Amazing, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Delicious coffee drinks that are either always available or seasonal selections that always wow the tastebuds and feed the coffee or tea fix. I've come with friends and family from back east -- and everyone has loved their drinks and the experience!

Probably one of my favorite cafes in the area. Baristas are very knowledgeable about the coffee they serve, and were happy to tell me about it. I had their cafe latte and cold brew and both of them had a lot of characteristics and great flavor. Their almond croissant was amazing as well. The back of the store was a pleasant surprise as it had an amazing garden view in the beach area.

Coffee roast of the Espresso was super balanced, the food is both beautiful and tastes amazing! The atmosphere is relaxed and calm and the staff gives the most positive vibes, seem to really enjoy working here. Would love to come here more often.

Easy stop to make off of California-1. Great coffee with unique drink options (I.e. cafe nico) and their own roasted beans, other local goods (cards, jam, honey, tea, etc.,). Patio in the back is nice and quiet, but shaded. Prices were typical of other cafes

Luxxe? More like Caffé SUXX. I walked into Caffé Luxxe in Malibu expecting a serene, espresso-scented oasis. Maybe a little slice of European elegance by the coast. Instead, I walked into a caffeine-fueled fever dream. As I stood at the counter reading the menu (you know, as one does before purchasing anything), the staff asked me several times if I knew what I wanted each time with the subtle suspicion of someone making sure I wasn’t just there to breathe their artisanal air for free. I finally placed an order for my partner and myself, hoping that would smooth things over. Oh, how naïve I was. Then came... the restroom key incident. The moment I received the sacred key, a fellow customer rushed toward me like a caffeinated linebacker, grabbing at my hand and loudly declaring that he was there first. Sir, if you needed the restroom that badly, perhaps you should have asked before I held the key of destiny! The staff? Silent. Just watching the chaos unfold, as if it were some kind of avant-garde performance art. I stood there awkwardly clutching the key, wondering if I was on a hidden camera show. After surviving that awkward gauntlet, I returned to my seat, ready to decompress and plan my vacation. I opened my laptop... only to discover: no Wi-Fi. In Malibu. In 2025. In a place that dares to call itself “Luxxe.” From the rude clientele to the passive staff to the stunning lack of basic amenities, there was nothing luxurious about this experience. Caffé Luxxe? I think not. More like “Caffé Confuse-me-and-make-me-regret-my-life-choices.”

Ugh, I'm sorry I forgot to take photos because I was in a rush to be somewhere. This cute little coffee shop is in Malibu and if you're ever in the area, GO! The shop itself was cute and the space was very clean. It wasn't that busy when I stopped by for drinks to-go. The barista was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered an Oat Matcha Latte for my friend (she said the matcha tasted very fresh and she enjoyed it) I decided to get something called Honey Buzz which is a shaken espresso with honey and milk. I asked her if it was really sweet and she said she could make it less sweet and honestly, the way she made it was really perfect. Definitely wish there was a Caffe Luxxe near where I live but if I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to check out other menu items here!

Didn't realize this was a chain, but there's a location along the PCH in Malibu. There's actually some adjacent/attached parking, so you're not driving around in circles just to pick up some coffee. Staff is very friendly and nice, often making decent suggestions. Coffee drinks and cold brew is tasty and refreshing. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but probably starting to become more average in LA. Nicely decorated indoor area with plenty of seating if you'd like to take a break and catch up with friends. Recommended if you're in the area.

What a treat! I never even noticed this place after driving by for so many years. Thankfully I have friends that are Malibu locals, and I'm SO glad I was asked to meet here. Ample free parking out front, while inside is a clean, crisp, airy ambiance, with outdoor patio seating. Almost felt like the kind of place you'd find a retired James Bond, who has aged out of the spy business, but still has the body to pull a divorced hottie. The patrons are like the pretty ones in WeHo, except with that dash of Malibu money, and the "extra" looking lap dogs that the girls/ladies bring in. Service is fantastic, and the food (I had of their warmed sandwiches) was small but tasty, along with a cup of some shaken iced coffee. Highly recommend taking 20 minutes to sit and watch the patrons. You never know who you'll see. I want to say more, but you'll just have to see for yourself.....

Wanted a quick coffee stop in Malibu and stumbled upon this place. I ended up getting an Ethiopia Fresh Brewed Iced Coffee and it was fantastic. Tons of unique flavors and didn't really need to add anything to it. They told me it would take 6-7 minutes to prepare since its done fresh, I gladly waited. Definitely one of the best tasting black coffees I've had and it tasted so pure. Very reasonable pricing at $5 as well. Would be back when I am in Malibu. Parking : Easy, they have free parking right in front though it may fill up as well. I was able to snag the last spot when I arrived but people come and go pretty often. Seating Area : They have a nice outdoor area with plenty of seats to relax and drink/eat.

Been going here for years and always get the Iced Caramello - but every drink is amazing. Consistently has such friendly service, great pastries, and a quiet area to sit outside in the mornings. This is definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee shops and is a pillar in the community!

Our coffee run brought us it Caffee Luxxe & it did not disappoint. My safe choice is always a vanilla latte and it was a very good one at that (I added cinnamon on top). My bf ordered a matcha latte which he really enjoyed. The baristas were very nice and helpful. Now for the pastries they had quite a selection to choose from. I ordered a vegan walnut banana muffin it was soo good not overly sweet but just the right amount that pair well with my coffee. My bf ordered a matcha white chocolate cookie which he also enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back .

The coffee was delicious. I ordered a special coffee the cafe nico : espresso, candied orange, half and half and cinnamon. It was unique and one of the best, if not the best coffees I've had all year! My boyfriend's latte was a little lackluster so I'm guessing if you come here you should go for a special.... Chicken pesto sandwich was good, but the quiche, though warmed up was pretty cold in the middle. But the consistency was good. Just wish i wasn't... half... cold. Ample seating, good restrooms, and cute merchandise as well. Good service, the baristas are very patient!

We enjoy coming to this Caffe Luxxe location. Parking is limited but it also never seems to get extremely busy here. We have been able to find ample seating and parking when we stop by in the morning. The coffee is great. We have had lattes and hot chocolate. All have been good. I was excited to see a seasonal latte called the Dolcezza, which is a blend of sweet potato and spice (like the pumpkin spice latte). I enjoyed it! Available October through December. There is no wifi, but there is plenty of space to get some work done. I'm usually here with my kids to work on some of their homework, so we don't need outlets or internet. We value the large indoor and outdoor seating area and comfortable tables. The staff are always nice and helpful. Thank you for a consistent pleasant experience!

Good coffee and amazing muffins! The cafe itself is cute but the outdoor seating with the bright yellow tables and chairs is super cheery and a whole different vibe than inside.

Very convenient coffee shop. In Malibu. Easy parking. Great tasting coffee. And friendly staff. They had outdoor seating. Very nice and some good like muffins. But i didn't get any. I will return for more breakfast experience.

Another CAFFE LUXXE! Love it. I'm still waiting for them to open one up in the Valley. I mean, there's one in LBC, why not The Valley?! (hashtag this!!) This location is not as busy as some of the other locations. Though it wouldn't matter because the baristas are quick and efficient, even if the friendly chitchat is NEVER sacrificed. This PCH location has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating space. Tranquil and spacious. Ham & Cheese Croissant is awesome! NICO, as always, is consistently good no matter which location you visit. Two more locations and I can say that with absolutely no doubt and hesitation. LATTE is wonderfully rich and creamy.

Pros: Amazing pastries. The banana almond croissant is the best croissant I've ever had. Amazing drinks. Beautifully crafted. Cons: no WiFi. I would love to meet a friend here and get some work done in the beautiful back patio. It's not the type of place I want to pick something up to go, I want to sit and savor!! But I also don't go to coffee shops in Malibu to avoid technology, that's what nature is for.

Nice cafe shop right across the beach on pacific coast highway. They got pastries, sandwiches, and many more good stuff. Tried their iced mocha and it was probably top 5 for me.

Spacious cafe in Malibu. Love their Nico Caffe with oat milk. Pastries were also very good. Recommend their ham & cheese croissant!

Lovely place with so positive vibes and amazing coffee. They have outdoor seating which is highly recommended though indoor seating is nice too. Service is quick and servers were very nice and had warmth. Coming from a long drive we thought to have a lot stop here with coffee. I must say coffee were amazing . Parking is just outside the cafe so need not to be worried

No WiFi for customers is a huge bummer, especially since there is no 5G wireless reception in this stretch of Malibu, so you can't even hotspot your laptop...I skip coming here because of this issue. Even the baristas told me that many customers complain about it but ownership has refused to budge. It's also pretty hypocritical and funny that they advertise that customers should download their app when you cannot even access it since there is no cell reception or Wi-Fi... I'll raise my review score once WiFi is added for customers. Pros: Good coffee, nice baristas and lots of seating inside and outside.

Great coffee, great ambiance, great service!! Really cool merchandise. I recommend Pepperdine students to come with their computers!

One of the few decent coffee shops along the PCH. Parking is easy and they have a beautiful patio at the back. Coffee is top quality. My bf got the latte and I tried the cafe frizzante for the first time. Only comment is that they do not have WiFi considering cell phone reception can be bad in the area.

I am sad I don't live in Malibu because this is hands down the best coffee I've ever had. I went yesterday and came back today. I don't even like cold brew normally. There's no leftover taste in your mouth and it's the perfect blend of sweet but not too sweet. I get the dolce flore and I'm obsessed . I went to another coffee shop today called Alfred's, and the cofffee tasted like Starbucks coffee which I really don't like so I came back here. Was worth it!

Cute coffee shop with friendly, helpful employees! They helped us understand the unique menu and drinks. The drinks were delicious and well balanced. Next time you're in Malibu, definitely check out Caffe Luxxe

We went on a coffee date here ! Was great coffee and great service and a great little spot. The espresso shots were pretty strong . The view was calming and I got a cafe americano with almond milk . My partner had matcha and espresso and iced tea. We are caffeine addicts I hope they expand their menu (like Starbucks has ) bc I think this place great! The cake berry dessert was absolutely delicious ! I'll be back and so will my partner ! Four stars bc the espresso was really too condensed. But they even offered to re-make it !

the vanilla latte with extra vanilla is by far the best thing i've ever ingested. the staff is fine but the inside of the store is nice and a good place to study!

Nice coffee cafe in Malibu on the PCH (across from Billionaires beach). Doesn't look like much from the outside. Cute decor and friendly baristas. We ordered a flat white and latte with oat milk. Both were delish, smooth, and well balanced. Loved their roast. A nice afternoon pick-me-up after a day at the beach. Plenty of parking and nice indoor and back patio seating. Cafe Luxxe offers a full espresso bar along with just about every type of coffee offering possible! Next time I will try some of their fresh baked organic pastries. They also sell unique gifts and culinary items.

Friendly service. The music inside was way too loud for us, but we sat outside in the very pleasant peaceful garden terrace in the back, where the noise of the traffic is hardly heard. We had a cappuccino, an almond croissant, and a shakerato that was fantastic! We will definitely return.

Had the opportunity to try Cafe Luxxe while I was in Malibu, and it was so good! The interior of the cafe is really cute, and there's lots of space for seating inside and on the back patio. I ordered the Caffe Nico as an iced latte. It was strong with a perfect flavor balance! I highly recommend Cafe Luxxe for your coffee fix when in Malibu!

So glad I was finally able to try Caffe Luxxe. Adding this to one of my favorite coffee shops. They have a seating area inside and really nice seating area in the back. We decided to order 2 vanilla lattes with cinnamon. They were delicious. I like to rate my places from 1 to 10. 1 through 3 - will never comeback 4 through 5.8 - will come back if someone I'm with wants to try the spot 5.9 though 7.0 -will come back 7.1 through 9.9 will make an effort to come back and I would recommend the spot 10.0 is the best place! (Haven't had a 10 because there is always a better place out there. My rating for this place is 7.8 (Will you come back? Yes) My Yelp rating is regarding the service, the experience and the quality of food or beverage.

Nice little coffee shop on PCH in Malibu. Very clean modern interior and outdoor seating. Parking was easy. Ordered a hot mocha which was good, not too sweet. My friend ordered an iced mocha and said it was ok not great. I like that they serve hot drinks out of ceramic cups if you're not taking it to go. Didn't try and pastries.

Excellent coffee shop tucked away in a small shopping center - we stopped in after lunch at Nicolas Eatery next door. Iced coffees for the adults; snickerdoodles for the kids. They also have some lovely home products that they produce and sell (including a fig-scented lotion that I sampled and now regret not buying).

This place gets 5 stars because the coffee tastes amazing! They boast an "artisanal experience" and do not disappoint! Definitely a good spot for coffee and espresso connoisseurs, they have some really interesting concoctions and they are helpful when choosing a drink. I ordered the mocha latte and I think it was the best one I've ever had! They also have a cute outdoor patio.

Updating review. I went again before a trip to the Getty. I ordered my usual lately latte with oat milk (don't knock oat milk until you try it.) The barista made a cappuccino. Or something. It was NOT a latte. The espresso was at the bottom with hardly any milk at all but a head of foam all the way up the cup sides. I didn't say anything. The vibe is tragically hip in a Malibu kind of way. I didn't want to disturb that.

There's some parking, pretty small, but doesn't seem like it's a busy parking lot the day I went. We ordered the Caffé Nico and Caramello (their most popular drinks), and they were so good. Caramello was more on the sweeter side with caramel taste. Caffé Nico was more on the creamier side with hint of cinnamon. I personally liked the Caramello more, but both were really good drinks. I'd definitely recommend it. They have also have restrooms, but require pass code. Recommendation(s): - Caramello - Caffé Nico Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - Restroom requires passcode - Popular drinks are Caramello and Caffé Nico - They accept Apple Pay - Parking lot is small, but the day I went didn't seem too bad (Sunday afternoon)

Once again at luxe and have to say they have such wonderful lattes. They also added more vegan pastries which makes me so happy! Their paper goods and shop are adorable too I did some rly cute holiday shopping there and gifting. Love this place

Hands down best coffee in Malibu and maybe best coffee in Los Angeles. The barista's are highly skilled and incredibly welcoming. The only issue is they recently changed their bakery items and to my taste they are no longer feel as delicious as the coffee. Croissants under cooked and doughy,muffins not particularly flavorful. In general uninspired, a major downgrade from the previous excellent bakery items. Please go and enjoy the coffee but maybe eat beforehand.

Cool coffee shop in Malibu near the beach. I had never been and the two baristas were very friendly and helpful. I got a couple of pastries and an oat milk caramello latte and it was pretty tasty! The lemon bar was good, but wish it was a little more tart. The brownie was REALLY chocolatey. I'd go back if I was in the area, but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to try it again. It was solid though.

A cute coffee shop right off the pch! I love the fact that it has lots of menu options that range from brewed coffee, specialty drinks, espresso, and even matcha. The food is also super fresh and a great place to get some work done as there is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating with outlets available.

Loved it! The M Hotel gave us a coupon for a free beverage here. Decided to try it. They have these incredible ciabatta sandwiches. Moist, light, crisp roll with ham and butter, for example. This sandwich heated up was divine, top quality and so so delicious! The service is great, plenty of seats, great cappuccuno, made with love. They also sell top shelf greeting cards, and stationary items. Highly recommend this cafe.

As the name suggests, this is a very fancy place. I got just a plain latte, and it was made perfectly. As a former barista, it's all you ever want: to pop in somewhere nice, have a decent wait in line, and get a drink that's made it very well by friendly people.

Caffe Luxxe is a cafe shop in Malibu. Have always wanted to stop in here but always pass it by because it's in a strip mall development on the other side of PCH, not on the beach side where I'm usually focused on. My good friend happens to have a gorgeous beachfront house in Carbon Beach, very close to Nobu. BTW Carbon Beach beachfront is considered Billionaires Row; as most homes in this part of Malibu is Uber pricey, and owned by notable people in entertainment and tech. My friend is in both; very wise. Before that visit, Fendi and I popped in Caffe Luxxe. There was ample parking and I parked out front. It was my first time there and the menu offered a variety of coffees by I ordered an iced almond milk latte. As I waited The counter and display case had lots of tempting sweet and savory goodies that looked delish and healthy, as lots were organic and lots of vegan choices. I passed on treats because I was on way to meet my friend for lunch at Nobu or Mastros Ocean Club. Inside the shop, there were tables and a long tufted cognac color banquet. There was a half dozen matronly looking loud chatty women taking most of the cushy seating. A few guys with their laptops in other tables. So once my iced drink was ready, we went out the back, Fendi had to see the outdoor area, green turf for pets and nicely landscaping hill slope with bright yellow tables and chairs, neat, very nice, she approved 5 star. The iced almond milk latte was really good and had a strong caffeine taste as I like, 5 star. Friday's Staff (bearded guy and brunette hair gal) were less than helpful with a tepid demeanor. In fact a nice male customer standing behind me was more helpful and super friendly with me and Fendi. That customer made suggestions that made my ordering easy and less complicated. It was passed noon and it seemed the staff needed a caffeine shot to fix their attitude; a generous 2 star. My carbon beach friend was amused by this, and offered me a homemade Nespresso drink from his cool looking espresso machine. He also experienced the cold reception from the staff and would rather not return :( Because of the great coffee and lovely outdoor appeal for Fendi, 5 stars.

One of the best for coffee . I will definitely go back for some more. Malibu location is very nice. Staff and service is wonderful. Very good qualities of coffee.

While I go to the Brentwood location more often, this is my go-to coffee shop when I am riding my bike in the Malilbu / Santa Monica mountains. Parking is super easy here as you can park in their private lot or on PCH. I've never had a bad coffee drink here and their pastries are above average. This one has a nice patio in the back which is nice as well. A+

For reference, I am comparing this place to my experiences at Philz in the Bay Area Pros: elegant interior, upscale design, unique coffee offerings, coffee doesn't have sugar in it by default, great outdoor terrace, exceptional customer service Cons: not many food options, lots of plastic is used (are straws really necessary, especially in an oceanic city?), no WiFi in the cafe, coffee not as good as Philz

Creamy smooth delicious lattes and awesome fresh pastries. Ham and cheese croissant was flaky, buttery and flavorful. Sticky buns are HUGE! Workers very warm and welcoming. Nice modern decor.
