Worth the tiny crowded rocky beach and steep hike for uphill parking to gaze at Es Vedra and see the perfect sunset. If you’d like to dine down here pick Cala d Hort Restaurant vs. Carmen. There is an indie bar that serves cocktails/bevs/bag of chips/ice cream bars. No wifi.

Nice place to enjoy the sunset while sitting in the restaurant and having a drink The parking is quite up on the hill if you don't find it below near the beach .

Cala d’Hort is definitely worth a visit, especially for the stunning sunset views. Parking is free near the top of the cliff, where there’s more space available, though the road down to the beach is narrow and steep with very limited parking. From the top lot it’s about a 10-minute walk down, with a pedestrian path through lovely trees and bushes offering fantastic views across the sea. It’s worth spending some time at the top of the cliff before heading down, as the walks and scenery are truly beautiful. The beach itself is less impressive compared to the surroundings—it’s a mix of sand and pebbles, with some seaweed, and can feel very overcrowded (even in September). But with such an iconic setting and one of the best sunsets in Ibiza, the crowds are to be expected.

Cala d’Hort is one of the most magical beaches in Ibiza. Tucked away on the island’s southwest coast, it offers stunning views of the mystical Es Vedrà rock rising out of the sea — absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The beach itself is charming and peaceful, with a mix of soft sand and pebbles, clear turquoise waters, and a relaxed, authentic vibe. It’s perfect for swimming, lounging, or just taking in the incredible natural beauty. There are also a few great restaurants nearby where you can enjoy fresh seafood with a view. If you’re looking for a quieter, more scenic spot with a touch of Ibiza magic, Cala d’Hort is a must.

Before you get to the beach I suggest you spend some time on the paths above that lead along the cliffs overlooking Es Vedra, the beach area and the whole bay. Wonderful colours, birdsong all around and the sound of waves below. And when we finally reached the beach after a few hours, the weather did not indicate a memorable sunset, and after all, that's what you come here for. This is one of the most interesting places to say goodbye to the day, so we waited and waited and that last hour was worth everything. You simply have to be here and see it. Fantastic atmosphere!

For me, this was the most beautiful location in Ibiza. The views are stunning. Perfect for taking photos. Park at the top on the left. The closer you get to the beach parking will be very difficult. It's only a 5 minute walk from the big car park at the top. The cove is amazing place for swimming and snorkelling. Water is crystal clear. For advanced swimmers and free divers, I recommend the small rock island to the right just outside the cove. It has lots of fish and nice rock formations underwater. There's also a cool beach bar and a restaurant with amazing views

Very nice view for sunset, the only thing is that the beach is very small and there is almost no parking down there. There is a big parking space up the hill, but it’s almost 10-15minute walk on a very very very steep hill

Yelp
I love this beach - it feels a bit more local, the waters are turquoise, and the drive out is very scenic. There's only one restaurant onsite (with the best paella!!), so I recommend bringing your drinks/lunch with you. The views are great, waters are clean my only slight 'complaint' is the semi-polluted beach, lots of cigarettes and garbage left behind which is unfortunate. Still VERY much worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back.
