Dinner after shopping with my family. The food is amazing. It’s fresh and delicious. My son love the mushrooms pepperoni sausage pizza and my daughter love the garlic cream fettuccini with rotini. Rotini is better for toddler because it’s tender. The service is quick but the server is not friendly at all. They look very overwhelmed and it’s hard to ask for drink refills. They got my pizza wrong and told us that they make a new one and should come out around 15 minutes but after 30 minutes, the pizza didn’t come out. The manager went to the kitchen and gets it for us right away. He apologized and gives us credit for the pizza. I really appreciate the manager’s effort to solve this problem. The restaurant is clean and spacious. I hope to get a better service and experience next time!

I visited for lunch with my family and it took 30 minutes to get the menu. It was a busy time.. I ordered 3 kinds of food and waited another 20 minutes to taste them. In the end, I had to wait in the sun for almost an hour from the time I sat down on the ferry chairs outside the restaurant. No one came to see me until my drinks were empty.. The food is great, but it wasn't that good that day. It would have been okay if they just said sorry for making me wait..

My husband and I have been coming here on Thursday nights for over a year just because of Chris, who works behind the bar. He is a fantastic server, and always so kind to all of the guests, not just the "regulars'

Quick friendly service Everything was good from the bread, to the salad, to the chicken piccata, to of course the pizza! Our server was fantastic!! ,(sorry forgot her name, but she also speaks Spanish 😊) Food was out quickly, drinks were refilled l, and all was good

Food: it's been a long time since I last visited CPK and surprisingly the food tasted how I remembered. The portion somehow felt a lot smaller than it used to though. Service: our server was very nice and refilled the drinks even before he was asked to. It was pretty busy night and we were overwhelmed by his service. Atmosphere: crowded and loud. I don't know how else I would explain. It was a decent place to go out ten years ago but I think I prefer to dine in quite places now.

The food was not quite the best quality that I’m use to when going to CPK the appetizer was good but they didn’t have my favorite appetizer dumplings and sauce , for it to be a chain restaurant I was very disappointed on the quality of the food , the salmon pieces were hard and over fried like hard not fresh at all way too crunchy , they didn’t have some of the beers on tap we asked for , brea get it together please . The appetizer were better than the main dish :/

Google
The Thai Pizza ("globally-inspired") was really good, especially if you ask for more peanut sauce on the side. The waitress was friendly and gave us bread with olive oil and overall the level of service was pretty good! My only constructive feedback would be if the pizzas were slightly bigger, allowing for eight (8) slices instead of six (6). This CPK location offers plenty of parking.

Google
I had the best experience at CPK brea, the waiter Israel, was absolutely amazing great customer service kept on coming back to refill our drinks and bread consistently asked if everything was okay are order was perfect. Never rushed us and when we asked about the Specialties he took his time to do several recommendations for all of us and because of that we all walked away completely happy after our dinner. Will definitely keep on coming restaurants need to have more waiters like Israel 10 +

Yelp
We come to CPK at LEAST once a month for either take-out or sit-down dining at the bar. We love Chris! When my husband picks up, Chris knows right away what the order is and offers him a drink while he waits. He is always very helpful, friendly and kind. When you come in, sit at the bar and your service will be excellent.

Yelp
I figured it'd be good to revisit a place I've grown up eating at, everyone knows it! The hosts were very polite and accommodating, I waited for the rest of my party and they already went ahead and set the table up while I continued to wait, definitely real go getters. It's been a long time since I've visited but their main thing I always looked forward too as I sat down was their soft and crispy bread and olive oil. It's by far one of my favorite plates i get compared to other restaurants that give out the same before ordering. Since I've been, they've done some menu refreshing, I had to give their braised short rib ragu a try and really see how it would taste. Avocado egg rolls to start but not pictured, those have always been a staple, comes with 6 and they're decently sized. I'd say perfect size for a shareable. The short rib ragu itself had wonderful flavors. It wasn't too heavily drenched in sauce to where that's all I'd pick up, I'd say there was a little less short rib than I would have liked, I felt it was quickly done with it and still had a good amount of pasta to finish. Nonetheless the pasta tasted great; the short rib itself was tender... like very tender. I was pleased with it, it separated really easy, it wasn't dry, cooks did a great job with it! Definitely something I'd get again when I return. I wasnt feeling any room dessert but I was peer pressured into choosing something and I'm glad I did because it didn't make an impact, and everyone at my table was wowed with the upside down cheesecake. It was dense, but it wasn't too dense to where it felt heavy, the sauced fruits added a great refreshing spike with each bite, it's exactly how I like my cheesecakes to taste. I'm sure you have all been to a cpk at least once, it's one of those places that's been around the block for a while, I like how they aren't doing full crazy rebranding and changing their look, it's nice to visit and get a reminder of how the place was when I was younger, and the quality is still great which I'm always happy to see even as time goes on

Yelp
Food: The food was actually high key really good. Service: There's not much to say about the service. Ambiance: It was quite empty.

Yelp
My review is strictly about the service at this location; the food was fine. On Saturday, my friend and I chose to dine at the Brea mall CPK and I'm sorry to say that our designated server Christopher, was sullen, unsmiling, and not solicitous. He greeted us by saying "I'm supposed to be taking care of you today" as if we were thrust upon him, and his energy continued to be so taciturn and lackluster, we actually asked him if he was having a bad day. Instead of reading the room and adjusting his attitude accordingly, he merely said his "day was fine," and continued to provide what has been my most absent and unpleasant service in recent history. I never saw him smile once, he plunked items on the table and seemed wholly disinterested in our experience. After bringing our appetizer, we politely asked for forks and he grumbled, "they had one job," meaning, I assume, whoever was responsible for laying out setups. The irony is that Christopher himself had one job -- to smooth over any mistakes and provide friendly and welcoming customer service, a standard he utterly failed at. The manager stopped by briefly a few times, but it felt perfunctory and didn't leave much time for concerns. In fact, we had to flag the manager down after not receiving parmesan cheese from Christopher despite requesting it. We asked the manager for the cheese, and he held up a finger as he had a conversation in his earpiece. We had to wait while he concluded said conversation, then repeat our request. All in all, the service was severely lacking and really put a damper on what could have been a great catchup between friends.

Yelp
My friend and I wanted a light lunch before we started our annual Christmas shopping so we ordered the soup and salad lunch duo($9.99)and the half sandwich and soup lunch duo ($14.99). Both were very good. Unfortunately they were out of our favorite Sedona tortilla soup due to supplier issues, so we ordered the creamy tomato basil soup which was actually very tasty ! Definitely hit the spot and gave us the boost we needed to shop til we dropped!

Yelp
Located in the Brea Mall. Parking is either good or bad depending on when you go - weekends are usually busy. Inside you'll find a modern and clean restaurant. There can be a wait at times, but it's usually not too long. Servers here and professional and friendly. I haven't been here in a while so the pricing seems a bit high but the quality of the food is very good. Pizzas have fresh and tasty crusts, and the portion of ingredients are generous. We had The Works and Neapolitan Burrata pizza. Both were very good and worth ordering again.

Yelp
California pizza kitchen has always been a tasty spot to eat. I had the Cedar plank salmon, Tostada pizza. Food came out fresh. Salmon was flavorful with a hint of smokiness from the cedar plank. The Tostada pizza was a Nice twist to a pizza. Staff were friendly. Although the host was on her phone when we walked up and did not look up to greet us for about 1 minute. I always say you can tell how clean a kitchen is by how well the bathrooms are maintained. The bathroom was a mess. With the open kitchen concept I was a little relieved to be able to see the cooks prepare the food but I expected higher standards with this concept.

Yelp
Thisl ocation does a pretty good job with food but don't bother with the E lite program because they don't know what it is You're supposed to get in ahead of everybody else with the party of up to four people but they never honor it. The service is usually great

Yelp
After a good evening shopping we started getting hungry.. glad this CPK is located at the Brea Mall for perfect convenience! I started with a yummy French Martini as we shared the Mexican Corn appetizer. I had the Wild Mushroom Pizza with thin crust and it was so tasty. Hubby had the chicken spaghetti and he said it was really good. The service was always friendly and on time, our waiter kept checking in on us and we didn't lack anything. The ambiance was great, very clean and family friendly with lots of happy faces. This was on Christmas Eve Eve and you could tell people were appreciating their time here during their shopping spree.

Yelp
I went to a Anaheim Ducks game where they gave away free 7" personal pizza. I came here with my partner, and we were both able to redeem our free pizzas while dining in. We also got a Thai Crunch salad to eat with our salads, and it's pretty good. It's $20 for a large, which seems steep for a salad, but it was good portion for two people as a side.

Yelp
What a difference. The pizza was beautiful with leapord spotting crust. The pasta while good, was still slightly bland. We had the works pizza and fettuccini w/ shrimp. Had a glass of wine and a long island iced tea for the wife. Overall excellent. Service was prompt and friendly.

Yelp
Always have a great time every time we go and the food never gets old always hits the spot. The service is great and the look of the place is very easy to navigate so 10/10 ALL day.

Yelp
california pizza kitchen used to be a staple in my household, as we lovedd their bbq chicken pizza and thai salad. we haven't been back in years, but i decided to finally return here on my quest to introduce my boyfriend to iconic chain restaurants he hasn't been too. cpk was one of the bucket list restaurants, and in my opinion, one of the better ones, especially if you like pizza. we came on a saturday afternoon around 3pm, and there were a decent amount of people already eating here but no wait and plenty of free tables. so we were seated almost immediately at one of those high chair tables next to the bar. we were greeted by our server a few moments later and he wasn't the friendliest guy we have ever had, but he wasn't terrible either. he kind of disappeared and reappeared randomly throughout our time here, and he took long to give us our check and take our credit card, so service is kind of slow and lackluster here, despite it not being busy we opted to order the new seasonal pizza, which was a nashville-style hot honey pizza with the original hand tossed pizza crust, and the white corn guacamole & chips for an appetizer. my bf loves guacamole and i love white corn salsa so we wanted to try the appetizer they had. it was good but nothing amazing. i personally wished there were more corn kernels in there! we also noticed the plate was wet on the bottom so they put a napkin at the bottom. despite this effort, some of the chips on the bottom of the pile were still affected and soggy by the water. i also found something round and hard in my guac (sorry i forgot to take a picture) and im not sure what it was. it kind of looked like a pit of cherry lol it could have definitely broken a tooth if i had been biting down any harder and faster. as for the pizza, we both LOVEE hot honey on our pizza and the pictures they had of it made the pizza look extremeeellyy delicious. when we finally got our pizza, i will admit, it looked a bit sad.... it didn't look at delectable as the picture and there were not nearly enough chicken pizzas. they were also placed in a not so presentable manner... the taste itself was not bad. the crust is always good at cpk. the flavors also worked well together but i found that the hot honey did make the pizza a little soggy/wet, so maybe it would be better to ask for it on the side next time. i could also do without the pickles on my pizza. overall we had an okay experience at cpk. it's definitely one of the better chains and they make good pizza, but the experience we had here was rather uninviting and in need of improvements and quality control

Yelp
Coming in we got sat right away by a kind gentleman at the host stand. We had a party of four and we were sat in Israel section. He was super amazing and knowledgeable about the menu. I have celiac and I mentioned that while ordering; he immediately brought up that the only 100% safe items are certain pizzas. He did say I could get other items however there may be cross contamination. I was impressed that they had a guarantee for safety and I got excited. So I ordered the margarita pizza and he also knew what went into their crust! I have a flaxseed allergy so needed to ask. Theirs is rice flour, dairy and one other item but he said they have a separate station for gluten free so this was amazing! I definitely recommend this for my celiac friends but for anyone who just love good food my family loved the shrimp scampi with zucchini and pasta, the salmon cedar plank and bbq chicken pizza with regular crust; as well as extra bread!! So overall everyone can find delicious food to enjoy and feel safe!!

Yelp
Came here for Dinner on a Thursday night. Arrived around 7:10 pm. Checked in with host and was told we will be seated in about 10 minutes. We weren't seated til 15 minutes after. Our sever was great. What we ordered ~ Garlic Fettuccine w Chicken was yummy and delicious but seems like a rad but on a smaller portion size. I'd think the pasta bowl center would be filled up at least but it want. I've seen my neighbor pasta bowl and there's were filled up the entire circle. A bit disappointed in the portion. See photo. ~ The Works pizza was ok. Also disappointing. The green bell peppers of the pizza was uncooked. Not sure if this is how it's suppose to be cooked. It definitely wasn't appetizing. See photo. Wanted to inform our waiter but it was a busy evening. She was covering a few other tables that came in after us. And was nonstop. ~ Cheese pizza w sausage was good for my kids. They enjoyed it. I think with this standard pizza. You can't really go wrong w it. I had to go and ask for our check. It was now during closing time at 9 p.m. Idk why. I want to like CPK but i can never seem to like it. Dine at other CPK locations. Just this local location of mine always seem to disappoint each time I've dine here. Not sure i will be back. Especially of this incident i experienced. Fyi while in the restroom with my daughter. Right when we opened our stall door to exit. A gentleman worker was in the ladies restroom. He rushed out asap. HOPING we won't see him. He went in to replace the bathroom tissues for the next day. This was very odd. I think something like this could have waited. My daughter wasn't quite. So it was known someone was in the last stall. My daughter even asked mee while we were washing our hands. Why was there a guy in the ladies restroom? I didn't want the gentleman to get in trouble so i didn't inform the manager. Really weird and i just told my daughter. He came in replacing the bathroom toilet paper cause his night shift was ending. Saw he threw the wrapper of the toilet paper inside the trash can. This is something unacceptable because imagine if there was other guest coming into the restroom and saw this. Luckily I'm not prone or wasn't too alarm since he left really quickly as we were exciting the stall and had a quick glance to see him. But my daughter saw enough to know his gender. Not sure if this is something allowed by management.

Yelp
Came here after watching a movie. Sat at the bar for a more lively environment and faster seating on a Saturday evening. Be warned that the bar on this day was quite warm. Being so close to the oven and either no a/c or the a/c was too low it was definitely warm. Kailey our bartender and server made some great Cadillac Margaritas catered to our preferences (less ice and good pours). She was attentive and anticipated our needs. It was our first time ordering the California Club pizza. This pizza hit the spot. Got our veggies in with the arugula. Got the meats with chicken and applewood bacon. Add some buttery and creamy avocado slices and you got a pizza that hits on all your taste buds. The spicy Buffalo cauliflower was nicely presented, similar to a sushi roll topped with celery shavings, cilantro and scallions and Gorgonzola. A nice tangy and crunchy appetizer. This from someone who used to hate cauliflower. Overall, a good experience. One where Kailey really made it stand out and would be the reason we're coming back.

Yelp
We had a very disappointing experience here. We were seated around 7:45 PM, and our server took our order by 7:50. Despite the prompt order, we didn't receive even water until about 15 minutes later, and there was no complimentary bread or anything to tide us over. By 8:30, we were still waiting for our food--with no update or apology--so we decided to leave. To make matters worse, my husband ordered a wine flight, and the glasses were visibly dirty. When the server asked the bartender to replace them, the bartender responded with noticeable attitude. It was unprofessional and really off-putting. We definitely won't be returning. The service was slow, inattentive, and unpleasant from start to finish.

Yelp
It's always a treat to come here and have my favorite meal! The cedar plank salmon is so delicious, especially paired with a glass of Moscato wine. It's always cooked perfectly, and I love the succotash on the side. Squeeze a little of the lime over the top of the salmon and it's absolutely delicious!

Yelp
Average food and mediocre service which was disappointing as I used to look forward going to CPK growing up. We came on a Friday evening and were able to be seated right away. By around 6:30pm, there was definitely a line so come early if you're looking to avoid a wait. I had my baby with me in our stroller, but the hostess told me I had to park the stroller outside and could not bring it in the restaurant. I had no problem doing that, but as soon as I was seated, I noticed the table diagonal from us also had a baby and were able to bring their stroller inside. Another group that arrived after us by about 10 minutes were also able to bring their stroller inside so I was very confused at the mixed messaging on their stroller policy. My little one was too small to sit in a high chair so I had to hold her since I had to leave the stroller outside so needless to say, I didn't have the most ideal dining experience trying to juggle holding a baby and eating at the same time. We decided to order "The Works" pizza ($19.99) and a full size "BBQ Chicken Salad" ($18.99). Complimentary bread and olive oil were brought out as we waited for our food which took a little under 20 minutes to arrive. When the salad arrived, I was definitely disappointed to see how little bbq chicken and toppings there were relative to it's $19 price tag. The bbq chicken is served chilled and most of the salad felt like it was primarily iceberg lettuce and chopped tomatoes. The Works pizza wasn't any better. The taste was fine, but definitely very ordinary and there was nothing special about the crust or the toppings. Service was also very lackluster with our server only coming by to take our order and provide us with the complimentary bread. Our food was brought out by another worker and no one bothered to check in on us throughout the duration of our time there. I really don't like giving negative reviews and would have given CPK 3 stars, but deducting one star as the stroller situation really left a sour taste in my mouth. I would have no issue if their policy was no strollers at all are allowed, but the fact that we were singled out was pretty disappointing.

Yelp
I would think CPK is usually a good restaurant but today I was left very disappointed. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza and it did not taste good my husband ordered the mushroom pepperoni pizza and it was burnt and finally I ordered pasta Alfredo for my daughter. It was really weird how the pasta sauce side tasted way better than the actual sauce in the dish. Secondly the waiter never checked on us after the food I had to call him over to complain about the blandness of the food. Thirdly I asked for a side of ranch and the waiter got me blue cheese. They finally come back with the new pasta dish and there's barely any sauce in it needless to say I won't be coming back

Yelp
Charcoal Burnt Pizza! CPK was the choice for dinner. I noticed that my daughter did not indulge in all of the pizza! Ashes covered the pizza, it was burnt/ hard and COVERED with CHARCOAL " OVEN DUST" is this normal ?

Yelp
I have to say, I was prepared for something uninspired and average because, after all, this is a chain of pizza places in a mall. I was wrong to make these assumptions. We walked in a a Friday evening and were seated immediately. We got a great seat at a booth by a window so we could watch the Christmas shoppers passing by. This is a busy place, but it wasn't frantic or loud. Our server Lauryn was a pro. We told her we had never been there before, and she explained the menu. Throughout the meal, she was there whenever we needed her... not too much and not too little. And always with a smile. The food was great. I had a traditional pepperoni pizza and the rest of our group ordered other things. It was all hot, and obviously made to order. And made well. We'll be back to this place. THANK YOU CPK!

Yelp
I had to pick up a large order of 6 pastas and 2 appetizers on a Friday night, and the experience was a lot better than expected. I got slightly lost and had to call and ask exactly where they were located, and the employee was nice by talking me through the entire 2-minute phone call, which I appreciated so much. Upon arrival (I opted to pay and pickup at the restaurant instead of curbside pickup), my order was already ready to go. I had to switch out the bags to smaller bags since they stuffed all of my dishes into one big bag (which I knew was going to rip), so I asked for multiple smaller bags instead and the employee was helpful in doing so. I have no idea how they managed to stuff everything in one bag, but I didn't like their packaging. The employees are not allowed to open the bags once they staple them, so make sure to open your bags to see your order is correct and appropriately placed. Besides that, the food was good and I'll most likely order from Brea CPK again.

Yelp
Been coming here for years. Mitch is the GM and a wonderful person to have a chat with. We had a small problem with our takeout order, but he took care of us the next day and with a smile. I'll continue to come here and support the business. They have a new catering menu, so definitely check it out.

Lauren L.

Yelp
CPK never disappoints, however... this location had a few employees with poor attitudes and the most disgusting bathroom I've ever encountered at a CPK.

Yelp
Horrible services! Waiters are rude to customer! Online orders are very slow though Taste is burned. Hoping to manager see this. Disgusting. Servers name: Parinah

Yelp
Amanda's customer service was phenomenal. It was very busy but she was so professional, attentive and kept a friendly personality amongst the craziness. The food came out fresh and the butter cake was perfect. Will be coming back to this location again for such amazing vibes - thank you for a great experience and delicious meal.

Yelp
The Brea Manager reached out via phone--it was such a bizarre conversation because we saw him at the restaurant when this event occurred, and he knew what was happening. During the phone conversation he said that he was busy helping another customer at the time, so he didn't know what was happening. However, during our phone conversation, he never asked what happened and he shifted blame to the employee. This leaves us very confused. Hopefully we can get in touch with the Regional or Area Manager. Pretty sure we will not be returning to CPK restaurants in general.

Yelp
Came to CPK for the first time for dinner around 7pm Sunday night. It seemed to be crowded, but our party of three was seated right away. The location is located inside Brea mall right near the entrance. Great location if your hungry after walking around the mall. Upon seating they gave us complimentary sour dough bread with olive oil and oregano to dip. I had to get their iconic BBQ Chicken Pizza, which had tender grilled chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, melted cheese, red onions, and a semi thin/crispy crust. I added bacon to it as well. The pizza was good, and the flavors combination paired well. The crust was lightly crispy and airy. Only thing was the bbq sauce drizzled on top was a bit too sweet for my taste and I wished it was tangier and saucier. The added bacon was too over cooked and had a dry hard chew to it. Wished the bacon was cooked less and juicer. Another dish we got was the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine, which is made with tequila-lime cream sauce. The dish was interesting and had perfectly cooked fettuccine, vibrant peppers, and provided a symphony of textures and flavor. Although, I could taste the tequila.. it was yummy. Nonetheless I think the tequila used complimented the sauce well. Our waiter was attentive, knows the menu, and was friendly! The ambiance had dim lighting and had plenty of indoor seating! Overall CPK is a great place place for dinner as they just don't have pizzas!

Yelp
If I can give negative starts I will give a million! Worst service ever the high school serve white boy with tattoos was the worst very slow he looked sleepy and the manager (white older man) all he does is mingles with the older white ladies instead of tenting and helping his slow employees. Please don't come to this establishment rude & slow. Rude, because after complaining for the 2nd time the serve had the nerve to slap my receipt on the table as if it was my fault for his bad day mind you I was very patient waited for my check for 25minutes.

Yelp
The CA Club was said to be their most popular pizza. It had sort of a weird taste to it, very messy to eat, but the size did allow for left overs. This location is in the mall so it's very busy and loud. The servers were super sweet and quick service though.

Amanada S.

Yelp
After seeing the low score of this restaurant, I was worried about coming here last night. It was a great experience. There were five of us, and the hostess was super friendly. She got us seated right away. Our server was amazing. She was really kind and efficient She made the experience really enjoyable. The food was also good. Three of us had pizzas with the cauliflower crust yummy! My friend ordered the vegetable pizza, and it was so healthy, and loaded with a lot of food veggies. My other friend ordered the zucchini pasta, and there was not a bite left on his plate. I will definitely be coming back here, and I'm so glad because I've always loved California pizza kitchen. Thank you for a great experience!

Yelp
Highly recommended ! I love the barbecue chicken salad and their drinks are amazing. My cousin and I went last week and tried the steak salad. It was not what we expected. The waiter and manager immediately approached us and offered to select another dish which we declined since the flavor of our salad was delicious. The only issue was the meat not cook the way we expected. Great customer service

Yelp
Everything seemed fine from checking in and tasty food to decent ambiance. It went downhill with our waitress who was curt and not service-oriented. We ordered a full size Caesar salad and asked for a serving utensil but didn't get one. Her hands were greasy too and left finger prints on our plates. A couple of our glasses and fork were dirty too. If we come back, we hope the next waitress will be better.

Yelp
I typically go to the Garden Walk location, but I also enjoy this location at Brea Mall. CPK is fantastic. My husband and I love sharing a bunch of items for date night. We are creatures of habit and typically order the same things. The 5 cheese and tomato pizza is delicious. I recommend asking for red sauce on it, since it does not come with it. The chicken dumplings are a wonderful shareable appetizer. The Dutch pea soup is life changing! I love that it's served 7 days a week. It's so hard to find restaurants that serve pea soup. The sangria is the perfect cocktail to pair with your meal. Service was good and I enjoy the bar area. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
I'll admit it's been years since I've actually eaten at the restaurant, but I do quite often do take out from here. For the most part everything is on par and hits the spot, however from time to time I do encounter some tough chicken on my salad. With that said, my review will reflect 80% of my take out orders. My go to: - bbq chicken salad: what's not to love about this staple salad. Perfect balance of veggies to meat and love the flavor of the bbq mixing with the ranch. This is always my safe go to entree. - wild mushroom pizza: I love mushrooms. I know it's not for everyone, but the blend of mushrooms on this pizza is perfect combo with all of the cheeses. If you like mushrooms you will love this pizza. - Sicilian pizza: ok maybe not the healthiest option, but sometimes I just want a greasy pizza with a bunch of meat and a bit of kick. If that's you're cup of tea you're going to love this pizza. All in all not a bad cpk. The inside it pretty spacious. You can easily access the restaurant from inside the mall or from outside. I love their curbside pick up option too - makes my life easier.

Yelp
The food is tasty and delicious. I love the small butter cakes with ice cream as desserts. Sometimes the waiters are not that friendly. But, we have a responsible, hardworking, and friendly waiter and is one of the best waitress we ever had. I recommend to come eat here.

Yelp
Edit: The milk we got for the kid's meal tastes weird. We threw both of them away. The pizza was burnt on one side too so ... BUMMER. Probably not going on a peak time. So no lunch or dinner visits for me. And also, weird because, i had to tell the guy at the counter, around 4 x who my order was for and yet, The people that came later got theirs first but i get it. Definitely overwhelmed. ______________ They are overwhelmed. On a weekday lunch. The takeout guy is doing his best but i think they just cant keep up. Pick up was due at 1206 .... ordered online way before. It's 1225 and i'm still waiting. Not that it's any of their fault, just that they're understaffed. but yeah next time ill order more than an hr in advance then.

Yelp
Awesome sauce! Just wish they served bigger portions. Other than that it's amazing. Service there is great and the ambience is nice.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with CPK. The food is good, but is not on the cheap side. The ave dish is around $20 - $25. A family of 4, be ready to drop a Benjamin plus some change.

Yelp
Service: 4 stars Portions: 3 stars CPK is located on the same upper level as Macy's. Hadn't been to a CPK in years, until this past weekend. There was a great promo for CPK rewards members, that was too good to pass up. Originally, I was going to order ahead through the website (with my phone), but I had forgotten my log-in so I ended up calling the restaurant to place my order. It was quick and painless! I was able to place my order easily, my membership was found by the employee, and had my order placed for 30-minutes later for pick-up. Easy peasy. Warning, parking is real tight on a Saturday afternoon because most of the parking beyond CPK has been blocked off for now. Not sure what they are building there, but the best of luck trying to find a closer parking spot. CPK is located on the upper level, next to the Vans shoe store, which was very convenient as I needed to stop by there real quick for something. MUSHROOM PEPPERONI SAUSAGE $19.99 Cremini mushrooms, rustic pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, fresh torn basil, Mozzarella and wild Greek oregano. CHICKEN TEQUILA FETTUCCINE $20.79 Our creamy jalapeño lime sauce with spinach fettuccine, red onions, bell peppers and fresh cilantro. I mentioned to the hostess that I was there for a pick-up and she directed me to the inside of the restaurant, where the sign was for "pick-up." I stopped by the ladies room before I picked up my order. The restroom looks like it has not been upkept, as it looks the same since I was last here over 15+ years ago, but a bit grungier. Afterwards, I picked up my order and was on my way. The portions have gotten smaller, especially for the fettuccine. There were barely any mushrooms, chicken, or other ingredients. It was mostly flour. This dish used to be an all-around favorite, and we were sorely disappointed. The pizza was okay. At least the middle was topped with many ingredients, with a thick crust. Our order did come with a few individually wrapped sourdough, which I thought was a total waste of plastic. Why not place more bread slices in one bag, than 1-2 slices per bag? Overall, we had our fill for the next 15+ years. We do not plan on returning, unless there is a great promo because the food was most definitely disappointing. Not only in taste, but in portion size as well. Yes, we know inflation has caused prices to raise, but the overuse of plastic and muted flavors, and lack of ingredients in the pasta, are the biggest disappointments. The service was the only saving grace to my experience, and to this review.

Yelp
We came in around 7:30 pm and there was hardly any people. After being seated, our server brought us three slices of bread and asked for what drinks we wanted -- we just got water. She brought us water and gave us some more time to look at the menu, and was gone for a long time. (My boyfriend saw her chatting in the kitchen) We already finished the bread and most of our water by the time she was back. We ordered Buffalo cauliflower, Neapolitan Burrita Pizza and garlic cream fettuccine. She then disappeared for a long time. When she was back, she brought everything altogether. We started with the Buffalo cauliflower, it was very cold already and turned hard. Then we tried the pizza and fettuccine, both were still kind of warm but you could tell they sat for a while after they were being made. The taste was not bad, we were just very disappointed that the food was cold. A while after we finished, she came and brought us a box for our pizza and check, didn't say much. She was not rude or unfriendly, but definitely inattentive and didn't care too much. The service at CPK has gone down so much. I hope management can work on this!

Yelp
Make sure you use the app, got a free 7" pizza with my New Castle because its part of their Dodger Win series. The bread and olive oil [with some pesto] is a delicious adder. The service is great and the place is kept really clean. I enjoyed my beer and pizza and there are so many dishes I want to try here. The salads at the tables next to me look amazing but then again, so does the pasta dishes.
