I hate being served food by someone with a grumpy, stupid, and/or disgusting attitude; it was the case today of the front desk lady. Her facial expression and body language was indeed obvious coupled with her inability to memorize my order as she asked me three times to repeat my order to her even after submitting it to the kitchen for preparation.
Finally, she had to ask me the price of the food and she didn't tell me that she was accepting cash only at that time since she was unable to operate the POS machine. The front desk girl/lady is always the face of the business and must always put up a smile and be welcoming of guests at all times; they should hire competent and courteous people and not just people that suit their convenience.
