moca Latte - Iced Tea Decaf - Iced Dirty Chai My son ended up buying ground coffee to make at home.

Google
I love the location, ambiance, and most importantly the service! service in Seattle can feel so cold, but here the baristas welcome you in and make you feel taken care of. I will say, haven’t had a drink yet that I’m crazy about… Had the orange Seville latte, and the Hōjicha latte; excited to come back and try more drinks, the cafe is just too cute! ☺️

Google
Wonderful neighborhood coffee shop near Golden Gardens Beach. Staff was pleasant and nice. Cafe Vita coffee is excellent and this is an official store. It’s a nice gathering space with many neighbors, good working environment, and lively but balanced environment. Plenty of outdoor and indoor options to sit at. Many drink offerings and they even have adaptogen drinks. It’s a beautiful design and aesthetic decor. Thank you! We’ll be back again soon.

Google
Apple pie cafe tastes amazing!! I really didn’t expect alot out of coffee shop. Many people were stopping by and was curious. Coffee tastes not bitter not too sweet and barista made perfect heart art!! Amazing!!!

Google
Really good coffee. I stop by here every time im heading to golden gardens. Their organic espresso blends are some of my favorite.

Bernard J.

Google
Two words: Squash Bread! Fun cafe right next to golden ponds park. Good service and good vibes!

Google
I’m really frustrated with my experience at this coffee shop lately. I have been a loyal customer for years. Lately, I can’t use any of my rewards, so I’m sitting on 3 free coffees. The prices have skyrocketed and the quality of people behind the register is lacking (much like an “I don’t care” attitude). Local shops are best when you get to know the people behind the register and folks who want to make the experience good, that hasn’t been there these last couple of weeks.

Yelp
Delicious espresso. Interior is cozy and perfect for study/work. However, space is limited so unless you come super early, tables for study/work are hard to come by. That being said, this is truly the perfect spot when you want to dip in and out for delicious espresso to accompany you on a neighborhood walk or when you're on your way to Golden Gardens. Ample outdoor seating (including a row of charming Adirondack chairs) so be sure to bring your sunnies and a book if you'd like to linger on a summer day.

Yelp
BEST CREAMY DELICIOUS LATTES EVER !!! The espresso was done perfectly and the milk was steamed to perfection as well. I was super impressed !! And the pastries are really good too. The interior has a good amount of seating and I loved the decor. Really cool lighting. The barista was so friendly and made the whole experience extra special for us. Definitely our forever go-to spot now!

Yelp
Met someone for coffee here. Coffee was great, tables were mostly full but barista not overwhelmed so service was timely. Warm and comfortable on a chilly day.
google avatar

Yelp
The kind of coffee shop every neighborhood wished they had. Clean, excellent staff and great americanos. I like their warm breakfast items too. Plenty of seating, super close to the top of the Golden Gardens stairs so if you're so inclined, go get some steps!
google avatar

Yadi G.

Yelp
After a three mile jog around Golden Gardens park, I took a million stairs up to grab a latte. The service was great, the cafe was clean and my latte was strong enough to get me back on my way. Pricey but that is to be expected.

Yelp
Been a longtime fan of this Fiore and am honestly surprised by bad reviews. Their coffee prices are in line with most coffee shops in Seattle these days. They make an excellent vanilla latte where the vanilla is not the main event but the subtle enhancer of the coffee. I hate being slapped in the mouth by pure sugar. Caffe Fiore gets it right on the money. They also make a great matcha latte. Again, lightly sweetened which is how I like it. I've never had a problem with their baristas in terms of bad drinks or poor service. They offer a nice assortment of Macrina pastries. The space itself is cozy and conveniently situated at the top of Golden Gardens. A+ from me for going on a couple decades!

Yelp
I sent my daughter to get us some coffee after waiting there for 15 minutes. She was told she can I pay with cash and to step from the line because they have a lot of customers waiting. very disappointing it's not professional at all.

Kathryn T.

Yelp
I live in the neighborhood, it will be hard not to come back every day! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they seem to have a lot of regulars as they knew most of the other guests by name. My latte was so pretty, both this and my sandwich were amazing! They also have breakfast tacos which I intend to try on my next visit.

My T.

Yelp
Upon arriving there was no line and wasn't busy and yet still, it took a while for the barista to take my order and then make it bc they were too busy laughing and talking with their coworker. Super annoying. In addition, the bathroom was pretty gross and no hanger for jacket/ purse. I mention this bc the bathroom being very small there should be something to hang your jacket, so I was trying my best to hold my items while trying to avoid dropping them on the floor. Lastly, the iced tea I ordered was so watered down and had no taste to it. I've gotten my fair share of iced teas around town and this was like water for $5. I gave two starts for the location. Please do better.

Yelp
Good coffee shop near the golden gardens steps. Great place to stop for a treat after doing the stairs like a champ! Kind and quick service. Really nice baristas.
google avatar

Yelp
Dropped in on a whim for a caffeine pick me up. Grabbed a lavender latte and enjoyed it at one of their outside tables. Parking was easy right outside and service was friendly albeit slow. No restrooms or indoor seating when we visited.
google avatar

Morgan N.

Yelp
Really enjoyed by stop here on a Sunday afternoon. Perfect place to get a lavender latte after Golden Gardens Park. This is a different lavender syrup than I'm used to and I really love it! The baristas were nice and the coffee was excellent! Only thing that was weird is that their pastry face was completely empty. Maybe they just don't do pastries?
google avatar

Aaron R.

Yelp
Love this place. They pull a mean cortado.
google avatar

Lorrie C.

Yelp
I came here yesterday with a friend and wanted something refreshing. Decided on an iced London Fog. While the tea was brewing, the barista man noticed my order and found out it was mine (the young lady who took my order started the tea) and said he likes to put in lemon zest and cinnamon in his, would I like to try that? I was like hell yeah, hook it up, and he made me the most incredible drink. It had all the wonderful cool floweryness of an iced London Fog and then MORE. So bright and flowery but also a tiny bit earthy from the cinnamon. He was great and my tea was great and this place is great. I'm only in town on vacation so I won't be back anytime soon, but I'll remember how good this drink was forever. my photo IN NO WAY does this beautifully flavored drink justice. i took this picture while startled by its brilliance and it's not my best work.
google avatar

Louise P.

Yelp
Asked if they could make my matcha latte iced and the girl at the counter gave me a blank stare. Ended up just getting a mediocre iced tea for $6. My bf's latte was also burnt.

Nancy D.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop, maintaining the mid century vibe. Ridiculously expensive without the customer service. so said 3 times i wanted an almond milk latte which was over $7 and they gave me a hot latte. You cannot charge these prices and be this poor. Will not be back.
google avatar

Samantha W.

Yelp
The last time I was here was 3 years ago because the service was so unfriendly. I went back recently and I have to assume that their baristas are either underpaid or their management is simply bad at hiring/managing. There are so many coffee shops in this city and it's a shame because this one is really a lovely location. However, these baristas are clearly unhappy and it shows. With the price of coffee continuing to go up, leaving home to get it means you're paying for an experience. Coming here is an unpleasant experience. The coffee is ok. The pastries are the same macrina ones you could get anywhere. And the service makes you wonder why they have no motivation to even pretend to be nice to their customers.
google avatar

Corinne G.

Yelp
Just stopped here for a nibble on our way out of town. Vibe is really great. Baristas and servers are super friendly. I like the selection of savory breakfast pastries But... and gang, I BAKE, you know... the blueberry scone for 'dessert' was top notch. I think we should have ordered two! Now that I know what this place is like, I'll be making this a regular stop on my way back up the hill!!
google avatar

Anuradha H.

Yelp
Beautiful small cafe, great vibes and aesthetics. Loved their lattes. It was great without sugar and so aromatic. Parking is tricky but there is a 5 mins pickup spot.

Jane D.

Yelp
Stopped by and was shocked at my latte price. $8.89 for a 12 ounce oat milk vanilla latte. Ouch. Unfortunately I can't afford to go back, priced out. I was frustrated my expensive drink came in a paper cup- you must have to specify you want your drink in a mug which would have been nice.
google avatar

Jared W.

Yelp
Great coffee, pleasant staff, and nice atmosphere. Not a lot of seating but it's quiet and cozy. Coffee was appreciated all around- tried a latte, London fog, and their special "Grinch". Would definitely return.

Trang V.

Yelp
The worst barista ever! Not welcoming at all like ok i get everyone has their bad day but this dude was completely rude and I can't. I went in didnt feel so welcoming, then we ordered our drink, he was not really happy for some reasons, gave me an instruction of how to order drink rudely, gave me my drink with coffee spilled all over the cap and around the cup, randomly tossed me the cap of my gf hot drink :/ no apologies or nothing. Later there couple other customers came in experienced same thing or worse. I'm so disappointed because this coffee shop was on my list for awhile and today i finally experience it and i dont think i will come back. P/s: dont pay more for oat milk or other milk bc he will just uses regular milk lol
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about going to this coffee shop after reading the reviews featuring "the mean barista," but whoever was working when I stopped in was SO nice. Very friendly and helpful. The quiche was sooo yummy!! The Apple fritter was just meh, but the cold brew coffee was excellent. I will definitely be stopping by more often!
google avatar

Yikhwan D.

Yelp
Great interior for rainy day reading and studying. There are plenty of chairs outside for a sunny Seattle day. Good coffee and tea options. Important note, the place doesn't offer wifi. Now, the tables are set up in a way you can get work done...unless you need wifi. Great service.
google avatar

Mariiela M. O.

Yelp
My first time being here and had a bad experience, the young lady with glasses and was very hostile with my friend and I. We ordered two pastries , and she forgot to give it to us, and when we asked for it. She said she had given it to us, and we had ordered one croissant and a chocolate roll, and she just threw the chocolate croissant and a pumpkin loaf . On the counter. We didn't even say anything about the wrong orders at this point, because we didn't feel comfortable asking again if she was already being rude. I would not recommend this place, due to their hostile customer service.

Diane M.

Yelp
It is time to open the restrooms! Plenty of places have opened up restrooms. It feels like they are being lazy and don't want to clean them. We are 2 women in their 70's and were told to go down the stairs and use the one at the dog park. We are not physically able to do that and the Batista was just plain rude about this. We were purchasing coffee and treats. Please think about how you are treating your neighbors, we are the ones keeping you in business
google avatar

Rita J.

Yelp
One of the rudest baristas I've encountered. Indirectly accused me of lying about whether or not my dog was a service animal. I have a heart condition and my ailment is not visible externally and he made me feel unwelcome and though I was polite, leveled with him and said "thank you" upon delivery of my beverage (and even tipped which I regret now), he rudely turned away without a word and muttered something to his coworker. Such a negative experience on what had been such a positive morning. Will never return to this establishment.
google avatar

Lauren G.

Yelp
Really cute coffee shop by dog park! Staff was very pleasant and warm! Two small lattes with oat milk was about $11.00- so it's not cheap by any means but was really good! I really enjoyed it !
google avatar

Liliane D.

Yelp
The coffee was strong, and had an excellent flavor profile to compliment it. The staff was more than accommodating, even when my fiancee spilled my entire macchiato on the table before I even got to take a sip. The ladies of Fiore quickly cleaned our table and made me a fresh cup without even being asked. The ambiance is very conducive to slowly enjoying a delightful cup of coffee, although the seating could be a bit more fluffy.
google avatar

Paavni R.

Yelp
This was one of my favorite cafe until our last visit. The coffee was good and I love the seating and surroundings. The last time we came for to-go drinks, one of them had a big insect at the bottom. I am surprised the barista didn't check the glass before pouring if the insect was in the glass. If the insect was in the ice container, that is a bigger concern about cleanliness.
google avatar

D F.

Yelp
Meh. Coffee was good.. Service was slow. A lot of families come here so expect a long wait as the kids choose their individual pastries and assorted drinks. Barista is distracted easily so trying to grab a quick cup of coffee can take a while.

Xueyan L.

Yelp
Such a nice place for work or studying! There are 4-5 small tables so good for working alone. There is also a large round table so good for gathering and chat. The store is small and cozy. On the second day of Thanksgiving there was 4-5 customers so not crowded, but the barista was kept busy and the noise from the coffee machines was perfect for staying focused.
google avatar

Linda-Rod C.

Yelp
We were regulars here until the yesterday. Twice at 5:30 the barista refused to make a drink in one of the ceramic mugs because he said he didn't want to have to clean them after due to closure at 6 pm. So we didn't buy drinks and likely won't go back unless we hear from the owner. Strange attitude. Like it would be a problem to leave 3 cups in a bin of water and wash in the am if he didn't want to do it at 6pm. 0 stars for his choice and attitude averaged with 4 for coffee = 2 stars. We found another place now we like with great coffee, attitude and ceramic cups when we don't want paper.

jane k.

Yelp
10/10 best coffee in seattle and the people who work there are so lovely. It's my fav spot and a really great vibe.
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
What a gem! Came here based on a local's recommendation and loved everything about this cozy little shop. They are organic, roast their own beans, offer yummy baked goods (loved the pumpkin bread) and their coffee was delicious. Perfect place to stop for coffee to-go, or to sit down and chill for a few, in a very unpretentious laid back environment. Very close to the beach too; there's a small parking lot out back and it's tucked away in a nearby neighborhood. Thanks Fiore for a wonderful cup of coffee and overall experience.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
A cozy spot that is great for escaping the elements or grabbing some java before heading down the stairs to Golden Gardens. I've always had wonderful service from the baristas here and delicious coffee to boot. The pastries and fresh baked goods are also great. If you time it well, you may get free samples! Kid and dog friendly; with tinker toys tots and treats and water dishes for the pups. Proud to have Caffe Fiore as my neighborhood coffee shop.
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
I purchased a great iced coffee here today on my way to Golden Gardens. Smooth coffee without any acidity or bitterness. Barista was friendly. Will be back again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
We visited on a Tuesday at 12:30pm. Very slow. Latte and Vanilla Soy Latte, biscotti, and donut. Nice little corner building. The good: 1. Nice girl working the coffee bar. 2. Very old, small building with a cool historical vibe. Used to be a head shop years ago for those of you who live in the area. 3. Soy latte was good, regualr latte was ok. Pastries were fresh. (as far as a biscotti can be fresh...lol) 4. Parking was easy at this time of day. 5. At the top of a cliff near a park, marina, a dog park. Access via very steep stairs to go down to the water. Not so good: 1. Interior though nice, was on the dirty side somewhat. 2. Music was way too loud and obnoxious. Hard to have a conversation. HINT: If parking is tough there is a little dirt lot directly behind the building. Although there is a warning sign about getting your car towed, the property is for parking at the coffee shop....but there is no sign that tells you it's ok as a Caffe Fiore patron.

Yelp
In a city with a million local coffeeshops (and plenty of horrible chain options), Fiore remains one of the best options for great espresso drinks. This Fiore, located right above Golden Gardens, has a warm neighborhood vibe, embedded amongst houses and condos, and next door to Cucina Esperanza. The baristas are friendly and attentive, and the drinks are flavorful and are great exhibits of the latte art that artisan coffee in Seattle is known for (pioneered by Vivace on Capitol Hill). It's a small space, so they don't have wifi to prevent people from camping there all day. There's some outdoor seating in adirondack chairs on the sidewalk, and a small patio in front. My dogs appreciate the free dog treats from the glass bowl on the back counter. Food options are mostly pastries, including the (thankfully) ubiquitous Mighty-O donuts. The toast is reportedly good, though I've never tried it myself. To address a few recent reviews that got me to bother writing a review: living a few blocks away, I've been there dozens and dozens of times, and have never once had an issue with cleanliness or burnt beans. That someone would recommend a Starbucks over this is, frankly, inconceivable.
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
My favorite coffee house. Seriously, the best chai in Seattle. Sadly, they are temporarily closed due to an arsonist. I'll be looking forward to their grand reopening! http://www.myballard.com/2017/06/17/arson-suspected-in-overnight-fire-at-caffe-fiore-on-sunset-hill/
google avatar

Cooper A.

Yelp
Stopped here on my home from the Golden Gardens where another piano from Pianos in the Parks was displayed. The place is cute and quaint. There's plenty of room if you wanted to do some work or write and they offer free wi-fi. The guy making my drink was friendly and quick. The Americano was fab and the croissant was out of this world! Fresh, crispy, filled with heavenly taste! If I ever find myself over this neck of the woods again, I'll come in for another coffee and pastry delight.
google avatar

Opal D.

Yelp
The signs at each table which exist to say (in a VERY long-winded way) "Don't Loiter", are a huge turn off. Be succinct or tell rude people to move it along in-person but this is just the worst mixture of panty-waist and tacky. Coffee and pastry selection are both just average.

David A.

Yelp
Great coffee. Nice atmosphere. But they only serve in paper cups. COVID doesn't transmit via surfaces, and the world Is burning up. The barista says they are waiting for "GM approval" to back to ceramic. Waiting to be environmentally conscious.

Rahel T.

Yelp
Amazing coffee, attentive and kind staff every time. I'm a regular and appreciate the great lengths taken to make sure my coffee tastes amazing.
google avatar

MaiLinh N.

Yelp
Great place. Excellent selection of donuts and pastries. Service is friendly and fast!! And their coffee is great. Dog biscuits in the back (no dogs inside). Seating indoors and outdoors. Conveniently by Golden Gardens Park. I've been here once before and had a delicious coffee and today was excellent too.

Robert T.

Yelp
While visiting stopped in for an Italian soda. It's one of those cafes where there is a big community table but the worst thing you can do is actually sit next to someone. My apologies to the guy scribbling in a notebook but you don't get a private 3 hour workspace for the price of a latte. This isn't the cafe's fault, of course. I asked the woman barista if she knew how to get to Golden Gardens since I felt a bit turned around. She wasn't sure and later when some women came in she asked them for directions and looked over to make sure I heard them. Now that is a really nice thing to do for a traveler! Much appreciated, it was a beautiful walk down the cliffs to the bay.
google avatar

Ana H.

Yelp
That barista is the worst and is useless at making drinks. I ordered a London Fog and it was completely watery with no flavor. He walked away before I was finished ordering and then told me to wait at the register. I was so annoyed with him I threw my drink away and went to Swanson's to order the same drink. It was much better and the barista wasn't an asshole. Will not be going back to Fiore unless it's a different barista. Zero stars.
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
Picked up two iced lattes on the way home from the park the other day. Cute little coffee shop. I almost missed the front door. The coffee was good, not too sweet. The guy who made the coffee was really friendly too.

Kat M.

Yelp
Watered down chai was not good. Little flavor. Barista could not have cared any less on a Friday afternoon... I very much wanted to like this place. Great location. Great outdoor seating. But, sadly, it missed the mark for enjoyment
