First time coming to this hidden gem! Drive by here often and never had noticed this spot, it is really hidden it's located deep in a shopping center, hard to see from the main street. Until I was looking through Google and Yelp looking for a better place than stinkin crawfish and the boiling crab. Glad we made the decision to hit this place up. Let's start with the food which I must say on point! We ordered 2lbs of snow clusters, 2lbs of shrimp, 4 potatoes, 2 orders corn, 2 orders of garlic bread, 4 orders of white rice and 4 drinks. Everything was cooked to perfection and the food, homemade food yes! The seasoning best around, we have been to a few spots that are way overpriced and overrated like stinkin crawfish and boiling crab where food, quality and flavor meh...well they have nothing on this spot. The food, quality and flavor here are on a next level. The prices here are super reasonable compare to other places like half of the price. The owner I think his name is Nam came by our table to introduce himself and to check if everything was OK and made sure the food was what we expected which was a hard YES! The place was super clean, from tables to chairs and floor clean spot. The only takeaway we have is that we did not get offered any gloves or bibs which should automatically come with the service especially for places like these. Overall the service was great, very polite owner and server super friendly, definitely will be returning!

My friend and I actually wanted the opposite — somewhere Boiling Crab-style where we could sit down, talk, and eat comfortably without screaming across the table. We checked Yelp and found this place with a lot of solid reviews, so we decided to come try it. ⸻ Location & Parking Located in the plaza on the south west corner of San Bernardino rd and Vincent Ave. We arrived around 6:30 PM and immediately noticed the plaza felt… almost frozen in time. The center is pretty quiet now, with only about 3–4 businesses still operating. Kind of sad to see, honestly. The upside? Easy parking. The lot only had a few cars and we parked right in front. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty. Surprisingly, I didn’t mind at all — it was Super Bowl Sunday and I was actually happy to have a peaceful dinner environment instead of a chaotic one. ⸻ What We Ordered • Lemon Pepper Wings • Cajun Fries • 1 lb Snow Crab • 1 lb Clams • 1 lb Shrimp (mixed seasonings) Food Thoughts • Wings were a solid starter and came out fresh • Cajun fries were flavorful and good for snacking while chatting • Snow crab hit the seafood craving nicely • Clams came out a little cold unfortunately • Shrimp seasoning could’ve soaked in more — flavor was there but not fully blended Overall: not perfect, but still satisfying and definitely scratched the seafood boil craving. ⸻ Service This is actually where the place stood out. The son greeted us right away when we sat down, and later the father came over and talked with us for a bit. Very family-run atmosphere — you can tell they care about the customers and appreciate people coming in. ⸻ Why I’m Posting This They opened in 2019 and survived COVID while most businesses in that plaza shut down. Small restaurants like this are honestly hard to keep alive, especially seafood boil spots with high food costs. Sometimes reviews aren’t just about finding the trendiest place — it’s also about supporting people putting in real work. ⸻ Overall A quiet, comfortable seafood boil spot with friendly service and a family vibe. Not a flawless meal, but a place with heart. If you want a calmer alternative to the big name crab spots and don’t want a 1–2 hour wait, this is worth trying. Supporting small businesses.

Went one afternoon and we were the only customers. Kind of alarming but we sat down and ordered garlic butter+lemon pepper flavor of 2 lbs shrimp, 1/2 lb scallops, with potatoes, corn, and sausage and side orders of lemon pepper fries, and 3 steamed rice. The shrimp were plump and fresh, we were not too keen on the corn and we found just 2 slices of sausage. The lemon pepper fries were hot and fresh. We ate our food with 1980's karaoke background music. Service was prompt and friendly.

Nam and his family are incredibly hospitable. The food here is extremely fresh and delicious. We chatted after our meal and we had a wonderful exchange about his life and his business partner. If you’re in the area do stop by! He gets his seafood fresh multiple times a week and uses a fusion of Cajun and Vietnamese flavors for the food.

It was my first time here on Friday Feb 27th 2026. Ive been wanting to try a "Seafood Boil" And I decided to try this place To my surprise it was AWESOME 😎💯💯 Me and my husband got the "All Seafood" which was like $45 or $50 The spices we chose were garlic and butter and medium spice Its worth the money we spent here which was like $75 Including drinks which were $3 each And 1 Fried Zucchini, which was $8.99 Will DEFINITELY be coming back SOON!!! Great crawfish and overall a really good experience! The food was flavorful and came out quickly. The employees were very nice and attentive, which made everything even better. The ambiance was calm and relaxing — definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend!

Took my family here for my daughter in laws birthday since she loves seafood and this place got great reviews (If those are all legit reviews). I'm not one to post reviews unless it's over the top service or really bad so... After placing our order and waiting for our meals my son and wife saw a large rat run from under one of the tables to under a freezer near the kitchen. My son immediately informed the waiter who then went to the kitchen to inform the owner. We should have just got up and left at that point but felt bad doing so with all the food nearly being done. Right after the food got to the table the owner came out to talk with us, we asked about getting our bill comped but he said he could only do 10% off and assured us the kitchen area was rat free and he came in due to all the current rain lately. WHAT? A rat anywhere in a restaurant is UNEXCEPTABLE! and sorry, but if they are in the dining area they are in the kitchen or have been. Soon after that the rat then darted from under that freezer to under our table and disappeared somewhere. Not wanting to cause a scene, which looking back we should have but we asked for the bill and left throwing all the food away. After getting home I looked through past reviews and found one from about three years ago from a customer seeing a rat on his way to the restroom. The owner replied to him also saying the rat must of come in due to all the rain and that it will be taken care of asap. I will be calling my credit card company to do a charge back for such a poor response to a very serious health violation. At least our daughter in law will never forget her 25th birthday.

Came here after universal studios with my girlfriend on our way home, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The service was great, friendly and attentive, the aesthetic of the place is really cool for the food they are serving and the wait time for the food is very reasonable considering how delicious it is. Which it was, I got a pound of crawfish and my girlfriend got a pound of shrimp with all the add ons of sausage potatoes and corn. Her flavor was lemon pepper and mild, whereas I got all the flavors mixed and got medium. The server said it was around a hot cheetoh heat level, which maybe to my palate was different but in no way is that a bad thing. The absolute explosion of flavor in the first bite was like a mini big bang lol. And this place knows how to use heat it doesn't just burn your face off, maybe the hotter levels I don't know, though mine had so much flavor, and worked with the food, love to see that. I see why this place has so many consistent positive reviews. Everything is cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and they FEED you, I'm well over 200 pounds and leaving full, with leftovers. On top of how good the food actually is the owner I believe came out after and personally asked how everything was and thanked us for our business which adds a humble personal touch which wouldn't even be needed because the food speaks for itself, says volumes about his character. I would absolutely return and support this business and would recommend anyone in the area to give it a try. BOMB.com 10/10

Owner is very nice and attentive. Came to our table to make sure everything is good. Food was great! I had the shrimp with the mixed seasoning with corn and sausage. Shrimp was cooked just right, not overcooked where it's falling apart. The lemon pepper fries were good too! We were seated right away, plenty of space.

Very great quality and freshness. These crawfish are HUGEEEEEEE. And the shrimp was so fresh and tasty. Be prepared! They are very tasty and fresh. The corn is great! They are juicy and fresh. Not the chewy frozen type at all! Onlyyyyy hiccup is that the sauce is a tadddddd watery. I wish it would have been thicker. But other than that it was amazing!

I have been craving a crab/shrimp boil. This place is hidden in a shopping center that looks abandoned but don't let that deceive you. This is worth trying. We did shrimp and crab, added 2x potatoes, 2x corn, and a sausage. We did do all three seasonings (Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter) but in retrospect, I would have gone with just Cajun. There is a faint Asian spice flavor to the seasoning. This place is Vietnamese so I wasn't surprised but just something to be aware of. The service is great, friendly and fast. They answered all my questions about portions, and that helped us determine how much to order. We will definitely be back.

This Cajun spot nailed it! The customer service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The food was Incredible. The shrimp, sausage, corn, wings, and fries had bold, authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. Every bite was better than the last. If you're craving Cajun food with excellent service in a clean, comfortable environment, look no further. I will definitely be back!

Came here after a long drive along the San Gabriel Mountains and it was the perfect stop after a long day. Staff was welcoming and helped us pick out our order. We got the snowcrab, scallops, and shrimp with all the sides and it was more than enough for 2. Food was amazing, their vietnamese infused cajun style recipe was a refreshing twist to the usual seafood boil! Nam, the owner, personally came up to our table and really made us feel at home and happy with our meal.

An unexpected find, a local gem. It's Cajun with a twist, their own recipe. The sides are awesome too, try their cajun fries and the lemon pepper wings. The service is great with a father and son team.

We were a party of 6 and ordered 3 bags of spicy garlic crab and shrimp. It had a lot of garlic and tasted delicious. They did not skimp. The service was also great and personable. It's a small place owner operated. Owner comes out and asks how the food was and if we needed anything else. I definitely appreciate that the owner cares. A couple of things I did not like were that the rice was served on styrofoam and plastic spoons.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The location is clean and the service was excellent. The food was very tasty and as someone who doesn't eat spicy food, they were very accommodating by not making my shrimp spicy. I would definitely return.

Really great service. The food is served in bowls here which I prefer and I really liked that they serve steamed rice too. The crab legs were delicious and tender. The shrimp was great. We also tried their wings and Cajun fries. Everything was delicious and the owners really kind. We all enjoyed our meal here!

Went to this seafood spot and wow... it was so good. Everything was super fresh and crazy flavorful. You know that feeling when you take the first bite and instantly know you picked the right place? Yeah, that. The seasoning was perfect, nothing bland, nothing too extra--just really good food. The vibe was chill, the service was nice, and honestly I'd go back in a heartbeat. (My favorite) Second the food was sooo good, I got the crawfish with all seasonings, mild, with some sausage. It was AMAZING. Third we also got to meet the owner, what a sweet guy & amazing cook! The owner also gave me a free beer since it was my birthday, so Thank you Nam for the amazing experience! I will definitely be back, I found my spot for some crawfish! Cajun crawfish stop is a hit!

What a little cajun seafood stop in the city of Covina. Came on a Wednesday at 6 pm and there was only one table eating the whole time we were there. First off the place is pretty cool, outside doesn't look like much but inside was very ocean themed with a bunch of random props. Here are my thoughts on the food. Shrimp - Got 1 lb. of shrimp with "spicy" spice and the 3 sauces combined. It was delicious, I thought the seasoning was just right, not overpowering. Food also came out pipping hot and stayed hot because metal bowl. Perfect texture, and was not overcooked at all. Same or better than at boiling crab IMO. (5/5) Mussel - Same sauce as the shrimp as it came in 1 big bowl. SUPER fresh mussel, had a really nice texture and I loved this. Felt like there was a decent chunk in terms of portion. (5/5) Add Ons - I got all three add on which came with 2 pieces of corn, 2 full small potato, and 8 pieces of sausages. Drenched and smothered in the cajun sauce made these a total win. (5/5) White Rice - Because this is a side dish that doesn't really matter I won't bash on it too much. It was a bit tough/dry as if it was old rice. Honestly tasted good with the cajun sauce but otherwise very mediocre and can be skipped. (2/5) Overall I liked this little stop. Total I spent $48 (10% discount) for 2 lbs of seafood, 1 order of all add on, and a white rice. They have yelp awards placed all over the place and the owner personally came out to check on all the tables to ask how everything was. I feel like they definitely go out their way to make everyone feel welcomed. 5/5 for service, really hope business picks back up because this place is solid! Note - I got 10% off from mentioning yelp and posting on social media so nice little extra if you want to get some discount. They also give lollipops in a little treasure chest box after your meal!

So glad we came here instead of a "Boiling Crab". The Owner came and talked to us about how how much joy he gets from seeing people enjoy his creation. He adds his culture, a Vietnamese twist to this style of food. We loved the result. Less salt and more flavor. He has 80 ingredients as of today. One he says could goes up as he continues to perfect his creation.

ordered one pound of white shrimp and popcorn chicken. It was amazing! Family owned business with dad and son who were both super friendly and smart. Our server checked up on us and was so quick to get everything done. The one pound was 18.99 and popcorn chicken which was white breast meat was 11.99. To add 2 potato's cost 2.99. def all worth it. The atmosphere was also very new orleans and ocean themed.

Exceptional seafood Cajun crawfish shop Seafood is hands-down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful seafood! The seasoning is perfectly balanced--spicy but not overwhelming--and every bite bursts with flavor. The portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I loved the casual, fun atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. From the shrimp to the crawfish, everything tasted amazing and cooked just right. I'll definitely be coming back for more--highly recommend! Owner says scallops are fresh from Japan !! And always adds fresh ingredients no artificial flavors.

Some of the best Cajun I've had -- perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The garlic butter sauce was incredible, and the sides soaked up all the spice just right. Great vibe, friendly staff, and fast service. If you love crawfish, this place is a winner. Can't wait to come back!
