Taco Dumbo, Bianco & Sons, and Caffe Nero to Open at Hub Hall Food Hall - Eater Boston

"The second out-of-town addition is Caffe Nero, which is hardly a stranger to the region, operating 30 locations in the area, plus one in Connecticut." - Dana Hatic

Not my favorite location for Caffé Nero, since it’s in a food court and so doesn’t have much seating or the usual cozy vibe/book decor theme. But it IS a convenient spot for on the go as it’s next to the train station and in a busy part of town. Also convenient if you want to get coffee AND (non-cafe) food since it’s in a food court. (For example, there’s a grilled cheese spot two stalls away). Food court has restrooms.

It’s a bit of a surprise to see a UK coffee chain in the middle of Boston, but this Caffè Nero actually works very well. It’s located right by TD Garden and opens earlier than most of the food hall spots nearby, which makes it useful if you’re catching an early train from North Station or just starting your day before the crowds.

Their bread is fresh, generously made with quality ingredients, and tastes amazing.

Coffee is good but the food options for breakfast are limited for a vegetarian. The egg and roasted tomatoes was ok ok.

I stopped by here to order a pastry and a drink. The butter croissant was decent. The chai tea latte was okay, I would recommend going to Caffe Dello Sport instead if you want to try a really scrumptious chai tea latte!

Just an average coffee shop. The staff attitude was nothing special, and the food and drinks were pretty standard. Prices are higher than Starbucks, so honestly I’d rather just go there instead.

Not sure why the 3.3. The coffee is much better than many other chains, croissants were fresh and the staff super friendly

My daily stop for coffee...there's plenty of options....Dunkins, Starbucks, Blank St.....but this Nero is my go to. Coffee is solid, only trumped by the customer service. Super friendly people behind the counter who always make it enjoyable to return. Food is a little pricey.....but can't go wrong with their coffee
