Google
Caked made me a vegan wedding cake and it was such a great experience! They were very friendly and easy to work with. I have a dairy allergy and I really wanted to have cake on my wedding day, and Caked was able to make that happen for me! I specified that I wanted it to be all white with flowers and they made it look so beautiful. I ordered a funfetti cake with champagne "buttercream" and it was delicious. By far the best vegan cake I've had. I even came back that night after the wedding and ate more, it was that good. Thank you, Caked!!

Caked makes my kids’ birthday cakes every year and always brings their ideas to life in the most creative way. The kids feel special and look forward to always having the most epic cake out of their friends haha. The team is incredibly community-focused and constantly shows up for local nonprofits. As a wedding professional, I’ve trusted them with countless cakes. They’re flexible with flavors and details, and delivery is always seamless. Beyond cakes, their pastries are amazing. I love the almond lemon mini croissant. From brownies to tarts to macaroons, they can literally make anything you can think of and it's always delicious and beautifully displayed. Highly recommend.

Google
I sent them a custom cake I drew out for my sister’s 21st birthday. They did phenomenal!! It’s EXACTLY what I wanted and it tasted amazing! We got the vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Everyone was in love with it. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Google
From the very beginning we had the best experience with Caked. Customer service is amazing and got everything we wanted perfectly. I’m a home baker so I had pretty high expectations on our wedding cake. Well Caked exceeded those expectations! The cakes were so unbelievably moist, the icing was perfection, and the decor of the cake was EVERYTHING! Everyone at the wedding and even after can’t stop talking about the cake. I cannot recommend Caked enough to anyone for any event! Thank you Caked for the most perfect Wedding Cake!

Ordered Cupcakes for our Family Birthday get together. We were from out of town, ordered 40 cupcakes to be delivered on Sunday March 31st. Business emailed stating they couldn’t accommodate the delivery due to it being Easter and they wanted their employees to go home early to enjoy Easter with family. That’s fine we agreed to pick up the cupcakes once we landed. Business agreed to refund us our $40 delivery fee. Emailed business 3 times regards to the refund with no luck no response. Anyhow the cupcakes were beautiful but yet hard to eat. We could only eat the frosting the rest was hard as a rock. My first and last experience buying from this business. Will update if we’ll ever get our delivery fee refund

We recently celebrated the 8th anniversary of the Wedding Chamber, and Ricardo at Caked Las Vegas made our event truly special with a stellar masquerade-themed cake! The design was absolutely stunning, capturing the elegance and mystery of the masquerade theme perfectly. The cake wasn't just beautiful; it was also delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the flavors and details put in to the cake. Ricardo's creativity and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, making the cake a highlight of our celebration. Thank you, Ricardo, for your exceptional work and for adding such a memorable touch to our anniversary!! We highly recommend Caked Las Vegas for any special occasion.

Google
One star is too much, the cake looked great however they made it on the wrong day so it had been sitting there for days. The cake tasted awful and I had to end up getting a sheet cake from the grocery store because the one they gave me was so bad. Also the staff were super disrespectful. For how much their cakes cost you’d assume they’d be at least edible.

Google
Tried this place on our way through Las Vegas and they had a wide variety of cupcakes. They also had a few pies and specialty items like cake pops. They had displays of custom cakes, made to order. Mrs. Flip Out tried the German Chocolate cupcake and I had the Swirl. Both were good.

Yelp
I miss the Caked from years ago. I've been frequenting this shop for years and was excited they're selling in store again, but when a decorator can't even write a simple Happy Birthday (even though she begins decorating in the back 1 minute later) just know it shows how much you care about customers.

Yelp
Need dessert? Pop in here for a cupcake or cookie! It's basically a bakery so no seating available to enjoy your dessert but def a good place to order ahead a cake or cupcake to celebrate that special someone! Staff was friendly and it did look busy with the to go orders! We ordered chocolate chip cookie which pleased our pallettes!

Pam M.

Yelp
Unfortunately, hoped for much better The cake was a little dry. Not much flavor, tasted like box cake. The macaroons, however, were a little better was impressed. enjoyed!

Yelp
Went to get a few cupcakes and almost walked out. The young lady behind the counter had no personality and was borderline rude. I tried to spark up conversation and ask questions about the cupcakes etc. only to get one answers with an attitude. She acted like she didn't wanna be there and I was an inconvenience. She even snapped at my girlfriend who was looking at finished product cakes that were waiting to be picked up. We won't be going there again. If you do watch out for lady with blue/black (or green) hair and 15 eyebrow piercings. Just should have went to Cake World over on Tenaya.

Yelp
We stopped here on a whim because we needed dessert for a friend's party. Walked in and immediately my daughter and I noticed how dirty and unorganized the store was. Boxes everywhere. Nothing in the right spot. I asked if I could order cupcakes and the girl had the worst attitude. She seemed completely out of it. She couldn't answer basic questions. While I was ordering (like, mid order) she carried on a conversation with another coworker about a decoration--something that could have waited until I was done. The worst part of the entire experience was the product. The cupcakes were $3-$4 each and tasted like they had been sitting there for weeks. Stale, no flavor, even worse than some store bought cupcakes I've had. We have such wonderful bakeries here, some just down the street. Don't waste your time patronizing this one.

Mary H.

Yelp
We bought six cupcakes. Two of them were edible, they were chocolate and had chocolate frosting. The other four vanilla ones, with the vanilla frosting, tasted like Fabuloso!!! DISGUSTING!!!! UNEDIBLE!!! SICKENING!!!! We threw them in the trash, so basically wasted money. There is a sign, inside the bakery, on your way out the door, that they do not do refunds so we were out $16 !!! Plus the cupcakes were dry and had holes in them, so they were over mixed. We will never, ever, come back here and we'll take our business elsewhere. Buyer beware and taste your cupcakes before you leave...

Kristina A.

Yelp
Very disappointing . Arrived a week prior to a birthday party to get an order in for a Sonic Birthday Cake . When I walked in to do the order in person I was told to do it online and to expect a reply in 24-48 hours. Which was already discouraging because it's easy to be forgotten about Via Email . Being that the day I went in was my son's birthday I bought some of their cupcakes and macaroons . Everything that I bought tasted like a dirty freezer and was inedible . Here we are a week later ( day of the party) and still no response from these people .

Yelp
I visited the store back in April 2025 for a family member's birthday, and they do have some delicious cupcakes. The best part is that the cupcakes are not extremely sweet. This is great for diabetics since it shouldn't spike your blood sugar, unless you eat more than one cupcake. I recommend Caked Las Vegas for your cupcake fix. I plan on going back at a future date. I apologize for not having pictures.

Yelp
What I ordered vs what I got!! Terrible!! Can't even tell it's a swan cake! For $400 Never doing business with them again. When I emailed/ text to complain no response.

Yelp
Went there to buy cupcakes. They had all kinda if trays in the front of baked goods. Looks as if they were cooling off their baked goods. Very sloppy. I purchased a dozen. The kids took a bite and spit them out. Very dry, frosting was gross. They all looked very appealing. I tasted one and was not impressed. Spent nearly $50 for the worst cupcakes i have ever had in my life!

Yelp
Customer service wasn't that great my first time visiting they were closed but the door was open I walked in and asked a quick question and the guy behind the cashier wasn't very friendly. I came back the next day to place a cake order the lady taking my order supposedly wrote what I said which I had several specifics. I sent three photos and showed her what I wanted. She seemed to understand charged me $130 for a small two tier round cake with a photo image on top some dripping around the top border and specific flowers. The day I pick up the image isn't right I tell the young girl it was the wrong image she proceeds to turn her back to me looking for a box to fit the cake. She finally turns to me and I ask, "do you happen to know why the image I wanted wasn't used?" She rolled her eyes at me and with the most rude voice replied, "I don't know!" She than snatches the paper that has my order on it and literally stomps back to the kitchen. Absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional and overall rude. Baker comes out and said they never received the photo I sent, I showed them it was sent. She was like, "ok...well we didn't get the photo," and provided no solution. Well, I spent a lot of money on a cake that I'm not happy with and the order was wrong either one, see about fixing it or discount the price because I was specific and clear with the girl taking down the order she said she received the emails so I have no idea how there was a mishap. Overall, they fixed it within 30 minutes but between the lake of professionalism, and rude customer service and a cake that wasn't that great I might night be back. The inside was cluttered and unorganized.

Yelp
No idea why they have wrong hours listed but I came in a few hours before listed closing time and the door was locked but people staff was inside and saw me, instead of coming to the door to tell me anything they just stared at me and my kids and waited till we walked back to the car. It was frustrating because I had gotten kids out of their car seats and had to put them right back in. They didn't understand and started to cry. I needed to pick up a cake for my husband's birthday and wanted something nicer then a grocery store cake, also it was my intention to support a small business. I just found it rude they couldn't even come to the door or have a note posted outside,.. I felt crazy so when I got back into the car I double checked the hours listed on both Google and Yelp and confirmed I was there way before close. I have had cupcakes from here before via DoorDash and those where really good, but this is my first time trying to go in person and I really didn't get a good impression customer service/friendliness wise. It didn't look like a private event or something like that so I don't understand being snubbed like that. I felt dumb for going out of my way to drive there.

Yelp
I really want to like the items I got here, all their desserts were so cute. The flavors I got are usually the flavors I get in bakeries but the quality I think is what I didn't like too much. The vanilla cupcake tasted good but the bottom of the cupcake was soggy. I wasnt sure why, the paper was dry but when I peeled it the bottom was so wet. The taste of the frosting was okay, sweet but has a hint of saltiness. The chocolate mint was one I couldnt really eat, the cupcake itself was very soft and crumbly. The frosting had a good amount of mint taste but it also tasted kind of salty, like salty butter. It was weird and I couldnt eat it. The cotton candy was good, probably the only item I really enjoyed. Idk, if maybe I just got a bad batch but maybe in the future I'll grt a chance to try their desserts again.

Yelp
When I walked it I was surprised to see so many cupcakes, cookies and other items in the display case. They even had a handful of red velvet vegan cupcakes of which I ended ordering. My son in law really loves their Tres Leche cupcakes so he ended up with that one. My hubby and son both ordered the Hostess of which they were surprised to see that the cake part of it was red velvet. Lastly, my daughter ordered some kind of chocolate with fruit on top, I don't even know the proper name for it. Anyhow, we all enjoyed our order. My vegan cupcake was super moist, except it was also super messy. It fell apart really quickly and got all over the place. I have never ate such a messy cupcake ever! I did not like the icing/frosting...I couldn't put my finger on it but the taste was off. Overall, I like this place. It isn't my go to place for cakes, I wouldn't make a special trip to buy cupcakes here, but if I ever had to order a Tres Leche cake for my son in law, this would be the place. Other than that, this place would be just a once in a while, if I were in the area and craving it type of place.

Yelp
Caked in Las Vegas has done it again! For three years in a row, they've absolutely knocked it out of the park with the cake for our grandson's birthday. This year's cake was once again not only visually stunning but also delicious--everyone was raving about it. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our birthday cakes. Thank you, Caked, for making every celebration extra special!

Yelp
They do not sell cupcakes in the store anymore! Need to update the pages/ website asap! Went to Caked last week because I've been a fan of their cupcakes for years. I can't list how many special occasions I've picked up a dozen cupcakes or so and they're always a hit. Went in at 1 pm and the door was locked. A girl answered the door and greets me and my family with "we're closed unless you have a custom order." I said "oh, we just wanted to pick up a dozen cupcakes" and she says "we don't do that anymore." So I ask, "okay, well can we place an order?" And the girl rolls her eyes and says "people place orders a while in advance, we do custom cakes now by order, it's gonna be a long wait." I say "I didn't know, nothing online mentioned the change." And instead of suggesting the correct website, or new way of ordering for me and my family for future business (given the new business model) the girl says "yeah we really just do custom cakes now, sorry." And shuts and locks the door. I understand this girl isn't the owner, she's just doing her job, but we can't be the only people who weren't informed of the change in business, so maybe try and make the sale instead of rejecting our business completely? I don't know, I guess they're making too much money on custom cakes to be nice or even professional so we went to TSP bakery on N. Decatur and everyone there was welcoming, professional, and they still have cupcakes! Their custom cakes were adorable too. Plenty of events coming up where I will need a custom cakes, I think I'll be forwarding all business to folks who don't treat me like a leper when I try to buy from them.

Yelp
Ordered delivery of a dozen cupcakes. Picked out the 12 I wanted, gave them the address and submitted the form. They responded quickly, said they could do it and asked how I wanted to pay. They offer Zelle, Venmo and will also send a link to pay by credit card. Very easy and seamless ordering. I paid the bill and that was it. Cupcakes were delivered according to the instructions I left and everyone loved them! They were really yummy. Regular size cupcakes with amazing stuff on top!

C B.

Yelp
Just amazing no matter what you order. You will not be disappointed. Cupcakes are divine! Dulce de leche and almond joy!

Yelp
Wow, this place is amazing! I ordered a cake to be made two days in advance and they delivered. The cake was absolutely much better than I imagined! They took all my requests and made such a beautiful cake.

Yelp
This is my go to place for amazing cupcakes. They also make the Hello Kitty cupcakes for the Hello Kitty shop at fashion show mall. Their cakes are beautiful and I can't say more than that. They always have a delicious variety of cupcakes. My favorite of course is chocolate, German chocolate, and short cake. The staff is wonderful, kind, and always suggesting I try different cupcakes.

Yelp
We stopped in at 5pm today as we had never seen this bakery before. The young man at the counter was welcoming and helpful. We ordered a cannoli, a cinnamon roll, a churro cupcake, 2 lemon cupcakes, a coconut cupcake, two lemon cupcakes and a chocolate cupcake. After we had a light dinner elsewhere, we were excited to try the desserts. First: I am a total fruit tart fanatic but the reason I did not buy any of their fruit-topped tarts, I saw that the fruit looked severely dried out, not in a "we were made this morning" kind of way. I chose the cannoli next to the fruit tarts as a result. Sadly, this was tough and had a weird flavor. I had one bite. That was all. I tried my coconut cupcake. The white cake itself is 3/4 way to fresh, ok flavor and sweet frosting but again, the coconut was convincing me this too was not fresh. My husband, a true fan of lemon cupcakes, felt the cupcake was not great. The churro cupcake had ok flavor per my husband. I did not love that nobody had cleaned off the trays where the pretty baked goods rest. How can you not take a few minutes to spiff up the image of your shop? When I worked in a club kitchen and managed sanitation policies for my staff, I learned how to keep foods fresh and not let them be sold in a non-fresh state. I would give this place another chance because the only time I don't write one is if a place is hopeless. I am writing this to ask how simple baked goods cannot be encountered in a fresh state? We don't live far and I would love to see an owner care enough to bring standards up as a sign of respect to the customer. I know several places, farther away, who love their customers' loyalty so much that they try very hard to please them. And it shows. Caked has a way to go. I would be ready to give one more chance except this morning my husband, a true cinnamon roll lover, admitted to me after saying we should give them another chance that the big cinnamon roll was probably 2 days old and smothered in too much frosting. He now is changing his opinion and will not return due to the poor quality products. Pathetic.

Yelp
So disappointed with this visit. The staff was not friendly at all, I walked in and isn't get greeted by the ladies at front the just looked at me with a very mean look and I just ask can I please get a cake pop since nobody even acknowledged me, she put the cake pops in the box said it will be 5 bucks no thank no have a nice day just plain rudeness.

Yelp

Yelp
Just a shit show of a business. Absolutely horrendous communication considering the communication is 0. No update on the cake being cake, 6 days to try an get someone to call back due to cake being wrong as well. They just gave the money gave back with 0 communication still after a barrage of phone calls from multiple lines. Don't waste time here on this shit show.

Yelp
We made several attempts to order a cake from them. We contacted them twice in person as well as numerous attempts via phone and email. Not sure how they stay in business ignoring paying customers.

Yelp
I got ahold of the gang at Cakery in Las Vegas less than a week before my wife's birthday. The cake was perfect I can't say anymore about it but PERFECT!! The entire crew was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough I will consider them my first choice from now on!! Thank you to everyone who helped make my wife's birthday a huge success!!

Yelp
Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else for anything cake related. I've been here twice to try and give it a second chance and both times were disappointing. Their cupcakes are so dry and have such sweet frosting that make them extremely unappetizing. Their customer service is awful here and no one is pleasant, it's like it's a chore for them to just even smile or be nice. My sister and best friend also went in recently for a cake tasting as they didn't know how I felt about this business and they left disappointed also. They walked in saying they had an appointment and were told to wait for a moment. A few minutes later, someone brought out 3 cakes on paper plates and placed them on the ONE and only table in the bakery. They didn't even go through the flavors they just said, "Let us know if you have any questions." My sister and best friend tasted all the cakes which were dry and again full of sickly sweet frosting. Needless to say my friend decide not to order her cake there. Definitely don't waste your money or time here, you can get better sweets at Albertsons in their bakery department if you're in a pinch.

Christina H.

Yelp
From first contact where they answered the phone immediately, to ordering a custom vegan cake, to the delivery of the most beautiful cake, it was all seamless and wonderful!! And the best part was that it was the most delicious cake that everyone raved about!! Thank you, Caked!!!
google avatar

Xochitl B.

Yelp
Let me just say this is the best cake I have ever ordered!! A lemon cake with blueberry frosting!! On top of that completely VEGAN! It is so hard finding a good vegan bakery and this topped all of them. Most vegan cakes come out so dry and dull with flavor that that is what we assumed they should be but NO this place absolutely changed our minds and will now be our go to. I even saw they sell things on the side so we will definitely be fulfilling our sweet tooth's here. Even outside the bakery you can smell all the sweets. Absolutely incredible. It's a bit pricey but you are getting exactly what you're paying for. I promise you'll love it!!

Yelp
Update: After email communication with the owner, our issue was satisfied. The empathy and follow up on our situation is appreciated.

Yelp
I walked in and they were icing cupcakes on the front counter . Strange to say the least since you can see their large kitchen /prep area . The cupcakes I got were cute but not good . One even tasted old or spoiled. The cake was dry . My family loves desserts in every shape and form but these had to go in the garbage . Not sure if it was a bad day to come or I got the last cupcakes of the day but they just didn't taste good .

Yelp
Drove all the way here to purchase cupcakes. CLOSED. No sign on door. All socials and web day open. I get stuff happens bbuutt not even a sorry not in the door !? I'll have to find a new business to patronize.

Audrey D.

Yelp
I showed up at 5:40 pm to see 3 people in the back with the door locked. I called a few days ago to confirm getting vegan cupcakes for a dinner event tonight and they confirmed they would be available for a walk-in order since I only needed 6 cupcakes. I show up - they are CLOSED. "short staffed" and closed at 5pm but the google and yelp hours don't indicate that. They let me in, and went back in the back; to come back out and say they couldn't sell me anything because they work in the back. I confirmed "you cannot sell me anything although you have 5+ dozen cupcakes here?" he said no. Not an ideal business practice to have false advertisement for business hours and then proceed to decline business when its not the fault of the customer.

Stefanie J.

Yelp
I ordered cupcakes here, for the first time. There was a mix-up with the pickup time but they were so amazingly accommodating. It is just so unheard of anymore. Thank you for that! The cupcakes were nothing short of amazing. We had a dozen different varieties and each one was more lovely than the last. The taste - each one was moist and the icings used were the favorite part. Among them, we had some strawberry varieties, the lemon-blueberry, b-day cake, cookies & cream, pink bubbly. Our experience could not have been better, and we will definitely recommend! Thank you, Ricardo & Daniel :)

Yelp
ordered 2 cakes for my sons 1st Birthday. The ordering process was very easy. I reached out via email, explained what I wanted and when, customer service was very pleasant and I ended up immediately choosing Caked before even hearing back from the rest of the companies I reached out to for quotes because I had good cakey vibes! (plus the website and Instagram was very reassuring) #1 cake- Was a custom dino cake and the dino was edible, not a toy... we chose cinnamon vanilla swirl with dulche de leche filling. This cake was beautiful! It was exactly what I had hoped for and it tasted really delicious. I was impressed how the dino came out AND the cake tasted good, its usually one or the other for custom cakes hahaha. Not here- double win. #2 cake- Was a custom dinosaur egg SMASH cake, we chose the funfetti cake, strawberry whip filling w preserves. I didn't get a whole lot of strawberry tastes it was subtle if it was- but it was still VERY VERY good and it was for my baby anyways and there were no complaints from him! This was a 5 star experience. My sons 1st birthday party was the first real family gathering we've had since being pregnant, and in my family food brings us together and baby birthday cake was the center point to put his whole dinosaur theme into the spotlight! The smash cake was rhe cutest thing ever. I recommend this bakery to anyone who is searching for an event cake- and in my aviation career we love cakes and desserts ;) I am very eager to go back and try the cupcakes because when my hubby picked up our cakes he said they looked AMAZING. Thank you for making my sons special day

Yelp
As far as cake goes these are perfectly fine. But honestly they taste a little bit average to me. I got two things and they tasted exactly the same and I thought they were different. I feel like I was catfished by the mousse thing because it was in a pink cup but I thought it had pink mousse in it but it was really just really thick whipped cream frosting with some cake and some pink artificial chemically tasting sprinkles in it. It looks beautiful it had sparkles on the top of it and fruit it looked very pretty. It looked better than it tasted. I got a slice of cake and it had white frosting which is whip cream and it has a very bland strawberry filling and white cake it's not very sweet I think if there was some almond flavoring maybe in the cake or the frosting it would've really helped it because it was moist but it tastes just kind of like run-of-the-mill wedding cake. It's not a cake I don't think I'd order again it's honestly not worth the $13 I paid for these two items. I originally went in there because I wanted cupcakes but those two desserts just looks so good I decided I wanted those instead and I probably should've checked out the cupcakes.

Yelp
Cake Cake Cake Cake Cake It's been a tradition for the past few years to purchase a dozen cupcakes for my sister's birthday and Cupcakery doesn't disappoint. Expensive but the quality is usually on point! I've even ordered custom cupcakes in the past for a themed baby shower (those were the talk of the party by the way)! $42 assorted dozen $2 bow My sister is super satisfied and I remain the best littler sister ever!!!! If your content with supermarket quality cupcakes this place may not be the right fit. Definitely worth it though if your coin purse allows!!

Megan K.

Yelp
Just go anywhere but here. I ordered my wedding cake through them and the ordering process is horrendous. The store workers don't have the ability to answer any questions and they write your information to give to the owner(s) who don't reply back to you. When you order a cake you can go through their website or through their email. There is an auto reply for the email that says the typical response time and that they do have a phone number--but don't call because they don't answer...and they don't respond within their "timeframe". After cake testing in February, the owner said to give at least 30 days before the date to order the cake. I emailed the owner over 30 days to make sure there would be no issues. There was no issues with discussing the size or flavors. When asking if there was a fee they confirmed there would be depending on where the delivery was to. I sent all the venue information and cake choice and they confirmed. They do use Zelle so I sent payment that way of $160 and asked for a confirmation email with a confirmation number or that they got my payment. It took 2 weeks and 2 visits by myself and my now husband to get a confirmation email. My wedding day comes and the cake was supposed to be delivered by 4:30 was still not there by 5:30. At this time the coordinator had to find me while getting my dress on because nobody could get in contact with the shop. I had to sort through emails and thankfully Zelle lists phone numbers so the coordinator called and texted that number. Supposedly the driver got in a fender bender, understandable. What is not understandable is why there wasn't any communication. It finally arrived at 5:50. The cake looked great and as what I described in my emails... when it was time to cut the cake, the cake itself and the filling was wrong! The cake also had an odd taste, like if it sat in a fridge too long. So we didn't eat any cake that took a month and a half to order and confirm. The day after we are on our honeymoon, our family took the cake home sliced it in half to show the wrong cake/filling. They took pictures and went down to the shop. The owner wasn't there(per usual) and nobody in the store could help. Our family was able to give information, showed the pictures and screenshots of my emails. We returned and my husband goes with the previous given information and the store workers are like "well he'll get back to you when he does... " it's been over a week since the wedding and nobody has reached out. So we continuously tried to contact the owner until they finally refunded my money back without ever speaking to me, my husband, or the family member who went for us the day after the wedding. I don't fault them for having an accident. But I do for not having good communication or the courtesy to notify any one of the delay and causing a panic of "where's the cake?!" 15 minutes before the ceremony. As well as lack of basic communication during the entire process. Everything could have been avoided with two things. A confirmation of what the order was a week before and just one or two phone calls on the day of delivery.

Yelp
I was referred to this place by a friend from out of town. I called them today to see if I would be able to pickup some cupcakes for Mother's Day. The girl who answers the phone talked over me every time I asked a question without letting me finish the question. I wanted to know how their ordering process worked, what their pricing was and what flavors they had available. I had to ask her 3 times what flavors they had available before she ACTUALLY and FINALLY told me. When I first asked, she said "we have a few different flavors". I asked again and she said "umm like I said we have multiple flavors". I asked for a third time, sternly, and finally she lists the 7 flavors they had available. Not sure why that was so hard for her to do. I finally get there to pick them up and the girls were so unpleasant. They didn't smile, they weren't friendly. They were just there like they were bothered by my presence. I also thought they'd be giving me fresh cupcakes, but she boxed up what they had out front on display. Not what I expected for $38 but no biggie. Don't ask me why I continued to buy. I get to my family's house and everyone goes to grab a cupcake--only to take one bite and throw them in the trash. They were dry, the frosting tasted store bought, like it's really thick overly sweet frosting (like made with shortening instead of buttercream). They were not impressed with the sloppiness of the decor, and I overall was not impressed with the crappy customer service I received. I talked to my out of town friend to share my disappointment, only for her to tell me that I was supposed to be ordering from "Caked Up LV" and not Caked LV. Worst mistake ever.

Yelp
I put in an online order about 2 weeks before my wife's bday for a dozen cupcakes. I chose a few flavors cuz we are not picky. I show up to pick up on the day of and they can't find my order so they pack it in front of me that was ok. The problem is I get home and 3 of them are hard like rocks. You cant even squeeze them and the paper is so stuck to it. I just bought them home and gave them to her. Such a shame as they are located in a nice area. Save your money or go somewhere more organized.

Yelp
A great place to go for amazing cupcakes for parties and celebrations. The cupcakes are moist and the cream and different flavors options takes them to a whole new level. Try this place out and get ready for a sugar rush!

Yelp
I thought this place was the Cupcakery but I guess it changed. The cupcakes look pretty so I bought 4. Unfortunately, I took one bite from each and threw them out. They were $3.50 each. For that, I expected deliciousness. That's not what I got. The red velvet was nothing like red velvet. The frosting was plain. The red cake was moist though, but not much flavor. The lemon and orange creamsicle were the best of the bunch. Lemon had lemon filling in the center of the cupcake. But it's super sweet. Orange creamsicle tasted the best and the cake was moist. They were refrigerated so it was good in that sense but again, they're prettier than they taste. The worst was the key lime cupcake. The cake was hard and dry, unfortunately. Maybe I got an old one? The frosting also was just sweet, creamy, but lacked any flavor. I gave the two stars for the orange and lemon, but I would never go back.

Yelp
Ok I used to come here all the time when it was Cupcakery which literally had some of thee best cupcakes in town and then it was sold and the cupcakes went from great to good, now I don't know if they were sold again or not I believe they were because the cupcakes are now horrible! I'm sorry. I hate leaving bad reviews but I MUST BE HONEST! For $40 for a dozen cupcakes the actual cake is HARD AND DRY AND SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR A WEEK OR LONGER! The frosting is just yuck. I literally went through 4 cupcakes just in hopes that one would be better! They look good but I am TOTALLY disappointed because this is not close to my house at all and myself and family were looking forward to these but we will just discard them that's how bad they were. I wish I could get my money back.

Yelp
I called in Sat.10/29 to place an order for 3 dozens of cupcakes. A woman told me that they couldn't customize my order because of the quick turn around which I understood - needed them for 11/1, but their regular ones will be ready. I showed up 11/1 to pick up my order, and I was told they don't take orders over the phone. I was very confused. I told them that I wouldn't have driven 30 mins to pick up a made up order, so I asked to speak with the manager, Ricardo. Btw, the tinny store had ready to go cupcakes - enough to complete my order. Ricardo didn't believe my story and opted to defend his staff, calling my story/experience "he said-she said". He asked me why didn't I place the order online, which I would have done if instructed correctly on Saturday. I didn't yell, cursed or raised my voice, but I was visually upset. I had committed to take those cupcakes to a party. However, I told him I would "never buy from his store again". Well That struck a cord, because immediately he asked me to leave his store, refused to sell me the cupcakes, told me I was rude (for what? I guess complaining). To be honest, who in their right mind would order again from this business if they don't get it right the first time. I begged a little for the silly cupcakes (I regret that), he said NO, and asked me to leave. No apologies for the whole misunderstanding, instead I was basically told that I lied and in the end I was pointed out the door and walked away with no cupcakes. I now thank him for his unprofessional and unpredictable behavior. On my way out, I Googled cupcakes and found many businesses. I drove to "Nothing Bundt Cakes" - what a difference: what a beautiful, big and clean store with many clients coming in and out. The staff was super polite, and I got my 3 dozens of delicious cupcakes. I know Ricardo won't agree with my story, but that's ok - everyone at the party laughed at the story while eating deli cupcakes. I will never step in his store again.

Yelp
Filthy/cluttered store, cheap cake decoration, poor communication, mediocre at best taste. A grocery store cake would've been better.

Yelp
I saw caked from the road and thought I would stop in never been there before when I walked in there was no greeting. I tried asking the girl what flavors they had? She said what do you want? The other girl was packaging g an order and I saw some larger cupcakes behind her that looked interesting so I said oh what kind are those? She said they are special ordered red velvet so I said oh you don't sell those? And she said no......I felt completely unwelcome like I was in someone's house that didn't want me there........it was the worst customer service....needless to say I won't be back I am usually a huge tipper and I didn't even tip 1 quarter that's how bad the service was no bueno!!!!

Yelp
When I walked into this bakery, it had a terrible overpowering odor of stale cigarette smoke and musty men's cologne/air freshener. I felt sick smelling it through my mask. It was a bizarre odor for a bakery. It was so bad that when I got outside, the paper bag that they put the cupcakes had the smell in the paper! I could even smell it in my hair! The cupcakes were strange-hard, dense and dry-I believe there was not enough leavening? The frosting was too sweet-and I like extremely sweet food. I don't know what's going on there but I'll never go back...

Yelp
Do you have a Kryptonite? Perhaps cupcakes!! My weakness and vulnerability is to cupcakes. How can something so small and delicious be so tempting and heavenly. They just are! Cupcakes are a delicious dessert that in its own simplicity are heavenly. How can you improve on heavenly perfection? Meet the establishment that has taken cupcakes to that next phase. Some of the cupcakes made here seem to much like art than food. The adornment with frosting is truly an art cupcake masterpiece. But in the end, these cupcakes are for eating! What's your favorite flavor of cupcake? Sure, chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, and strawberry are traditional favorites; so many other choices are available. Have you ever tried a pineapple cupcake or champagne rose flavor? Here's the good news all the flavors are made available everyday! They bake cupcakes throughout the day, so if they run out then know your cupcake dreams will come true. The frosting on top of the cupcakes varies with each flavors having a wonderful fancy and elegant swirl. Sprinkles and sparkles are usually reserved for the delicate and refined cupcakes such as red velvet or strawberry. If you would rather have an addition made to your cupcake just ask they decorate on the fly. The ladies are masters when it comes to baking and decorating. The staff take cupcake requests too! The recipe used by the Cupcakery breathes new life into cupcakes. It makes this appetizing tasty treat so much more delectable. Aside from the Glutton and Vegan choices their "regular cupcakes," are made with the best products available. For those of us wanting healthier cupcakes; a few are prepared vegan. If your new to this concept, think of vegan as a healthier alternative to white flour. The ingredients have better effects for your health and can aid your diet in the long run. Glutton this and vegan that with all the food additives in our food it's no wonder so many individuals have to eat glutton free foods. When I eat some of my most cherished foods, I find it harder to digest them as I get older. What the cure to that? Give up cupcakes. Aww, no way! The key is to eat better. The ingredients that they use here are mild and oh so delightful that you would not even know they were vegan. Even though the majority of their cupcakes are not vegan they have never caused any problems digestion. My cupcakes are made better than yours. The Cupcakery makes all their own dough and batter all on sight. This is location number two, so the same quality that you expect is carried over here. The cupcakes chefs make cupcakes all day, everyday. The cupcakes are decorated on site with only the finest ingredients. The caring staff have made it their mission to ensure perfection when it comes to their product. If your not happy with your cupcake, they feel they have done something wrong. Each and every time that I come to this store the staff is super friendly and helpful. The ladies are a delight to be in the presence of. The atmosphere of the store reflects those attitudes of the individuals that are delivering these divine cupcake creations. Special orders are always welcome and handled extremely promptly and professional. When I ordered two dozen cup cakes for the twins party last year they were fabulous working with two different themes in on one order. The twins were very impressed with their cupcakes for their party. In fact they did not let any of those cupcakes go to waste either. If needed personalization is available. Call ahead for coordinating and pricing. Catering is available for all sorts of different types of events from baby showers to bachelorette parties. Speaking to those beautiful brides to be the cupcakes can be made on the sexy side if needed. The "sexy cupcakes" are personalized, and made only to order. Cupcakes could create world peace if our leader would just come together and share in their deliciousness. Come celebrate a time to enjoy a cupcake. How about now? I'll bring a few dozen of mixed cupcakes. We can catch up discussing our dreams and aspirations with unicorns, sparkle, and glitter. Let's spread hope by sharing in the joy that cupcakes provide.
