California Hotel

I am pleased to express my views about the California Hotel. The hotel is absolutely famous for its customer-friendly staff. I have the experience of good hygienic food. fresh stuff, and the rooms are very comfortable and up to the mark. i would strongly suggest the visitors once come to the hotel and enjoy its marvelous environment.

Pretty average place great location

The manager here is new and doesn't respect the community or the boundaries of privacy when it comes to his title. His name is joovi pronounced Hoovy and has harassed the residents and their guests by using his title and the threat of write-ups to create an atmosphere unwilling to file complaints due to his demonstrative eagerness to go on personal vendetas against anyone who shows resistance to his intrusive lack of respect. I am sad to see this community go in the direction the new manager is cultivating after so many good managers before him respected their duty to manage the building and allow the community to naturally flow in a positive way. Someone in upper management needs to make changes before the current manager creates any more violations of the rights of the desidents... So far in two months he has; -Attempted to dictate who a current resident has to choose as their personal caretaker based on the managers liking. -harrassed the guests by violating the privacy of the nature of their visits and refusing entry of all guests due to Covid and taking away the right of residents to decide for themselves if they want guests or not. -Asked an elderly resident if she has I'll wishes toward her relative in hopes she says enough for him to suggest banning the relative out of personal distain. -threatened employees of disciplinary actions if they do not uphold and enforce his violations of the freedom of residents. -called employees on their days off to tell them to treat specific residents and guests with a lack of fair treatment. Gone door to door to smell the rooms of residents to find smoke and drugs or other things that he wants to control. -Removed all resting seats from each floor used for disabled and elderly people to discourage socializing and other similar violations of free movement and speach while using Covid as if it were law or he were running a halfway home.

it was dark out and I just got off the dry hot highway. It was Cool out and I could feel the wind in my hair. First thing I noticed was the warm smokey smell of pot rising up through the air. Up ahead in the distance I saw lights dancing from the heat. I was pretty tired and my head felt heavy and my eyes couldn't stay open. I had to stop for the night and get some rest. I pulled into the drive way and got out and a woman stood in the doorway. I could hear church bells coming somewhere winding it would go on all night and I was thinking to myself "This could be heaven or this could be hell". The woman lit up a candle and she showed me to my room after I checked in. I could hear voices down the corridor and I thought I could heard them say, Welcome to the Hotel California it's a lovely place such a lovely place, she does a lovely face echoing off the hallway walls. It looked like there were plenty of rooms so I suspected you could find on anytime of year you found yourself here. I noticed my host wore a lot of jewelry which looked like Tiffany's gold braids, the kind that looked like it was twisting. I bet she's got the Mercedes Benz and a lot of pretty-pretty boys she calls friends. I wonder if that's who I saw dancing in the courtyard all sweaty from the summer heat. I wondered if they were dancing to remember something good or for something to forget. So I called room service and asked, Please bring me my favourite brand of wine, he said "We haven't hadn't that kind here since 1969". And still those voices echoing as if far away working it might wake me up in the middle of the night. I just hear them saying over and over again, "Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place and does she have a lovely face" as I tried to sleep. Someone was yelling "We're living it up at the Hotel California" so I asked them to kindly keep it quiet but they taunted me saying, "Oh, what a nice surprise, bring your alibis". There were Mirrors on the ceiling and my host brought me some pink champagne on ice, and said "We are all just prisoners here of our own device" which was an odd thing to say but I thought maybe she had smoked some of that pot I smelled outside. She invited me to the master's chambers saying everyone was gathering for a huge meal so since I couldn't sleep I decided why not and followed her. In the dinning room I could see some of the heavy drinkers as they tried to Stab a roast with their knives But their aim was off. If the roast had been alive it would of gotten away. I was getting tied and I think I dozing off so I left the party but last thing I remember I was lost so I ran down the halls looking for my door. Had to find the way back to my room, the I heard "Relax", said the night man "We've been here so long we know the place well And you can check out any time you like, but don't forget your car keys or you'll never leave. All in all a nice place if it wasn't for the partying but I gave it three stars.
