My girlfriend and I went here for lunch today and overall it was good . Our waitress Linda did a really nice job and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the lighting was dimmed which made for a nice setting. We ordered a Full sized California Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing on the side . The salad was huge and tasted excellent, had plenty of “toppings “ in it and the dressing was really good , we would definitely get this again . It came with a few small pieces of bread and some oil for dipping which was a nice touch. We also ordered a pizza , The Works , which was just OK , the dough wasn’t good and hardly any cheese but it did come with a lot of toppings . We wouldn’t get the pizza again . We are already planning another trip soon to get that salad again .

Walked in having not been to California pizza kitchen in almost 5 years, wanting to try it out again I was sadly disappointed as it seemed that covid has ruined another great restaurant. The price for what you get is almost insane a lot of the flavors fall flat. The physical restaurant seemed a little gloomy but you do get a view of the pizza oven which is a plus. The bread included with every meal didn’t come until 10 minutes after the entrees and being requested 3 times. Overall I don’t know if I will be coming back in the future as for the higher end price range there are many better options. QUALITY:6.2/10 STAFF:8/10 ATMOSPHERE:7/10 VALUE: 2.6/10

Needs to update the menu and renovate looks like a mid 90s dinner. Seating is odd, it was cold since the heat was broken. The BBQ pizza was bland went for lunch should’ve went to hungry Howie’s.

The veggie pizza was so good as well as the artichoke dipping. Good food.

Great food! Great service! The entire party raved about how good the food was! Added- They never disappoint! Happy hour...50% off appetizers is such a great deal.

The GM Patricia and Bartender Olivia were absolutely amazing! SUPER attentive and great attitude! Food came out hot and fresh! Drinks were amazing! Come here and sit at the bar with Olivia and say hi to the GM! She’ll make your night worth while!

i ate here and the food was really good but our server wasn’t great. she didn’t make sure we had everything we need, she didn’t bring napkins she also never re filled our drinks. she would just walk past and ignore our empty cups. and she barley would check on us. lastly, we gave her a 8 dollar tip even though she really deserved a 3 dollar tip and she had the most disappointed look on her face and didn’t even tell us goodbye after we wrote her tip. we gave her 8 whole dollars for bad service. don’t expect amazing tips unless your doing a good job.

Went shopping at Partridge Creek, decided to grab a bite to eat. We selected CPK as we both had the taste for pizza. When we arrived it wasn’t busy, then it seemed like all of a sudden people came from all directions. I think it could have been because it was about to rain. Our waitress Linda did a great job servicing our table. She checked on us constantly and even sold us on the $8 pizza to go promo. I ordered the Margherita pizza thin crust with a wedge salad. My husband had the pepperoni thin. Our pizza to go was the BBQ chicken pizza. We enjoyed ourselves and will go visit again in the near future!

Yelp
First and possibly last time getting the pizza! Never been to CPK went here tonight for dinner and I must say it's highly disappointing in the pizza area. Got in and was seated quickly it was clean and the music was good not too loud. The bathrooms were decent little messy but it's fine. Our waiter was great! We signed up for the rewards program and unfortunately our free app would take 24hrs... he went above and beyond and got it covered for us! He always checked in and filled our drinks, he was great! The food on the other hand...eh Freebies - Bread and oil was good Appetizer - Street Corn was ok the sauce was the star it was kicking with flavor the corn and the bread was ok... Not worth it unless you can grab it for free Pizzas - My son got the kids Hawaiian Pizza said it was very good... GF and I grabbed the everything pizza minus the mushrooms. It was a 10" round.... To serve two grown adults... Come on CPK give us a real pie, the flavor was good but it's a joke for the price. The 3 Stars are for the amazing service and the above and beyond our waiter went . We will try it again but no chance we will be getting pizza nor the appetizer. CPK will undoubtedly be the next victim to closing down if they don't adjust prices or sizes. The pizza size is good for 1 adult, my son's pizza was almost the same size as ours!

Yelp
I used to love coming here, now I know why I have not been back in awhile. I had a craving for pizza and a margarita so I decided to come here for dinner. The margarita was excellent but over-priced at $13.00 I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza for mom and I to split and we were served a child's portion pizza. I also ordered my favorite avocado egg rolls. Both meal items were served barely warm. The pizza was totally underwhelming and I swear I've tasted better pizza from a box to my oven! It was barely cooked, with hardly any sauce. My egg rolls were greasy and chewy. There was a sliver of avocado in each. The chicken was very gristly. When I saw the child's pizza I was tempted to order a small sesame chicken salad and boy am I glad that I didn't. I really wanted dessert but didn't order it as I didn't want to risk that too being a mess. Our server was so/so. $42.00 for a good marg and crappy food. Nope, too many other options out there.

Yelp
I had an old gift card to use so I came to CPK for lunch. For a chain that seems to have lost their popularity over the years, the pizza exceeded my expectations. I got the bbq chicken and wild mushroom pizza with truffle oil on the side. Both had great flavor. Their pizzas are almost personal size (6 pieces). They're made thin and I easily ate 3 slices and probably could've had more if I didn't fill up on the complimentary bread!

Yelp
We received a $75 gift card for CPK so we decided to take my autistic grandson there for dinner. We called prior to coming to clarify if the crispy chicken was strips or nuggets and if they had French Fries (this is all my grandson eats) The person who answered the phone assured us that they had fries. We ordered and about 15 minutes later a chef came out to inform us that they only had 2 orders of fries instead of 3, they ran out of fries and potato wedges! The three of us all ordered fries. He offered a soup in place of the one order fries and we were ok with that. When the food came out each order of fries consisted of 5 fries each so my husband gave our grandson his 5 fries. How does a restaurant that has fries on the menu run out of them?? We also never received the order of pasta and had to ask for it, when it finally arrived it was cold. I ordered the steak salad for $22 and it had 4 pieces of small cubed steak on it! My husband liked his entree. We complained to our server Patricia who by the way was the only server for our area and tried her best to keep up and do a good job. The chef came back out, apologized and took 20% of the bill which we appreciated. I'd like to add that while we were eating an elderly gentleman was sweeping the rug by our table, dust flying everywhere and he kept banging the broom loudly on the dust pan, so gross and annoying! When we left we went to Hop Cat to order my grandson a side of fries! Our first and last time visiting CPK, such a disappointment! I don't see this place lasting much longer.

Yelp
One of my best friends and I have come here almost every time we eat out together. We love cpk and order a pizza every time we go. The bread you get before your meal is so yummy. The pizza is absolutely amazing and hot every time. Recently my friend and I tried the spinach and artichoke dip and it was very tasty, and the chips were salty and crispy too. The little sundaes they have are very good too and are the perfect little size for a sweet treat. The lighting is perfect as well, dim and elegant. I will say, if you are in a rush or are trying to get a quick bite to eat this is not the place. The wait is a little bit longer but my friend and I enjoy the longer stay.

Yelp
The Kitty Catfe was doing a fundraiser here on 1/17/24 for all carry out & dine in so my husband & I decided to pick up some carry out! We ordered online & it was ready when promised which is always a huge plus. The restaurant was clean & the carry out worker was friendly & helpful. When we got home & unpacked our food, the few modifications we made were correct! Both pastas were delicious & we ordered strawberry mango coolers which were pretty good as well. I saw that they may be doing this fundraiser once a month so we will definitely be ordering again!

Yelp
went here for dinner on a saturday night and got seated right away. server was sooo friendly! I forget her name but would love to give her a shout out. she answered all of our questions regarding dietary concerns and was super helpful and funny! I enjoyed my cobb salad, chips and guac appetizer, and key lime pie dessert! taking off one star because they were out of A LOT. we wanted to order other items but couldn't because of this, so we had to go to our second and third choices. not sure if it's something with the delivery trucks or the managers issue but this needs to be addressed. bathrooms also needed attention. one stall was dirty and the other didn't lock. with some extra effort I think this could easily be 5 stars!

Yelp
Ordered takeout from CPK and hadn't been in several years. We ordered the garlic cream fettuccine with chicken and Caesar salad. Both were good. I really enjoyed the garlic cream fettuccine. It's similar to Alfredo, but even lighter. We'd order more often, but I just feel like it's overpriced in comparison to what you get and some other places we frequent.

Yelp
Very kind waiters and waitresses at this location. Good casual food & drinks for the area.

Yelp
Stopped in on Labor Day for lunch, party of three the place wasn't empty but by no means was it busy. We were seated immediately as expected given the sparseness of the clientele. We ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza, Caesar Salad with chicken and Thai Chicken salad. First of the soda machine was lacking Co2 as the pop was very flat. BBQ Chicken pizza, was warm at best and there was no red onion on it. Chicken on the Caesar salad was warm at best, it was not grilled fresh. I could count the croutons that were on the salad on one hand and they were minuscule on top of being very few. Thai salad was mostly cabbage, very light in lettuce. The chicken on the mid salad was also not hot but it was shredded to the point you couldn't distinguish it from the cabbage. Service was mediocre to poor. The waiter spent more time chatting with someone in a closed section than he did waiting on tables. I would not return to this location.

Yelp
Very good pizza especially the thin crust. The pepperonis were very crunchy which I like. The waiter was super fast getting our food and very kind. The inside reminds me of like a fancy restaurant but it really ain't but good vibes. This place is very close to 5 stars.

Yelp
I love CPK, but for some reason today they were a little off of their game! I ordered online to be picked up in the restaurant. I wasn't greeted by anyone for a while. I had to wait a while for my food even though it was ready. They also told me when I got there that they didn't have any avocado egg rolls. They couldn't refund my card, but I got a gift card instead. I also asked for bread when I ordered online and I didn't get it. I also had a messy bag because 2 of my BBQ sauces weren't closed tightly and spilled! It is Monday and everyone can have a day off their usual game!

Yelp
Food not so good , we usually dine in at the summerset location but we were shopping around the area so we decided to stop by for lunch the food wasn't fresh my wife and I got the chicken club sandwich and the original BBQ chicken salad, the chicken tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for a couple of days the salad had no flavor. We'll never dine in at this location the Troy location is much fresher

Jacob W.

Yelp
Really not great here. The service is wack, they take forever, and always try to weasel out of this rewards programs. The pizza is literally the same pizza you buy at Meijer to be warmed up in your oven. Their food is not great.

Yelp
Now, listen closely. This is my favorite pasta dish, of all time. You may think I'm being dramatic, but I can assure I am being 100% being real with y'all. The flavor, the texture, the chicken, the MEAL is EVERYTHING. If you're looking for a hearty dish packed full of flavor, then order you some CPK pasta. I'll leave it at that! I'm no longer gate keeping, your welcome!!!

Jill G.

Yelp
The bathroom floor look like it hasn't been washed in a year. The sink looked like it hadn't been washed and days. Restaurant was very dusty. Our food took forever, they only had one pizza cook. I would not recommend going to this location.
google avatar

Janice J.

Yelp
My favorite pizzia place. A bit pricey but it is worth it. They must be short handed today, because I was not impressed with their bathroom. I didn't take a picture but it was very uncleaned.

Yelp
Everytime I come to this location, I regret it. This particular time I had placed a carryout and called to have curbside because dog in the car. They said it would be a couple mins. 15 minutes later, nothing. So I go inside and wait even more for someone to come to the counter and then it was sitting there all ready and not bagged. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Not only was the service bad but the food was cold because I waited about 20 mins for my food while it was sitting there ready.

Yelp
Had to really think about this one. When CPK first came to the area you would have a hard time getting a table without a reservation. Was like that for years. I always enjoyed the fresh ingredients. Very important to me. Yesterday, was a far cry from what I've experienced in the past. It's been over 6 years since I've been. From the start service was an issue. It was clear that they were short staffed. Very few patrons, but we were waiting several minutes before being acknowledged. We ordered two pizzas. A California Club and Margarita. It took a long time to get our food and it was disappointing. The chicken on the pizza was precooked and rubbery. The two stars are for them comping that pizza. However, they upcharged my friend for crust she did not request. It was just sad. The staff was nice, but our waitress was forgetful. Such a far cry from the past. Decor is the same so that's something.

Yelp
Food is great. Ambiance is nice. Service is fast. Restaurant is clean and I always get my food in a timely matter. Love this place

Yelp
Food has really gotten way over priced for a pizza . So small it's now served on a dinner plate size! Didn't have Thia chicken pizza in stock ?? ... but had the bbq chicken. Which indicates to me that they are no longer made fresh and served . Quality poor/ prices sky high not worth it will not be back

Yelp
I decided to try California Pizza Kitchen as I was in the area of Partridge Creek Mall, and there is a restaurant in that location. Back years ago, I would buy the frozen CPK pizzas at grocery stores, so I always told myself I couldn't wait to finally dine in at the actual restaurant. I was there early, around 11:30, so I decided to try a lunch special. I ordered the Lunch Duo, which was a side salad and 7" Original BBQ Chicken Pizza. Just a quick side note, the ranch dressing at this restaurant is very good! It tasted like a spicy jalapeño ranch, but regardless, it was delicious! The pizza was really good! No complaints whatsoever. Great taste, and nice portion size for an individual pizza. I had enough food to take a slice home. I plan on returning to try other food options on the menu, plus I signed up for the rewards, and received a free small plate for the next time. So I look forward to using that perk. Overall, I was satisfied with the food and the service.

Yelp
Came out to this location due to an event in the area 9/9/23. We were a group of 4 myself and my three cousins. The wait to be seated didn't take long was about 5 minutes or so which wasn't bad. We were offered a table but for some reason the chairs are really tight and asked to sit at a booth. Our waitress I can't remember her name but she was a doll. Very sweet, knowledgeable of the menu (when she didn't know something she asked and came back), she paid attention to us and all around had a great attitude. Our drinks came back pretty quickly. The others had alcoholic beverages as I don't drink, I ordered a peach lemonade. When I tell ya'll that lemonade was so sour! man it was sour. I added the water that was given to me and nothing could drown out the sour flavor. I asked the server to take it back and get me an iced tea which was just OK but way better than that lemonade. An appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip was order for the table. I loooove this dip anytime I can get it out I want some. This one wasn't good at all. I had a few bits and left it for the table. It was beyond mushy, the texture was off I can't put my finger on it. I thought maybe it was really old. The chips tasted burnt which in turn I think added to the off flavor of the dip. We waited quite some time for our meals. We had to ask when it was coming out. I ordered the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich, 2 orders of the West Coast Burger and 1 order of Salmon. My order looked nothing like the picture online or in the menu I took it for what it was. It is a large sandwich and i'm guessing on a better day it's delicious as mine was not. My bread was not toasted it was cold like just coming out of the fridge and the chicken also had that "burnt" taste. I'm guessing the oil was old. To give perspective I cut the sandwich in half and only ate half of a half. The potatoes that were given were OK which is all I really ate. The two burgers were the same the bread was cold and dry. The salmon I was told was really good and she was glad she didn't order what we did. After paying, tipping very well and not complaining we left to go to the event we were there for. I noticed as I was walking in I left my credit card and called right away. On Saturday they seem to close early and I wouldn't be able to get back before closing. I verified ALL of my info and was told my card was there. I explained I lived an hour away and if it was at all possible to mail me my card, I didn't want to have to change everything if it could be helped. I was advised that the GM had to be contacted to verify if that can be done. I left all my info just in case and was told I would get a call tomorrow which would be Sunday. Sunday comes no call. I called myself on Monday afternoon and explained what was needed. I was advised that the GM still hasn't advised on if my card could be mailed as it's a company policy to pick it up and someone would reach out to me. I'm guessing that it can't be done as no one has contacted me to say yes, no or anything else. 9/14/23. So all and all my first trip to California Pizza Kitchen was not a good one. I live by one and never went and may keep passing it up. The money spent I feel I could have kept and I would also still have my credit card lol.

Yelp
I always have good service at this location. I forgot to take photos photos of my meal because I immediately inhaled it. I ordered the turkey and Brie sandwich with tomato soup lunch combo and it was fantastic.

Jim B.

Yelp
We came to this location and wasn't busy at all, only six tables were being waited on. Service was horrible, bread took forever to come out. When the bread came out there was only two slices of bread with just oil no seasoning. Somerset location is 10/10.

Amber K.

Yelp
We hadn't been here in a while but had a group of 6, and due to the variety of menu items, we thought it would be good for everyone, and it was! Favorite dishes were the fettuccine Alfredo and the BBQ chicken salad. Although the prices have gone up, the take & bake option was great! $8 for your choice of pizza. Can't wait to bake the Margherita at home!

Yelp
WhenI walked in I stood at the hostess stand for 8 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I got the garlic chicken pizza and was underwhelmed. My server Olivia was great. I ordered a whiskey sour but it honestly tasted like peach schnapps. I asked Olivia if I could return it and just have a Manhattan or an old fashioned. She was kind and said they were making me an old fashioned. It was the worst drink I've ever had. Tasted like watered down whiskey. The left over slices dried out and didn't hold up and couldn't be eaten.

Yelp
Lunch was awesome for $12! Look at that Italian Chopped Salad. Chicken, chopped greens, thin sliced (cap pico la?) Fantastic.! Good service and Waiter and hostess were respectful of 6' COVID spacing given I was wearing a mask.

Yelp
A HAPPY BIRTHDAY lunch with a FREE dessert for me ! YES I am in CPK rewards program and card holder. On Wednesday, September 19 (2 days after my BDay) I met my Yelp Bestie Friend here for lunch for a relaxing combo pizza and salad lunch called a Pepperoni Pizza Duo. We had walked, talked and powered shopped at a few fun stores. Upon walking in at 1pm there was no waiting and easy to find a booth for lunch. "Cody" greeted us quickly as our server. Since I had a hard time deciding on which "Sangria" glass to try, Cody suggested the Sangria flight (3 mini's) for $10.99. We also received a basket of bread along with a dish of olive oil with herbs to dip our pieces in. Yes, 4 Warm soft bread slices. My pepperoni pizza was delicious especially the fire cooked crust and enjoyable blended cheeses. I chose the Greek salad with my pizza and it was a full plate of greens, black olives and a large portion of feta cheese. The salad dressing on the side had a perfect blend of flavor too. I would highly recommend the Sangria Flight for a Yelp friend to try because the 3 glasses had different blended tastes with lightly fruit pieces of flavor. Since I am a long time rewards card member, my birthday email was for a free dessert. After viewing the dessert menu of 8 different choices, my Yelp friend and I decided together to share the Red Velvet slice of Cake. ( Photo attached). It was heavenly fresh, and with a smooth creamy frosting. A little pricey on the dessert although today it was free! The prices on the Sangria Flight and my Personal Pizza was reasonable. The restaurant was half full for lunch with other female shoppers or walkers. Cody was a top notch attentive, great personality and efficient server. I will complete my survey on my receipt to come back and try a flavorful flatbread on my next visit. :)

Laura K.

Yelp
6 adults, 6 pizzas ordered, 2 were sent back with HAIR. They were remade, but rushed, and they were remade with skimpy toppings the second time. 4 of us were finished eating before the two remade pizzas were delivered. No apologies, no discount, no manager stopped by to apologize after I watched him dissect the 2 pizzas that had hair. Will not be back.

Yelp
I know this chain gets a lot of heat, but come on... pizza can be more than a greasy circle. I really do enjoy the unique menu options that others don't consider "pizza". The Thai Chicken is excellent, BBQ Chicken very good, Wild Mushroom is awesome, and the Carne Asada and Tostada are so unique that it's hard not to like. Everything always has a really nice bake on it; some char, some crisp, no floppy greasy slices here. We've always gotten good service here and it's a good space. Clean, well used, not too crammed... but not very comfy. It's not really uncomfortable, but it feels a little too "posh" and I think that's just par for course with this chain overall. It makes things a little off... Something is just unsettling about the atmosphere here. Otherwise, a little on the expensive side, but I feel that the ingredients are of a good quality, so it's always been worth it... Borderline 3.5 just based on the space, but since we have to give a whole number, I'll round up to 4.

Yelp
Okay this has NOTHING to do with the food at CPK (although they have the best split pea soup ever!). I was going to lunch yesterday with my sister and on the way in I fell on both of my knees and hand. When we walked in, my sister asked the waitress and hostess for a bandaid for my 2 bleeding knees. Well, they came out a few minutes later with 2 bandaids, antiseptic packets, and an ice pack! I was so appreciative of their attentiveness that I wanted just to say thank you to them! Love my CPK!

Yelp
We stopped by for a quick lunch and settled in their dinning room as it was very hot outside. Ordered the artichoke dip and it was delicious. We also had a Margherita Pizza and the Works pizza. The Margherita was thin crust and the Works was hand tossed. Both were very tasty.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a CPK. My sister and her husband frequent CPK often at multiple locations. This location is located inside Partridge Creek Mall. Upon entering the restaurant, we were seated immediately. The waitress arrived and took our drink orders. She then took our orders for the food. She did bring out bread twice as well, as we had 6 people in our group. The food did take a moment to arrive and I assume that is because one of us ordered pasta. The restaurant was not that busy for a Sunday, so the wait seemed long. My sister said the wait seemed longer than their usual wait time at another location. Our food did arrive and it tasted amazing. I got a three-cheese pizza to split with my sister and she ordered the Garlic Alfredo. Both options tasted delicious and fresh. The only slight downside to the experience was that the waitress was gone for quite a while when we wanted to pay, and the children were getting restless. She would come and then asked what pizza to put to go but did not bring the bill. She finally did bring the bill, but the process was a bit slower than normal. She was a lovely and kind waitress though, and I am certain she was just busy. I definitely want to visit again in the future.

Yelp
I visited for lunch with my sisters during a day of shopping. I ordered the lunch special of pizza and salad. I had the mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza along with a Mediterranean salad. Both were delicious and the food cake out fast. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our meals. I'm glad we selected CPK because there were multiple options in the area.

Yelp
If you are celiac, please be very careful at California Pizza Kitchen. They have certified GF pizza on both the regular and kid's menu. These pizzas come out with a little flag on them. I was very clear to our server that my kids and I are celiac and needed the GF pizza. Mine came out with the flag on it, the kids ones did not. I verified with our server that the kids ones were also GF and she said yes. My son is sick and I'm very frustrated. I suspect cross contamination because the GF crust is cauliflower based and very obviously not wheat. I wish I would've asked our server why they were rung up differently. This is so disappointing as well. This was one of three restaurants we could safely eat at but we will never go back. I don't understand why restaurants go to the trouble to offer certified gluten free pizza if they cannot safely prepare and serve it.

Yelp
I would like to come here more just for the drinks! I love the sangria, and would like to try some of the other creative drinks on the menu. A couple summers ago they had this awesome blackberry prosecco fizz drink (discontinued I believe). They should have kept it. I hate when restaurants get rid of good stuff. They continue to put tempting looking concoctions on the beverage menu though. The thing is, while I really like the food, cocktails, and atmosphere, CPK just does not have that date-night vibe. This is no one's fault, it's just how it is. We did sit at the bar once and it was okay. But basically CPK is like one big romper room, just full of kids. Not date-night stuff. If you do have the kids with you at Partridge Creek and want a place they'll like, I'd recommend it. My kids always liked it. I've never had a bad meal here, even though I'm still mad at them for taking the Morocco Salad I loved off the menu! This happens to me at almost every restaurant. My husband says, "they took it off because it didn't sell". Okay, so that may be true. I have decided that since my favorite dishes are constantly discontinued, I must have unconventional taste. But luckily I enjoy other salads here (they do have a surprisingly nice salad menu for a pizza place). The summer salad with watermelon, basil, feta, strawberries and pistachios is SO good. I just loved it, it's a very unique combination of flavors that complement each other. I hope they don't also discontinue that next summer, but if they do, I know all the ingredients and will recreate it at home. Gotta do what I've gotta do if they get rid of stuff. The pizzas and pastas are good. I haven't tried a lot of the pizzas, but I do recommend both the Thai one and the BBQ chicken (which sounds very weird but I like it and apparently so do lots of people, since they call it their most popular pizza). I've never had a problem with service here. Our waiters/waitresses have always been attentive, and we've never had to wait for a hostess to seat us. You can sit inside or they have an outside patio, which is a nice option on a pretty day. If nothing else, come here for the cocktails!

Yelp
I had a lunch duo, which was a 7" lunch size pizza (shaved mushroom and spinach) with the Mediterranean Salad. The pizza was delicious as always. The salad was ok. I think the dressing it came with wasn't to my liking because it lacked the flavor I had hoped for. Had I known, I would have asked for a substitution on the dressing. It won't affect any future visits because I hold CPK in high regards due to their delicious food and great service. Our server was very good and attentive and even though she was new, she did a great job. I've never been served a pizza I didn't like and CPK is always a place to go for delicious tasting pizza with a wide variety of choices for every tastebud!

Yelp
I got delivery through doordash and it was absolutely delicious. I asked for extra sauce on the side which they gave and the meatballs were huge!

Yelp
We ordered the usual: Spicy Chipotle Chicken & Thai Chicken pizzas and Garlic Cream Fettuccine. Taste was all right, but the presentation was not.

Yelp
I would only give them 1/2 star. They play dirty pool or bait and switch if you are more familiar with that term. No prices on the qr menu, walk in and get seated with real menus then the waitress, who is pleasant enough but not real knowledgeable tells us the prices are higher than what the menu shows. Prices were higher than pre covid on the menu but she didn't know what the actual price was. We had 2 waters, 1 ice tea and one pizza with 6 pieces, which shouldn't be more than 20.00 before tip but we wound up paying 24.00 and we walked away still hungry. Would bot recommend this place.

Yelp
The service was poor, the food was worse. California Pizza Kitchen was a favorite for year with my wife but after last night we won't be back. The lettuce wraps were ok and the best thing we had but the chicken looked like it was previously frozen and not broken up well when cooked. The pot stickers were undercooked and not really eatable. My wife's salad had mushy grapes and chicken they was rubbery. I will save the best for last, the works pizza was poorly prepared. The mushrooms were all on two slices, the same with a few black olives, all the green pepper was on one side and the meat almost did not exist, there were literally three small pieces of red onion. There was almost no pepperoni. The ambiance was poor, the staff was banging around in the kitchen paying more attention to closing three hours early and not waiting on tables. I am not being harsh it was just an exceptionably poor experience. I would recommend almost anywhere else to spend your money!

Yelp
I am really sad I have to write this review, considering the praise I gave this restaurant one year ago...but this CPK location has drastically changed over the last few months. There is new management and a completely different staff, it felt like the entire prior staff left overnight. My boyfriend and I noticed we hadn't seen some of our favorite waiters in some time now, then we realized the general manager vanished also. Our first time there with the new management, our pizza was delivered to the wrong table and it went unnoticed for several minutes because there was no waitstaff around for us to alert. We have been back three times since and on this last visit, the restaurant had six tables seated, but we waited over five minutes to be welcomed by the staff despite seeing three servers go by and we were not acknowledged until the fourth one approached us. Even then, we waited a few more minutes to be seated in the very not-busy restaurant. It's really heartbreaking because this was a biweekly, if not weekly, night out for us for the last couple of years and now we don't think we will be returning.

Yelp
Took 40 minutes to get our two mac and cheeses out. These were kids sized as well. This was outrageous. Not coming back.

Yelp
Great pizza, got thin crust with sausage, peppers, onions, and extra cheese (fresh mozz). Crust was great, super thin and crispy, and toppings were good too, the onions were not crunchy so this was excellent. I added the fresh mozz as an add on, in order to get lots of cheese, but it seemed like it was the only cheese, so not sure if they actually added it on or just used the one cheese, so this was a bummer. But, very tasty anyway, we ate the whole thing. Also tried the street corn, it was pretty good! It had feta which seemed weird (instead of a Mexican cheese) but tasted great, and fresh cilantro. Served with sliced baguettes that were grilled with olive oil and maybe garlic, the baguettes were delicious I would just order a bunch of those. They also serve complementary bread and herbed olive oil, which was good, as usual not enough oil, but the bread was warm. Service was great, staff was friendly, sat outside on the patio. It's part of an outdoor mall, so the atmosphere was fun and the patio leads right to the mall area. Also they have a rewards program which is a bonus. I would go back.

Yelp
I don't come to California Pizza Kitchen often but I was craving their Tequila Fettuccine pasta so we decided to go.It was a Saturday night and there were homecoming dinners earlier in the night but when we went around 8 we had no problem getting a table. Prior to coming I had signed up for their reward program for a free appetizer but the email hadn't shown up in my inbox yet. When I asked the waiter about it he said he couldn't do anything but I could still use my account to get points which I said was fine, and he took my rewards number down to record it. Throughout the night, they didn't seem to stock what they needed to and ran out of things early in the night. Two of us wanted their potato soup but they were out of that. Then another ordered a drink that was being advertised on their but we were told the ran out of one of the ingredients to make that as well which was disappointing. When we got our food my tequila fettuccine pasta was very dry. There was barely any sauce on it. The pepperoni pizza was good though. At the end of the night we paid our bill and it was only until we left that I realized the points were not applied to my rewards account. Based on this experience, this unfortunately would definitely not be the first place I choose to eat.

Yelp
It's a Friday night not as busy usually. Had a group of 6 and was given a booth with a server named Lauren. She wasn't the best at waitressing since it took longer than usual for her to take our orders and didn't even refill our bread and oil (even though she refilled our waters). Overall great food but poor service.
