On the menu, avocado club eggrolls, salads, a Santa Fe supergrain bowl, soups, pastas, desserts, and the casual-dining empire launching California-inspired pizzas." - Bradley Martin

California Pizza Kitchen at Town Square is an outstanding restaurant. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and well lit. There is limited parking right by the restaurant. The bread before the meal came with hot plates and was very good. The food came quickly and was hot and flavorful. The lunch portions were adequate portions. We visited Thursday around 2 p.m., and there was no wait to be seated. The only negative would be that the restrooms are dark, but they are clean and well maintained.

I would have given 5 stars, but it appeared that the Hostess deliberately sat my daughter and I in the only.booth with the ripped up seat. Other than that, our server, Miles, was MAGNIFICENT . Very attent8ve to our table and needs. This was my first time eating here and everything we'd ordered was delicious!!

First time for a California Pizza. Nice! Very light and the pepperoni was a little spicy. Just the way I like it. Lunch special was a 7” pizza of several different types with either soup or salad. Dipping oil for the bread was good for the pizza too! Tried it fresh before I ever grab one from the frozen section. 😉

We came in hungry and looking for good food and left pretty satisfied. We had ordered the Buffalo Spicy Chicken for starters, and it was tasty at first, but quickly became way too spicy for two hispanics. So not a fan; great presentation tho. Our main plate was the California Club pizza, and I loved it. It was a refreshing taste and not too heavy on the stomach like a normal pizza. Our waiter was very friendly, and from what I saw, so were the rest of the staff. I would definitely come back to try out their other options.

I went in for the pasta and salad lunch special on my break and ate at the bar. The food was delicious as always and the service was fantastic - prompt and attentive. The portion is large for the price, and I had leftovers for dinner. I highly recommend this location in Town Square Las Vegas. You will not be disappointed! Kudos to the entire team! Keep up the great work!

First time at this location...we sat at the bar and were greeted immediately by the bartender Michelle...she provided great service and the food runner was very nice also! Will definitely be back! We had the Mexican corn as an appetizer and it was amazing! cheeseburger plain with all the fixings on side and the Carne asada! Both delicious

We eat a lot here, especially for lunch. I do enjoy the salad and soup combination. I pay for the full bill of soup 🍲 vs the cup. All their food is delicious to me. I'm not a pizza fan but still eat here often because of almost the other yummy dishes. Service has always been great here am no complaints there. I eat there at lunch as the lunch specials are still a descent value. Dinner prices are not worth it to me although every now and then we do. My kids love this place and typically get the kids meals. Although they are not getting full anymore. Recently it seems they removed a lot of menu items. One of my reasons for going is the selection, I hope they add it all back or get some new ones. My all time favorite is the chicken tortilla soup 🍲 it's awesome.

Yelp
My adult daughter, son and stepson took my husband out for his 66th birthday Saturday, May 25th for dinner. There was about a thirty minute wait to get in as it is Memorial Day weekend. We waited outside and sat on the benches provided until we were called in by a friendly employee. She sat us in a booth and handed us menus. Our waiter appeared and took our drink order. He brought our drinks quickly and bread with olive oil. It was delicious, our drinks refreshing as we ordered soda and ice tea. He returned to take our food order. My husband and stepson ordered a pepperoni pizza, my son ordered a 7" cheese pizza ; I ordered a 7"Hawaiian pizza and my daughter ordered a cauliflower crust Margarita pizza with a gluten allergy. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our waiter brought my husband a vanilla chocolate sundae with sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry on top. It was a wonderful experience. Service and food is excellent. Price is comparable to other restaurants in the area. They offer military discount as well of 10%. We will be back as we really love California Pizza Kitchen.

Yelp
Well... 14 years I have been coming to this CPK. Always enjoyed it. It's not my favorite, but it's a great spot to go to with friends or family. With so many choices- everyone can get what they want. Today was not pleasant. Food was good. 2 stars for that. Minus 3 stars for no AC working, (it was 117 outside, things happen), but! You knew about it. And some time later manager comes with apologies about non working AC, and that they try to put everyone to the side with working AC. What about us?! At least heads up ahead of time would have been nice. Or try to move us to the cooler area. Jordan... our server- I asked you if Shaken beef noodles were spicy- you said no. Great- I got it for my little kids. It was Very spicy! We couldn't eat it. I send it back. Manager said- it was taken out from our bill. It wasn't. I asked Jordan about it, he apologized and went to remove it. Well- he didn't . We paid- couldn't stay there any longer waiting for another non existent promise. Left. Not planing to come back any time soon.

Yelp
Don't bother coming here if you want anything like timely service. We come here because it's convenient when we come here for movies. It was Sat at 7pm. Restaurant is 3/4 empty and it's a 1 hour waitlist due to service issues. This is the second time something similar has happened here. We went across the street to Nukha, the Mediterranean restaurant, was seated immediately and got our food. Location: Inside Towne Square Mall. Service: There was a queue of people waiting outside for a table (see photo of the empty restaurant). There is no hostess at the check in desk. Several others left after waiting 5 mins with no one coming up to help. Where is the manager? We are 2 people and walked up to the empty bar table area (normally no reservations required). There is a bartender organizing the liquor bottles. Bartender said he can't let us seat there or at the other open kitchen bar area because there are only 2 servers working. He reluctantly came to the hostess stand to put our names on the waitlist, which he said is at least an hour. Min 1 hour wait??? He at least tried, but no apology for the service issues and the vibe I got was he'd rather not have to deal with us since it's not his job. Management needs to serious work on the logistics and staffing. This is a huge restaurant space and it will not survive if it can only serve 6-10 tables during prime dinner time on a Sat night? I like CPK but doesn't have to eat here. Not coming back again. Too much hassle and certainly not worth an hour wait.

Yelp
Well here it goes. My Wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the Hostess. We asked to sit in the bar which was half empty. The Hostess told us to go ahead and sit wherever you like. My Wife and I sat in a booth and began looking over the menu. When another Hostess approached our table and told us the booth was not part of the bar seating. We got up and walked back to the front. After a brief wait we were seated at a booth directly across from where we originally sat. Now that we were seated we sat at our table for over 10 minutes until our waiter walked up. Jeremiah apologized and told us there was a mix up and took our order. He was very polite and friendly. Of all the times we have been here, Jeremiah is by far the best waiter we have had. The food was fantastic as it has always been. I wish I could say the same for the Hostess who seems to always be in a bad mood the last couple of times we've been here. She walks around the restaurant as if she is looking for a fight. This rating would have received a higher rating if it weren't for the rudeness and discourtesy.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and was greeted by our waitress MICHELLE with a beautiful smile, friendly, and efficient service. MICHELLE was super busy working behind bar and waiting on our table. For as busy as she was she did a perfect job. MICHAEL the manager also jumped in and assisted MICHELLE with taking our order. This restaurant has excellent service and excellent teamwork. We ordered the chicken salad and Hawaiian pizza and it was súper delicious. Food came out perfect and in a timely manner. Thank you MICHELLE and manager MICHAEL for treating us like VIP's with perfect service. You both made our lunch perfect. Highly recommend this California Pizza Kitchen... Great food and service. Inside was super clean and quite.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch (like 2 or 3 pm) with my daughter on a weekend, and had about a 10-15 minute wait from checking in. Plenty of tables and a spacious interior, designed like every other CPK out there. Hostess was missing for a while when we first showed up, and didn't seem to be in a good mood. Once seated, our server was also pretty unengaged and a emotionless. We all have our off days, so I don't know, trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. Of our food, I got the Garlic Cream Fettuccine with Chicken, my daughter got the kids cheese pizza. My daughter had no complaints about her cheese pizza. Everything arrived nice and hot. The pasta I got was just ok, a bit on the bland side for what could have been a robust garlic cream sauce. Overall the experience was mediocre, amplified by the mediocre experience and interactions with the staff members. If we go back I'll probably stick with the pizza options.

Nicole J.

Yelp
I went in for lunch the other day and had the salad and pasta lunch special. You get a large portion of each and it is very reasonably priced for the taste and quality. Service was excellent. The bartender was attentive and the food came out promptly. The GM, Michael, came out to check on me at the bar. Everything was great and I highly recommend this location. I have been going to CPK for over 25 years now.

Yelp

Yelp
Big shout out to California Pizza Kitchen. Every Veteran's Day they offer a free meal for Veterans and it is absolutely free, not BOGO, or any purchase necessary. Starting last year it is dine in only, but hey. This was my first time at the Town Square location. It was very busy being a Saturday afternoon. I went in and gave my name to the hostess. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour wait. I sat outside waiting and since it's November and Las Vegas the weather was pretty nice. As the names were called, people would go in to their table or many people weren't around when their names were called. After about 20 minutes, the hostess called for Dave. No one else answered, so I said hey, that must be me. She set me down at a booth and asked where the rest of my party was. I told her it was only me, so I'm probably the wrong David I can wait outside. She went and checked and then gave me the booth to myself. They had the Veterans Day menu already on the table. My waitress came by to take my order. I ordered a Passion Fruit Mango Iced Tea and The Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, my standard CPK order. I received my drink along with a complementary side of bread and oil. At the CPK's I go to on the Strip I never get bread oil. I love the passionfruit, mango iced tea and the BBQ chicken pizza was excellent as always. I know I should try something else but the barbecue chicken pizza is what they're known for and it is good maybe next time I'll try something else. Now I must say what made this visit stand out from any other time I've been to a CPK is the friendliness of the staff. It started with the hostess, and then on to the waitress, and the food runner who brought my drink, and bread to the manager, who came by and asked how he was doing, and to everyone I came in contact with, and one of the waiters passing by even thanked me for my service. I mean it was a very busy Saturday afternoon but all employees had a very good attitude and were very very friendly. It wasn't just one or two people. It was everyone I came in contact with. It wasn't just that I got a free meal that give them 5 stars, but the awesome staff. Because of this will be visiting this location from now on. The only recommendation I would make to this CPK is to have a pager or texting system to let people know when their table is ready. In the summertime, it would be too hot to sit outside and wait for a table.

Yelp
I've been going to CPK ever since we lived in Hawaii and California. I always order the same thing without looking at the menu. I always ordered the Jambalaya, Thai Chicken Salad, Ceasar Salad and of course the pizza... But tonight, we went to Town Square in Las Vegas and we were about to get some ramen, my wife saw CPK and suggested it. So of we went, I was checking in on YELP and I looked at the food pics, I saw multiple Kung Pao Spaghetti. I liked a few pics and I asked our server, Manni, he said he recommended it, he also recommended the new shaking beef. I decided to try the Kung Pao Spaghetti with shrimp. Oh my goodness, It was delicious. Not sure if I'm just hungry or what. I told my wife that it was fricking amazing, and continued to chow down until my plate was clean. For all this years, I've missed out on this wonderful delight. Shout out to our server Manni, thank you and good job on being on it. 5 STARS for you and the Kung Pao Spaghetti.

L O.

Yelp
The service and the food was good. My only complaint today was that they need to pump up the AC during these hot summer months. My family was sweating while eating. That was a little uncomfortable.

Avner M.

Yelp
The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because they acknowledged the servers poor performance and screw ups. We were seated pretty quickly which is as far as the good service went. It took our server well over 5 minutes to come to our table to say hi and take our drink orders. We ordered 5 waters, 2 ice teas, a Diet Coke and a margarita and we ordered appetizers. Again well over 5 minutes the waters and soft drinks came and we put in our main course orders. The appetizers came out pretty quickly with still no doing of our server or the margarita. Next came out the food, what was missing? We ordered a full salad and only got a half, a bbq chicken pizza that was ordered with no onions or cilantro was covered in onions, a side of red peppers with a pizza never showed up, and still no margarita??? Why the surprise on the order, he WROTE everything down??? Refills on drinks, happened when someone else was asked as our server never came back to check up on us. The food was ok but nothing any of us would want to return here for. The service was the worst part of this experience and unfortunately it was just not our table. Every table this server had talked to the manager with complaints. The margarita showed up as we were finishing our main course. The server just slid it on the table as he passed by and never said a word, just drop and run. The only reason for not giving this place a 1 star is when the bill came, they took off some appetizers because they knew all the issues. I don't recommend this place, the pizzas are over cooked and don't taste the same as they used to. We all agreed this place is off our list. It was an agonizing 2 hour experience. They really need new leadership in this place starting at the top. It's sad to say.

April D.

Yelp
The tables are reasonably spaced to allow people in wheelchairs and parents with strollers to easily enter the aisles. There is a large waiting area and it's helpful that there are also seating outside in case the wait gets long. Our server Miguel was very attentive. Our waters never sat empty for long. He brought bread without being asked and made sure to check on us often. There were screens around the restaurant that played various kinds of sports. We came during the summer promotion kids eat free. If you buy 1 adult entree you get one kids meal free, 2 redemptions per check. It runs until July 31,2023.

Dai R.

Yelp
I love this place I always came with my family to spend time but horrible experience with the hostess tonight I came with my family as always today May 25th at 9 pm and what a bad attitude she have with us, bad service as well, so we never came back just because the bad service.

Eric B.

Yelp
Updated review - the food is still always good. They recently updated their menu with a variety of changes. Lettuce wraps are gone as an appetizer and replaced with dynamite shrimp - shrimp in a light sweet and spicy glaze. Not bad, but the lettuce wraps will be missed. The worst part of this CPK location - Getting a table here is a mess. No reservations, no call ahead seating, no online waitlist, and they don't even have a paging system to let you know when the table is ready. As a result, you're trapped sitting in or right outside the restaurant waiting lest you wander off and miss the staff shouting your name. They should use the system the CPK in Summerlin uses. At least there they text you when the table is ready, so you can walk around and shop while you wait instead of being a captive audience. Please, CPK, fix this issue for your guests at this location. Raquel is a fantastic server at this location. Definitely ask for her! Amazingly friendly and always goes above and beyond!

David N.

Yelp
My office mates debating over what's for lunch for 15 minutes. As a I sat bored, I remembered my cousin from Honolulu transferred to CPK. I'm driving and now buying, so let's go. Cousin True was working, however, she was in the high-top section. We opted for a booth. The Jambalaya Fini has been on the menu for years, but unavailable for almost a year. Why???? It is back and delish as ever. No too spicy, just flavorful!

Elle L.

Yelp
I love California Pizza Kitchen! I wish we had more in Texas. We sat at the bar which was neat because we were able to watch the cooks prepare the pizzas. Service was great and the food was good but we didn't care for the tortilla soup. The server asked if we liked everything and we casually mentioned not caring for the soup, he adjusted our order to remove the soups from the bill which was nice. We met quite a few people while sitting at the bar, which was interesting for the time of day (12 on a Saturday afternoon). I guess my best friend and I looked very approachable because everyone was talking to us, lol! Also, let me just say that we ended up at this place because the cab driver dropped us off at the wrong shopping center. We requested to go to Saks at Fashion Mall and he brought us to the Saks at Town Center. Smh.... We actually ended up staying in the area and visiting a few of the stores, which there was a nice variety to choose from including MAC, Saks, Apple and a few boutiques just to name a few.

Lisa S.

Yelp
The best service and most delicious food I have ever had at any CPK location. Even though they were crowded, we were seated right away. Server was incredibly friendly, super kind, and very efficient. And for some reason their food tasted way better than any other CPK. Super fresh, right out of the oven. I highly recommend this location. Request Jeremiah - he is the best!!

Leslie M.

Yelp
I came in on a Monday during their happy hour. They have a good selection of light bites for their happy hour menu. Service was fast and friendly. Casual dining atmosphere. We ordered their wedge salad, Passion Fruit mango iced tea and shared the works pizza (similar to supreme pizza). It was a good amount for a party of two. Would recommend!

J'Ceelinn S.

Yelp
Super convenient location in the heart of Town Square. Usually fully sat but the wait isn't too bad. I love the windows to make it feel super open inside. We stopped in here to order to-go instead of dining in. We ordered Tequila Chicken pasta & Buffalo cauliflower, the food was fresh and hot, even to go. Cauliflower was pretty spicy, the pasta is our favorite, we always order it with extra chicken. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cinderella G.

Yelp
This was really really good are server was so nice absolutely amazing manger was so nice the ambiance was really fresh and fun definitely a sunny girls lunch day out happy hour also great deals

Suzanne B.

Yelp
First off I would love to say our service was EXCELLENT! I think our servers name was Dee? He was so friendly and happy. His energy was amazing. We ordered the avocado egg rolls, Italian chopped salad and the Sicilian pizza with cauliflower crust. Everything was delicious and the cauliflower crust was the best I have had, thin and crispy.

Larissa G.

Yelp
Okay... I've never been to a CPK before until coming to this location. Consider myself IMPRESSED. I know what you're thinking, it's basic food- relax. No. It was so yummy. My coworkers and I went to celebrate her birthday around lunch time and not only was the place spotless, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I took a while to order my food because their menu is so vast and our waitress was so patient and helpful with answering my questions. I'm weird about lighting, so I have to say that the natural lighting and floor to ceiling windows was so nice. It's a great place to escape from the Vegas heat while still getting some vitamin D. The restaurant is huge and in a great location if you need to go run some errands. There's a movie theatre nearby and great shopping, too. 10/10, I will be returning!

Rob O.

Yelp
Solid 3 stars. Seated my family and pregnant wife in a booth with a small amount of space(near bathrooms behind the waiters computers) Service was the 2+ stars because with the right attitude was presented upfront. Food was OK I was charged wrong(found out afterwards, and tipped well. They gave me a 25 dollar gift card to reprimand the issue, I don't even want to go back.

George E.

Yelp
California Pizza Kitchen on Town Square Las Vegas is the best. They have the best Korean BBQ Steak Pizza. Arielle our server recommended it with Blue Moon draft beer. Love the ambience as well. This restaurant never disappoints. I highly recommend it. Thanks Arielle for an excellent service. We'll come back of course!

Antonio M.

Yelp
Absolutely love the food here. Everything is just a little too pricey knowing what it cost to make pizza. The waitress was super attentive. The place was average loud. I think the pizza here is one of the best.

Alex Y.

Yelp
No good! It's not so good! It's terribly bad! Don't come here. Don't even try! I can't even write 85 characters! That's how bad it is

Angela S.

Yelp
I love the pizzas here. I haven't been here in a while so while driving home I decided to order for pick up. I ordered my favorite, the original BBQ Chicken Pizza. The pizza smelled delicious, the taste was okay. I have to say I was a bit disappointed as it really taste more like a cheese pizza. Too dried for BBQ and don't want to say to thin the crust and hard because I live 20 minutes away and it was already cold by the time I sat down to eat it. But the dough was really thin and this is not one of their crispy thin crust pizza. Well next time I'll dine in and hope it will be better, more BBQ sauce, chicken and Gouda lol

Anthony S.

Yelp
Hugo is dope and super cool. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a good attitude. I ordered online and all my special notes were covered at the register and he made sure everything was correct. Food was good as always but definitely thanks to Hugo for the good attitude.

Honest Reviewer ..

Yelp
I love CPK! I wish the menu had more options, but my go to is the chicken piccata which is always amazing and the BBQ pizza. Really all of the pizzas are great here! The avocado egg rolls are a must, and the butter cake is mouthwatering! Service at this location is usually pretty good! Restaurant is clean and the ambience is on brand. The tables are well spread out so you do feel some privacy. This is the best CPK in town!

Misty A.

Yelp
Toni gave us exceptional service, friendly without being obtrusive, informed us about happy hour, and menu suggestions. Food was fantastic, would highly recommend coming back!

Corinna W.

Yelp
Amazing and respectful staff! Will come back! Our food was tasty and when it came out it was hot and just absolutely yummy! Our service gave us recommendations and was very loving and bubbly! Definitely come here for a bomb experience and comb ass food :)

Judit C.

Yelp
Easy to find when entering from Las Vegas Boulevard. Usually we park in the open parking area nearby, just a short walk away. But there are plenty of parking at the parking garages too. On the street, usually harder to find parking spots. CPK is offering a variety of options for lunch between 1 PM and 4 PM. I found this very appealing because for a very affordable price you can have both the pizza and a salad, or half a sandwich and salad or soup, or pasta with salad or soup. The options are plenty. At this time, I chose the Wild Mushroom pizza and the Italian Chopped Salad. My friend had the half sandwich, and the salad. We both enjoyed our lunch very much! The pizza was great, the wild mushrooms really tasted delicious on it! The Italian Chopped salad is my new favorite thing here! It has so many delicious, fresh ingredients, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, chickpeas, peppers ... and refreshing dressing. My friend liked the sandwich, it was very tasty too! My Sangria was very good, flavorful! Our waiter was attentive, checking on us often. The temperature in the restaurant was a little bit hotter than I like, I wasn't really comfortable ... but it was super hot outside so I'm glad we had our lunch indoors.

Shauna S.

Yelp
Our server, Michelle, was not very welcoming and only seemed to speak nicer when my significant other was present. I had asked for a to-go box for one of my appetizers and after placing my food in the box, i had noticed that the box had a holding time sticker for orange wedges. I threw my food in the trash as the box was most likely washed out and handed to me. i'm a bit uncomfortable after that experience.

Pash Lee L.

Yelp
CPK never fails! We hit again, great food, great drinks, good atmosphere, great location and great service! There's really nothing more that I can say about CPK I've always enjoyed them.

Lady C.

Yelp
Really solid pizza. My new fav is a cocktail called Endless Sunshine with Tequila was definitely refreshing for a lunch time sip. You will surely get bang with your buck ordering anything from the lunch specials to filling pastas. They have a cool giveaway as well until April so I will be going again soon.

Kurtis S.

Yelp
Staff was amazing, D and True were awesome! Wait time was not long at all and the environment was very chill, loved it!

Dianne D.

Yelp
No matter how busy this place gets, my favorite server/bartender Dee has never disappointed me. I always appreciate when he remembers that I have a gluten allergy. Make sure to sit in the bar area if you want to experience this very personable guy.

Maggie P.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've dined at CPK, I used to dine here frequently but I mobed further away from Town Square. The menu has definitely changed a little since then, which I really liked. Portion sizes feel smaller when it comes to the appetizers but the taste is still wonderful. I highly recommend the buffalo cauliflower bites, it's probably my menu favorite there now and the best buffalo cauliflower I've had anywhere since they were able to get it crunchy.

Felicia M.

Yelp
Our server was Miles. He was great up until the very end. In fact, I contemplated even leaving this review as I do not want to get him in trouble, but I think he should know for future instances. "If you knew better, you'd do better" ...right? Anyway, the restaurant closed at 10pm on the day of our visit. We were completely oblivious to the time as we walked in and were seated around 8:50pm. We received our drinks shortly after and our appetizers after another 10-15 min. So far, so good. Although, I will NEVER order the spinach artichoke dip again, it came out cold and clumpy and just completely unappetizing, but the kids were so hungry, they didn't seem to mind so I kept quiet. Our main entrees arrived soon after they finished the spinach slop dip. Everything was great, nice and hot and tasted great. Miles brought our check as we were nearing the end of our meal. I'm a bit of a slow eater though, he actually came by twice to check on the check before I had even touched it. I said to myself, "oh shoot, maybe they are getting ready to close soon, let me go ahead and pay and start wrapping this dinner up" So I did. I even left him a 25% tip. However, after that happened, we never saw him again. I mean, he could have let us know he would be leaving and maybe asked if there was anything we needed before he did. He said absolutely squat, just left! Of course, not before his last tip for the night. But once he got that, he was outta there. We literally sat there twiddling our thumbs for 20 min hoping someone would walk by that we could stop and ask for a couple of to-go containers. My kid even went up to what we realized later was the bartender and asked for help and he said he'd send our server over... which never happened because our server was long gone by this point. Finally we said forget it, and just left. We didn't get to take any of our leftovers home and if you have kids, you know that's the majority of their food. Wasted food=wasted money. Ugh, I kinda wish I could edit Miles' tip now. Why would he just leave without saying anything? That was extremely unprofessional and put a damper on the whole dining experience overall as we left just annoyed and feeling cheated of our money. So anyway, long story long. Miles did well up until the end. He definitely needs to know for future reference that he can't just leave his tables without informing customers and handing them off to another server... or at least he shouldn't. And at the very minimum, check to see if there is anything they need before you just dip out!

Yelp
I was just going to leave a review from yesterday about my great experience at the Town Square location. I sat at the bar and the service was great and the food was delicious. As i was preparing my review, i came across a review from Jennifer C . What i read just floored me. She was the most disruptive and rude customer I have saw and heard. She kept getting more loud and was getting into the personal space of the hostess calling the hostess all kinds of vulgar name. When the manager came over he asked her to leave and as she Jennifer C was leaving she threatened physical violence against the hostess. I would like to compliment the hostess and the manager for their poise and restoring order to someone disrupting everyone's good dining experience.

Yelp
I ordered kids pizza to go yesterday and when my son bit into his pizza this piece of metal was in it. He pulled it out of his mouth asking what it was. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager Duke and he advised me the general manager Matthew would call me and I have yet to receive a call and it's been almost 24 hours. If my so. Would have swallowed this who knows what would have happened to him. The fact that no one has reached out is very upsetting and I will be calling corporate.

Yelp
Just had a pretty good dinner with my Vegas fam tonite. This location is pretty convenient at the Town Square right across from PF Chang's with parking in the lot and along the street. Service was good as we were greeted at the door and were told it was about a 15-20 minute wait for the four of us. Apparently my party had a really bad experience with a previous server (who they saw working) so requested we not be seated in his section. They accommodated us nicely and we were seated fairly quickly. Our server, Dalton was very friendly and took our initial drink and appetizer order when he brought small plates, utensils and the comp sourdough bread and olive oil. The food was on par with what I expected at CPK; having eaten at many locations in Hawaii, Vegas, LA and NYC. I forgot to take pics but everything looked like what they show on their menu anyways :-D We asked Dalton for balsamic vinegar to go with the bread and oil which he brought right away and enjoyed some chips with artichoke dip. I had the Chicken Picatta which is one of my favs while one of the others in my party had the Spaghetti Bolanaise and requested the sauce mixed 50/50 with Alfredo sauce (that's how he likes it). He wanted more Alfredo so Dalton was very accommodating in bringing another side bowl to the table. We finished our dinner with the Butter Cake and Chocolate Souffle; both with ice cream, of course. The food was good and service throughout was on point. The only reason for not being 5 star was that I provided my CPK rewards number to Dalton but apparently my points ($190 check) didn't get credited. Still a great night and I would highly recommend this location and server Dalton.

Yelp
Quick bite in between shopping. Food is good. Didn't have pizza instead we started off with their dumpling (l like the sauce a lot.) I had their Bahn Mi bowl which is alright. Daughter had their garlic chicken fettuccini (my cooking is better she said ) Service was great. Skyler was super nice and memorable. He made sure refill was ready without us even asking. Well deserved over 20% gratuity for that. It wasn't so busy but the restaurant was filled. They had enough staff that everyone didn't look overworked. Atmosphere was good and relaxed. Didn't feel rushed. Good overall.

Yelp
If I could give no stars I would. Today we ordered catering from California Pizza Kitchen at Town Square for a work luncheon. It was HORRIBLE! First off, they didn't bring 65% of our order! Secondly, the pizzas they brought over were not the correct ones. The food was cold as well. We've been trying to get ahold of the manager to see where the rest of our order is and why it's incorrect. They have not gotten back to us. They won't answer at all. I know it's during lunch rush, but seriously??? They gave us 2 slices of red velvet cake instead of the sweets tray that was supposed to go with our original order. They were non-edible. They had a weird taste, like they were taken out of the freezer with freezer burn on them. The delivery driver didn't even stick around while we went to grab the order to show him that what he brought us was incorrect. The order was confirmed multiple times over the last couple of days. But still it was incorrect when we got it. We're very disappointed in them. Half of our team didn't even get to eat and went hungry. We will never order through them again.

Yelp
The food was amazing; I had the spaghetti bolognese, my fiancé had a burger & the kids each had a pizza off of the kids menu & we were all satisfied w/ our meal. The service, however, was spotty. For some reason, our server was very passive aggressive & made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to take our food & drink order. Once our food arrived, she vanished - drinks were not refilled, all 4 of us ran out of water & she was nowhere to be found. We had to wait a long time to be checked out since we couldn't locate her. Overall, the food is great, service is lacking.

Yelp
Great place! We got sat rather quickly as a party of 2. Our server Skylar was very nice and attentive. Both pastas were delicious! The corn appetizer was also very nice. Clean restaurant and staff is very attentive. Very spacious place! Will definitely come back.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came to Town Square in hopes of reviving his waterlogged AirPods (which I accidentally threw in the wash without checking the pockets) and had no luck in utilizing his warranty from Apple. We did however, get a great meal out of the trip with CPK located right next door. It was a weekday night and there weren't that many patrons so we were seated almost immediately. We ordered the wild mushroom pizza and Caesar salad with chicken to split while watching the Warriors game right behind the bar and all of our worries seemed to melt away with the comfort food. The crust was warm, thin and crispy with a good amount of mushrooms while the greens balanced the carbs out. I typically don't expect much of chains like CPK but I was definitely impressed by the quality of our food and quickness of service. I hope I don't have to accidentally wash AirPods to make an excuse to come again!

Yelp
I was eating my food and gotta phone call and trying to get the phone call at the outside. After hang up I was trying to get in the restaurant again. They lock the front door because they don't wanna take a new customer about closing time. I was waiting outside for open the door by someone else even my table still working on it at that moment. I know the time was 9:47pm and they close at 10:00pm. First time visit here and it was horrible experience. Just tell new customer you guys did last call not the lock FRONT door for your comfortable closing time without customers haha:) Even the other customers waiting for open the front door to get out. And you guys let customer know another exit door. It is wasting time for everyone. Enjoy your tired life.
