Everything was delicious, our waiter was quick to fix any issues and was very helpful!

Food is always good. I tried the half thai salad. It was delicious but they don't offer enough Thai dressing, for me anyway, I asked for more, I received. I also tried the shrimp scampi and it was delicious as well.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I went to California Pizza expecting a decent meal, but instead I was greeted by bugs crawling around our table and near the food. We had just ordered pizza and drinks when they started showing up — it was revolting. I lost my appetite immediately. It's unacceptable for any restaurant to have this kind of hygiene issue. The fact that bugs were around the food shows a complete lack of cleanliness and care. I will never eat here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Health department needs to pay a visit.

Date & Time: September 2025, around 7:30 P Arrival & Atmosphere Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing, the team at CPK welcomed me with genuine warmth. The host and waiter didn’t flinch at the time or make me feel rushed. Instead, they created a relaxed, inviting environment, although I still ordered to go. Rating: 5/5 Service Experience From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel seen and valued. Their tone was gracious, their pacing unhurried, and their demeanor refreshingly professional. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with emotional intelligence this well. Rating: 5/5 Food Ordered • Wedge Salad — Crisp, chilled, and well-balanced • Salmon Piccata — Light, flavorful, and plated with finesse • Butter Cake w/ Häagen-Dazs Scoop Around $50 total! Each dish delivered on flavor, presentation, and consistency. The butter cake continues to reign supreme! warm, rich, and perfectly paired with the ice cream. Rating: 5/5 — Quality, consistency, and indulgence all hit the mark. Brand Promise & Emotional Impact CPK continues to prioritize quality and customer care in a way that feels personal. That sense of “home” is what keeps me coming back. Rating: 5/5 Looking forward to returning. This location has earned a spot on my go-to list for reliable service and elevated casual dining. Rating: 5/5 TLDR California Pizza Kitchen delivered a flawless experience even under time constraints. From warm service to consistently excellent food, this visit reaffirmed why it’s a staple in my dining rotation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and care—all in one plate.

Great spot for lunch. Glad to see that they still have a lunch menu. Fast service. We both ordered the pizza + salad lunch special. We’ve always loved their original bbq chicken pizza and it’s still great. Only recommendation for the salad is that either they put less salad in the bowl or switch to a bigger size bowl. It’s hard to mix/move the salad around in the bowl without salad pieces falling out. The amount of salad we both had falling out could have been another meal for someone. Also the dressing is on top of all the large pieces of cheese so if you don’t love cheese like myself & decide to take some off you are then losing all of the dressing unfortunately. Sad to see most of the locations closing like first Dunwoody then Peachtree corners so happy to see this Lenox location still open.

The food was absolutely terrible. The best thing was the dessert. First the cauliflower bites came out burnt as soon as you put a fork in them, they crumbled I sent them back. They came back out with the wrong sauce. It was some type of brownish sauce, which was not the normal buffalo sauce And then I ordered the shrimp and zucchini bowl there was a bunch of fettuccine in there that was half cooked. The zucchini was super soggy. The sauce wasn’t the same on that either. It was just a really bad experience as far as the food. The service was cool. The server was very nice, but yeah that’s not a good location. It does not taste good like the other ones for sure a thumbs down on this one.

We stopped in while doing some shopping this evening and the two young hostesses debated about where to seat us for a bit. Eventually they settled on a booth in the far corner. A server was chatting with the people at the table right behind us for about 5 minutes. She left to get her cousin from the kitchen to meet the folks sitting at that table. During this time, a different couple was seated next to us. A few minutes later their server stopped by with bread. Then came back with their waters and took their drink order. The server for the table behind us (I’m pretty sure she was supposed to be our server) brought her cousin back to that table and they continued to have a conversation for another 5-10 minutes. During that time the couple next to us placed their orders. At this point we were still waiting for our server to acknowledge we were there. My husband asked the server for the table next to us who were being served, if she knew who was working our section. She responded that she wasn’t sure but she’d get someone. We waited. The same server returned to the couple next to us. At that point we gathered our things to leave. Just as we were getting ready to go a young woman walked up to our table, said nothing, and looked at us. We had already been waiting a long time and the young lady had an attitude that likely wasn’t going to help our experience. We left. Would have loved to have written a review about the food, or water, or a drink, or, ANYTHING, but since we didn’t have any of those things, we can’t. Just a bad experience and the young woman with the attitude really shouldn’t be in customer service.… And it’s also really sad for her because we’re generally very high tippers. I wish they’d have people who actually want to work, or at least know how to fake it :)

Yelp
Really nice mall outpost of the CPK chain. The space has a nice closed in private but wide open feel. It's sort of perched at the edge of a balcony area in a large atrium. One of the best things about Lenox Square is the people watching. Service was terrific, as usual for this chain. My server Erica was happy and helpful My go-to items at CPK are always either Hawaiian pizza (ham/pineapple) or BBQ chicken/pineapple. One of the great things about a national chain is that the food is consistent no matter where you are.

Yelp
I came to the Lenox Mall CPK in search of the viral mac and cheese TikTok. During the summer, it was half off if you ordered ahead on the app with the code. As a mac and cheese judge, it was alright. It was missing the cheesiness, the sauce, and the seasoning. When I first saw it, it looked so bland (see below). Our order took a while to come even though it was just one app. There is a separate booth or area where you order and pick up the to go's/mobile orders.

Yelp
Dry pizza. Ok appetizers. Very below average drinks. Had to ask for cutlery several times. Poor service. I won't do this again!

Yelp
Located in the middle of Lenox Mall just north of downtown Atlanta, CPK was bumping when I visited on a Thursday at noon. Almost all the seats were taken so I settled in at the bar. It seemed like they were a little overwhelmed and understaffed as they were jumping straight to the menu and drinks and skipped the small talk. Which was fine, we were on a time crunch anyways. There's a ton of TVs at the bar. But it was hard to see the one right above you. There's one across from you which is in your eye sight. Even though the music was playing pretty loud, and even with how close the bar stools were to my friend, we heard everybody's conversation. People were sharing tea! So I wasn't mad! We had the lunch special which was 13 dollars for a 7 inch pizza or sandwich that comes with one of five different side salads or one bowl of soup. You can pay extra for soup and salad with your pizza or sandwich. I went with a pizza and salad. Not a ton of food but okay for a lunch. I was surprised however, at how long it took to come out. They gave me a Caesar salad even though I ordered something else. But once again, because of my time crunch I didn't complain. The mini pizza wasn't saucy or cheesy and had too much toppings given its size. The salad was the star of the show. Service was okay. Didn't really interact much. Didn't check in on us but ran to us when we raised our hands. 2 stars because the pizza was trash. That's your staple. You can't be okay at something you're known for. Location was clutch. Vibe and energy of the place was good. I'd come back but only for their lunch special and I'd try their sandwich next time.

Yelp
Service is exceptional, but menu is too big, and hard to read. Simpler would be better. Also, food is overwhelmingly salty. That's all I tasted. But, I guess that's how it is everywhere you go. Overall it's fantastic place to go, you will love it.

Yelp
Friendly service Good food Busy mall atmosphere and semi cramped seating There is a mall parking deck that is conveniently close by

Yelp
I ordered 2 Neapolitan Burrata pizzas. Neither of them had burrata on it. I asked for no roasted tomato's on one of them and that's all that they put on it. I also ordered sides of ranch which they charged me for and didn't add. When I picked up the order, the girl at the front wasn't too friendly either. Definitely won't be coming back.

Yelp
I order thru DoorDash, a pepperoni pizza was burnt to a crisp to the point that the marinara sauce had evaporated! Disgusting!

Yelp
I've eaten at California Pizza Kitchen many times mostly out on the West Coast and the food was always amazing. A recent visit to the Lenox Mall location in Atlanta wasn't so much. Server was very nice. Being in a mall, you expect the noises of the people and their Shopping. However, there was a dysfunctional escalator that was banging so loudly, it ruined our experience. The Bolognese Spaghetti was so dry I had to order extra sauce. One bright light, the Thai Crunch Salad was absolutely delicious.

Brenfa L.

Yelp
Shout out to Megan the manager for working out my order issues. A bit of a mix up by the staff was kind and professional. The food was great The pizza was yummy with those huge Thanks CPK

Yelp
Great lunch combo for $11.99 during the week. There wasn't a wait and was seated right away

Yelp
I've been to CPK in the Lenox mall several times but this most recent time was the BEST by far! My initial encounter with hostess wasn't the most pleasant when asking to be sat in a booth but the waiter, Damon, was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He checked on us several times and made sure we were okay. He was such a pleasure and I hope the next time I dine at CPK he can be my waiter again!

Yelp
I like the fact that this restaurant has an average wait time of 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. The food is always delicious. However my spinach dip never came and my 'tiny' olive oil dipping dish was not suffice for my large chunky pieces of chewy bread. I could not find black pepper or grated parmesan cheese. The mock tails are delicious but requires a long wait time. My Chicken pasta dish and Thai pizza was delicious. They might had been under staff today. However,

Lydia E.

Yelp
Ordered a salad, the chicken is completely frozen and avocado has mold on it. Terrible service they took forever. The food is disgusting and everything is frozen and probably really old... It's disgusting.

Yelp
I've been interested in trying California Pizza Kitchen for a while and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The pepperoni pizza was delicious to me and I love that they slightly burn the crust. I'm a huge pizza fan and it's really rare that I enjoy the flavor of pizza as much as I did there's. Now the quality of the pizza isn't the most authentic but it still served its purpose. The Caesar salad I ordered was good. They could've had fresher, crunchier lettuce but it was good. We all had mimosas with Prosecco, cranberry juice, and lime wedges. Mmm so tasty! Our server was a sweetheart! With it being in Lenox mall the parking is kind of hectic but there's a free parking garage which is great.

Yelp
Starting with service: outstanding. Our server was prompt and friendly made it easy to want to come back. Love the atmosphere in the center of the mall. Lots of good people watching. Lettuce wraps are delicious and so is the chicken piccata. Order a meal and they have a Take and Bake pizza for only $5. Great deal. There are a few televisions around the bar area. Restrooms are on the mall itself. Nice place to visit.

Yelp
When I found out that there was a California Pizza Kitchen at Lenox Square, I thought, "Would they have a full menu at the food court?" Then I found out that this CPK wasn't at the food court; it was one level up and in the vicinity of the food court. This is a full service restaurant on the Plaza Level. This CPK doesn't have very much privacy, because it doesn't have any walls or ceilings. While CPK customers can easily see mall shoppers walking by, mall shoppers can also see CPK customers eating. We walked to the host station, and were met quickly by the hostess who welcomed us and quickly showed us a table in the middle of the dining area near the bar and gave us menus. That's when I realized how open this restaurant was, and the spaciousness was nice too. Our server came to take our drink orders. I still wasn't ready to order when he brought our drinks and some bread and and olive oil dip. The menu has a whole lot of items on it, and we ordered an appetizer, Mexican Street Corn. I thought the Mexican Street Corn had great presentation; however the it was just ok. I was expecting bold flavors, but everything was just mild and average. While we were eating the appetizer, I ordered the Garlic Cream Fettuccine with shrimp, and R ordered Kung Pao Spaghetti. Our meals were served, nice and hot, to us within 15 minutes of us ordering them. After our meals were served, our server didn't return to our table unless we flagged him down for something. We both like our meals. The sauce on my fettuccine wasn't the best I've had, but it was still very good. The pasta was al dente and the 6 shrimp I got in the dish were cooked perfectly and not dry. R said his meal was good. The portions were big and filling. This experience was 3.5 stars that I rounded up to 4. Although our server was nice and courteous, I felt that he had forgotten about us once our entrees were served. We even had to wait awhile for our check while he was taking care of customers sitting on the edges of the dining area, forgetting that we were still there in the middle of the restaurant.

Ariel R.

Yelp
Horrible service at bar. I waited over 15 minutes he greeted everyone else but me then barely cleared the area in front of me and didn't mutter two words just threw a menu in front of me and walked away.

Yelp
E X P E R I E N C E we came on a Friday night around 7pm as a group of two. We were greeted kindly by the host, who immediately sat us. There was 1 other table of 2 and 5-6 people at the bar. It's very casual here and great for small groups/dates. We didn't realize that Lenox closes so early so we were quick to eat and leave. F O O D original bbq chicken pizza, fresh pineapple: soo tasty. Fresh pineapple off sets the strong BBQ flavor. Thin breading but thick crust. Spicy Milano: def a little kick of spice. It's good. Ample sausage pepperoni cheese mushrooms for toppings. Two people could share one pizza and feel decent. If very hungry, probably one per person. S E R V I C E We were promptly greeted by the server Parker. She was polite and quick on her feet. I noticed her walking around and peering casually. She was accessible if we needed but not consistently in our face. Perfection!! She was very cheerful and had a lighthearted happy aura to her. P R I C E 35 + 7 tip

Yelp
I brought my kiddies here after a fun night in town. I wish I could leave a better review but we didn't really enjoy the food. It wasn't that it was prepared bad, everything just tasted pre packaged. Unfortunately The spinach dip tasted like they thaw it out & was made in the microwave. The buffalo cauliflower was ok but also tasted like a frozen to table dish. And the Pizza wasn't great at all. My daughter was disappointed and so was I. Service was oddly slow even though there weren't many people there. I don't believe I'd go back to California Pizza Kitchen.

Yelp
The food was delicious and if you are Hispanic you can speak Spanish and nice waiter and waitress

Yelp
Being a chain restaurant in mall, I wasn't expecting much. Definitely one of the busier ones I have been to. The service was good and our server was attentive to our needs while being lunch hour (during the week). We were surrounded by business people on lunch that could have been a factor in it. While the food was good, the plating wasn't super appealing. I got the fish Tacos and they were okay.
google avatar

Kathy K.

Yelp
While shopping at Lenox Mall decided to have lunch for three. We sat immediately. They brought out some bread with seasoned olive oil. We ordered three items; Waldorf Salad with shrimp, mushroom pizza and shrimp scampi pizza for about $55 before tip. All were delicious.
google avatar

Desmond P.

Yelp
The food was blah. It's cool that it was in the center of the mall. The decor was pretty regular. The sangrias were on point but what made my experience descent was the waiter. Malik was a damn good waiter. We definitely need more waiters like him!!!
google avatar

Yelp
The nicest Restaurant I've seen in a mall. I went out of my comfort zone and got something different. It was the spicy and delicious Chipotle Tequila Fettucine! It was quite tasty and the proportion was pretty big. Great service and the drinks were awesome as well.

Yelp
I let my friend to choose anywhere we could grab a bite this afternoon. I told her just not anywhere inside the food court. She said how about CPK? I like sure, I do like the lettuce wrap. They do have some lunch duo special during the week. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and a soup which I opted for Pea & Barley, FOOD 1/5 Spaghetti Bolognese 1/5 That spaghetti bolognese?? It was so dry!! Not saucy enough, not much meat in it. That was the worst spaghetti bolognese I ever have :( Pea & Barley Soup 2/5 maybe it was me? I do like peas but this was nasty as well :( I tried to take in a few spoonful, I gave up! Maybe peas just do not go into soup. I don't know, I shudder when I think of that soup. AMBIENCE 4/5 For what CPK is, I like the ambience. No beautiful décor, no music (just noise in the mall), no ambient lightings, still it was nice. The booth seatings are wonderful! I guess I have already established that I really like booth seatings :) SERVICE 5/5 Our service Scarlett was wonderful. She was very sweet, soft spoken and polite. She came to check on us after the food was served. I did not have the heart to tell her the food was terrible ;( I would stick to ordering lettuce wrap in future :(
google avatar

Yelp
Yumminess! I've had a delightful experience ordering for pick up from this location through their website. It's very efficient! I enjoy sitting at CPK after shopping at Lenox to enjoy a cocktail and appetizers. Yummy bites & reasonable prices

Yelp
Solid visit overall. The food was fresh and came out fast. We had good service and gave us refills pretty fast considering my brother and I drink a lot. The ambience was clean, and not busy.

Yelp
It's been AWHILE since eating at California Pizza Kitchen and it hits!! We got the classic bbq pizza and the shrimp & zucchini fettuccine with the watermelon lime cooler and strawberry mango cooler- so good. Our server was attentive and we ate after the mall closed so there was no wait. The complimentary bread & oil was great as well!
google avatar

Paulina A.

Yelp
If you're shopping at Lenox Square Mall and you want a full service restaurant versus the food court then CPK is the perfect place. I dined here while on a shopping visit and the hostess promptly seated us at a booth and shortly thereafter, we were greeted by our really nice waiter. We enjoyed the bbq chicken pizza to share and it was served hot and delicious. All of their desserts are also amazing!
google avatar

Cory R.

Yelp
California dreaming on such a winters day. Location, location, location! This place is located in the middle of the food court on an elevated perch at the base of the escalators. This alone promotes itself convincingly, as we were planning on eating something quick but found ourselves seated here. They have a variety of pizzas and we dined on shrimp scampi pizza and Margherita pizza after trying the delicious guacamole and chips for our starter. Overall the atmosphere and pizza was delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service was amazing it really compliments a luxury mall like the Lennox I'd definitely come back
google avatar

Bernice M.

Yelp
California Pizza Kitchen is a classic! The one in Lenox is enforcing social distancing which is great. The food is good for a mid level dining restaurant and the service was amazing too. Definitely check it out on your lunch break or with friends.
google avatar

Charli P.

Yelp
We were out shopping at Lenox and decided to give this location a try. The offer a cauliflower crusted pizza and I've been wanting to try one. It was actually quite good. Hubby ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken and I must admit I was jealous. It was very tasty. The service was good although we'd experienced incredible care at other Atlanta establishments, so the bar was set pretty high. I was surprised at the pricing for lemonade...I believe it was $4.95 for a virgin drink. The lunch menu offers some great options at affordable prices. They also had a grab-n-go pizza you could take home for an additional $5. This was probably a new promotion that was going on while we were there. So after eating, we both wanted to wash our hands...surprise, there is NO bathroom at the restaurant. You had to go in a store or hike to the public ones. This was not cool at all. I couldn't imagine taking a family with small children here. By the time you would return from a diaper change, your food would be cold. Atlanta has too many other options to settle for this.
google avatar

Janine R.

Yelp
California Pizza Kitchen is the McDonald's of pizza/Italian food - it's mediocre, but consistent. Do not go in with high hopes and won't be disappointed. The pizza is OK, not great. The soups are OK. The service is quick and friendly though and this location is on the mid-level of the mall and has an open-Air approach. No ceilings here for dining. They have large TVs and the bar, but you really can't hear anything because of the mall echoes permeating the dining area. Lots of noise.
google avatar

Demoya B.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting this location of CPK. I went with a friend who was set on getting the jerk chicken pizza, which they said was taken off the menu. We were a little hesitant but decided to still go and see what other options would be good. I suggested the shrimp scampi pizza which the server also recommended was very good. We received an order of bread and oil/vinaigrette mixture as an appetizer. Some pieces of the bread was a little hard and tough to chew but overall it was okay. The pizza came out pretty good. The shrimp was cooked in garlic butter so it looked pretty light. I don't think there was even arugula spread on the pizza but the pizza was good.

Yelp
Love coming here to eat each before I start shopping or when I need a break from shopping! Lol The setup of the restaurant is different especially for a restaurant to be located inside the mall. They're great for big and small groups. Just remember they do get busy so prepare to wait a while if you have a big party. They have a good variety of pizzas and a few lunch specials to offer. I order the spinach dip as an appetizer and it was so creamy and delicious. For our entree we order the Sicilian thin crust pizza which is my all time favorite, it's so flavorful. The original bbq chicken pizza is good with a sweet and salty taste. Great customer service and very helpful when needing some suggestions on what to eat. The restaurant is inside Lenox Mall. You have to take the escalator down to the second level above the food court. The waiting area for seating is limited especially if they get too busy.

Yelp
Being from California, and going to California Pizza kitchen, I hated it - - in California! This California pizza kitchen in Atlanta/Lenox square mall? Another version! The bartenders make great drinks and the food is impeccable especially for my food court. Definitely worth the visit.

Yelp
Okay so we stopped in for a quick bite & dessert. Mainly dessert. Let me add- we frequent this place quite often because we love the butter cake & it's right here when we stop in Bloomingdales. Long story short our waitress Parker forgot about us . Literally took about 30min just to get our drinks- another 10 to get our little guys apple juice. Our food didn't come. The manager however- GREAT GUY- he came over & took care of us. My husband never got his food because we was going to cancel everything & Just leave. Then he came over with not only the food I ordered but also dessert for me & the hubby. This is a perfect example of a terrible situation flipped completely around! I absolutely give a million kudos to the manager Jose!! He took the time to make it all better. Thank you sir! I hope next time things are better.

Yelp
I've been working at Lenox this week. Great lunch special for about $12 a small pizza and small salad. I had the bbq chicken pizza. It was okay. Salad was basic. Drink was good. Service was Awesome 3 stars for food 4 for service. I'd return but probably order something else.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was average. Service was horrible. Both times the servers seems to not want to be there. It's sad because I love CPK, but this location really sucks.

Yelp
Salad was good. Larger than I expected. Staff was friendly. Ambiance is okay. It's inside of the worst mall ever.

Yelp
I haven't been to a CPK in a long time. I also haven't been to Lenox in years. Both experiences were great. Great food. Great service. My drink was just as delicious as it was pretty. It had a beautiful hibiscus flower in it and I felt like I could smell Jamaica immediately when the drink was handed to me. The drink was not overly sweet which is a terrible tendency at places like these. It was perfect. I was only in the mood for something small so I had the cauliflower buffalo bites. And they were absolutely perfectly crunchy. And the right buffalo spice. I actually think I want to pinterest it now that I'm thinking about it again. Next time I'm in town we may stop by again. Our service was impeccable. Perfectly timed and friendly. Customer service and satisfaction was definitely on her priority list.

Yelp
Being from Los Angeles this is a very popular place and I enjoy eating at cpk. I've always enjoyed their selection of pizzas and they always keep the menu fresh by adding things to it. The spinach artichoke dip is very popular and a must try apprizer. Their pizzas are big, 6 slices (well maybe not big for some). I usually like splitting a pizza and salad with someone. They even have different crust options to choose from. They are a little pricy for pizza, anywhere between 12 and 16 dollars for 1. Their pastas are good too and portions are big. In addition the service great! Our waitress was fast and our food came out within 10min of ordering. I highly recommend this pace. I have been going to cpk for years and have never once been disappointed with any of the food.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude I have been to many CPKa and so far this is the one that literary need to change their management. Told us 20 min wait maximum for a table for 4, while there are 8 boots and 10 tables open. Asked to sit down if possible their said because they are super short in staff. A restaurant at a mall with short staff already shows the management problem. Made us wait with a hungry kid. Still very rude about it. Please at least fixed their attitude.
