I can’t say enough about the great atmosphere and kindness of the staff. Every time I order there is so much care that goes not only into making delicious drinks, but that the entire experience is great. Today Tyler hooked it up with an amazing latte! Thank you!

This one-star review is for Janelle, the barista. So rude, and unwelcoming. She kept cutting me off and had an extremely hostile attitude. I typically love Caffe Nero but they really have to do better at hiring better baristas.

Great place! Good coffee, good food, wonderful staff, nice very nice decoration. Face mask required and social distance very good handle in the place. The also have a rewards for your purchases. I think I’m coming back soon 😊

I only went in here to use the bathroom but I consider it proper decorum to buy something if you want to use the restroom. Thus, I bought a white mocha, which was somehow cheaper ordering in person than online. I tried to install the app and enter a promo code but it didn't work and because nature was calling, I just went up to the counter and ordered. The white mocha was refreshing and made the elongated lunch break more enjoyable. There is no "For here" or "To go." You will receive the same paper cup regardless of your plans. The best thing about this place was that they had the old style payment pad. Why is that of any significance? Nobody swings around the fancy Ipad, forcing you into making an awkward decision with a tablet. The old-fashioned tip jar makes checking out that much more of a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is pleasant. I like the classic view of Broadway and Southie in general. My only recommendation is the music. Seems like they picked a Spotify Playlist generically titled "Jazz Cafe." I have yet to find the place that plays those Lo-fi beats that go so well with some sip-action. This will probably be my go-to spot when I am working in this area.

All I can say is Janelle needs a raise, watching her kindly and calmly train the newer employee while keeping up with the rest of the customers was *chefs kiss*. Don't sleep on appreciating the star of the show.

Caffe Nero is your standard coffee joint in a city neighborhood. It has okay coffee (comparable to Starbucks). My main issue is that one or two of the staff are EXTREMELY LOUD. It is a bit annoying when your trying to work and she is yelling, either across the restaurant or to her coworkers next to her. Weirdly, there used to be other staff here who were equally as loud. I live next door so it's convenient but I will walk down the street to Blank Street for better coffee and a better environment.

Good coffee and average prices on their food products. I enjoyed the decor and the books on display and for use by customers. Unfortunately I had to wait ten minutes to order at an off peak time due to only one employee being present. There is plenty of space to wait, but chairs and other seating options appeared to be at a premium
