Tasty food, although some dishes miss a crunchy or an acidic element. The staff did not know what they were serving and laughed when asked about it. Very disappointed coming from such a restaurant.

An absolute ‘must go’ if you’re around Vila Real. The octopus was incredibly tender, the kid goat with alheira was gorgeous and the grilled mushrooms could have only been a product of witchcraft. The veal carpaccio was a star and the service impeccable.

We were lucky enough to be around when the low cost menu was available to have such a delightful experience. There's an offer of 15€ menu that includes starter, main dish, dessert and drink, which is only available during the first week of every month. There were a few options for every type of a meal and a main dish could have meat, fish or be vegetarian. First of all, I would like to point out perfect service, staff is friendly, but calm, quiet and attentive at the same time. The presentation of dishes was pleasing to the eye especially for someone who's more used to simple traditional portuguese dishes. All of the meals were delicious and rather light than filling and although the dishes looked traditional, all had an interesting twist to them. The atmosphere inside is also a big plus, spacious and elegantly decorated, but still simple design. The only downside for me was a slightly uncomfortable proximity to other visitors while dining.

Very good food. Some simple dishes from the Portuguese tradition, but done with very good details and taste. Maybe a bit expensive for the value but nice experience anyhow!

It's difficult to describe the emotions after visiting this restaurant... It's truly a high-end dining experience, where you get pleasure from both admiring and tasting the dishes. To say that it was simply delicious or beautifully presented would not do it justice. It's like discovering new sensations and flavors that you never knew existed before.

Incredible value for lunch! A very nice experience and delicious food. 18 euros for 3 courses. You can choose between meat, fish, and veg for your app and main course. For my app, I got a creamy leek soup. For my main, I went with the fish (pictured) which also came with a side of tomato rice. Enjoyed it all. Also the olive oil that is served with the bread is very tasty.. :)

Wonderful knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent!!! The staff was amazing and the restaurant was so accommodating to our large party of 11. Lovely atmosphere and vibe. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is magical! The service is outstanding and the food - wow! Recommending everyone to go here if you are in the area :)
