Eventide Oyster Co. Lobster Rolls Can Now Be Shipped Nationwide | Eater Boston

"A London-based, Italian-inspired café chain plans to open a new location at Copley Place in September. The brand entered the U.S. in mid-2014 with its first Boston outpost in Downtown Crossing and has since grown to nearly 30 locations around the Boston area." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

As an Australian travelling in America, I’m pretty picky about my coffee, and let’s be honest, the coffee scene here can be hit or miss. But Nero Coffee has been the best I’ve come across so far. The flavour, the quality, and the overall experience were a standout compared to most places I’ve tried in the US. If you’re craving something closer to Aussie standard coffee, this is the spot to go.

The food is excellent. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great, but there were dirty tables. I did enjoy one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, with perfectly steamed foam. Highly Recommended.

Best coffee around and the baristas know what they’re doing. I really appreciate you guys! The baked goods and lunch options are also so fresh and an of excellent quality. It’s always our first stop when we visit Copley and the Prudential for shopping. We met friends this time around for breakfast and had plenty of space- kids sat at the a giant wooden table well we relaxed in the armchairs- and have proper ceramic plates and cutlery versus all the plastic and paper around. Keep up the good work. 🙏🫶🏻

I deeply enjoyed this experience. The ambience is unmatched and on a 38 degree morning sitting by the fireplace felt incredible. I’m not a coffee snob but I am picky and I ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso. At the recommendation of the barista I did not get the espresso shot because they’re cold brew is brewed from espresso beans and it 👏 was 👏 incredible 👏 Recommend x 100!

I am so grateful to the team here. I love this location, I travel on the subway from across town to spend time in this specific Caffè Nero because they are so kind, genuine, and nice to me. I feel happier after visiting and chilling by the window in such a cozy setting. Thank you!

Just dropped by Caffè Nero recently and I've got some thoughts to share. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but there's a bit of room for improvement. First up, the vegan elderberry cake – total winner! It was delicious, like seriously good. The cake was moist and the elderberry flavor was just right – not too overpowering but definitely there. It's great to find a place that does vegan options right, and this cake hit the spot. The cappuccino was another highlight. It was well-made, with the right amount of foam and the perfect temperature. As someone who's pretty particular about their coffee, I was impressed. It's the kind of cappuccino that makes your day a little better. However, there's a bit about the staff that I think could be improved. Don't get me wrong, they weren't rude or anything, but they weren't exactly super welcoming either. I think a friendly greeting and a bit more warmth would make a big difference. It's nice to feel welcomed when you go to a cafe, especially if it's a place you're thinking of visiting regularly. The cafe itself has a cool vibe. It's cozy and a great spot to chill out with friends or even just to hang out by yourself with a good book. The whole atmosphere is pretty relaxed, which I like. So, I'm giving Caffè Nero a solid 4 stars. The cake and coffee are definitely worth coming back for. If the staff were a bit more welcoming, I'd easily bump it up to 5 stars. It's amazing how much of a difference that can make to the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

This Cafe Nero in Boston has the best ambience. There is a wall of glass windows and wonderful sunshine. There are some communal tables which makes finding a spot to sit easier. I highly recommend coming here if the weather turns cloudy and grey. I enjoyed my sausage morning sandwich.

One of my favorite caffe Nero locations in the city. It’s got two spacious seating areas and a surprising amount of outlets. There’s one bathroom in the cafe itself but also plenty within the shopping center. Really nice floor to ceiling windows and general ambiance. The food and coffee is just like any other Caffe Nero, so it’s good quality. My go to is the chai tea latte and a cookie butter croissant
