First time buying from them. Ordered some calf jackets because we had a nasty cold spell coming. Delays are frustrating but understandable. I wish they would own up to their mistakes instead of making excuses. Called to ask where my order was. Ordered the jackets on the 9th. Originally they said the jackets should have shipped on the 13th which was three business days later. They actually shipped on the 15th. They called back and said the day of the order doesn't count. Understandable. Then they said the order was processed by the 14th so it was on time and it takes an extra day to ship after processing. So it takes 4.5 business days for them to ship an order instead of 3 business days as they advertise. The lady argued with me. I don't understand why they don't advertise the actual time it takes for them to ship a product. They tell you how long it takes to process an order but not how long it takes to ship an order. They just blamed UPS the whole time. They said it should have arrived to my location 1-2 business days later on the 16th or 17th. It's the 21st and I still don't have them and unfortunately it was minus 13 degrees on the 20th and I lost a few calves that I couldn't keep warm. Not their fault but I sure wish someone could shoot straight with me on arrival dates. If it takes 4 days to ship an order, just say it. But don't tell me it should have shipped on the 13th to come back later and argue how the 15th is the correct date and blame UPS. Might have a good product but if you need a product in less than month, just buy it on Amazon.
