Cai Mam Bistro - Signature Vegan

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL Experience! First I would like to mention that the place is gorgeous & they greet you like a really welcome guest. The service is exceptional & that of fine dining. The menu options are plenty, creative, & absolutely DELICIOUS!! It is a WONDERFUL & pleasant feeling to have a beautiful & elegant place for PLANT BASED / VEGAN food, & it doesn't always need to be some hole in the wall place with salads & hummus and non creative place for a plant based person to eat. Just because we LOVE our HEALTH & care about the non suffering of living beings, doesn't mean we all walk barefoot & not want to dress up & enjoy the finer things in life once & a while.... So if you want AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, HEALTHY & CREATIVE Plant based food in a beautiful space with exceptional service, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CAI MAM BISTRO!!!

Honestly, the experience was not that great. Cons: - They ask you to have the same selection of items in the set menu for all the members on the table. It definitely doesn’t make sense. - The portion size is super less! - There’s nothing creative about the taste. - Not worth the money 💰 you will pay. Pros: - Ambience - Quiet place - Courteous staff The only highlight is the blue pea (surprise) dessert that they give you.

Cai Mam Bistro is a beautiful restaurant and the staff were all welcoming and very professional. Great vibes for anyone— solo travelers, families, or couples wanting a romantic dining experience. I came solo and chose the buffet menu that allows you to select an unlimited amount of food. (It has both vegetarian and vegan options that are clearly marked.) Here are my recommendations from what I had tried: 1. Deep fried dumpling cake 2. Fried mixed of minced mushroom 3. Deep fried crispy wonton 4. Veggie sausage w/ fresh noodle I'm looking forward to coming back so I can try their pasta dish next time!

Beautiful Vegan fine-dining. The food was amazing and the service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are in the area and want to try something a bit more high end.

Order the buffet! Excellent menu and very helpful staff. The "buffet" means you order anything available a la carte as much as you want, for 330k you get as much food as you can eat. Will certainly come again, very soothing and calming environment. Highly recommended!

What an adorable restaurant! The menu is eclectic. The food presentation is superlative and the ambience is a big bonus. Enjoying Fusion Vegan Options with a decidedly Vietnamese slant, all to the gurgling sounds of water in a koi fish pond, makes for a delectable dining experience. Our server Sam has got to be the sweetest and thoughtful we've met in our years of epicurean adventures. A must visit on your Hanoi visit. 👌

Great vegan food, some of the food is for an acquired taste. Lovely, friendly stuff and set up with great service. On the pricer side compare to other vegan restaurants around the area but a definite must try restaurants.
