Nikki Clark acted against a specific recommendation from a court-appointed mediator. Clark stated that she was 'going to ignore' that recommendation without providing any stated justification on the record. This is contrary to established procedure.
During another review / meeting Nikki Clark engaged in a private, off-the-record conversation with the court-appointed attorney for the child during a recess. Following the conversation, the attorney changed their position in the case, this conduct raises serious ethical concerns.
My complaint is based on the specific actions, behavior, and statements described above, which I believe show a failure to follow proper legal and ethical standards.
I have sent copies of relevant court documents and transcripts that support these allegations and submitted to superior court California Commission on Judicial Performance for review. I'm sure I'm not the only parent who've experienced same ordeal?
