Caffè Nero

It's a decent cafe, friendly staff and quick service. Prices OK for airport. Has some seating.

It was an amazing experience at Gatwick caffe Nero. I ordered one capuccinno, the Barista was Mr. Suman, cappuccino was perfect — smooth, creamy foam and great balance of coffee and milk. The barista was friendly and made it just the way I like. Excellent service!

I’m very satisfied by the atmosphere and the varieties available at your shop. My husband absolutely loves the vegan chocolate cheesecake and we did enjoyed the flavoured Italian coffee. Also the classic music in the background creates a great contrast. Thank you!

Coffee is good but sausage roll ls in need of attention mine was way overheated and or dry

Appalling service this evening. Barista stood there chatting to his mate rather than serve me. Then made my americano wrong, by letting the water just drag through the coffee until the cup was full, and all the while, back chatting to his mate while I stood there after it had finished. I had to prompt him to stop talking and hand it to me. Shocking service from one of the better coffee chains. This was Monday 29th at 19.30. Suggest this guy gets some training or the sack

The staff is pretty slow, they smile a lot, but they don't take orders properly and don't own up to their mistakes. A black americano takes forever and doesn't taste very good.

Plugs were out of order for charging, but great prices for a hot breakfast--especially liked the paninis that they grill for you at the bar 🐷 great prices, right before security.
