My husband brought home half a wet burrito with chipotle sauce. It was so good that I didn't care that inside was just fries, carne asada, rice, and beans. Every day after that, I could not stop thinking about that burrito. The delicious, creamy, slightly spicy chipotle sauce and flavorful, slightly charred carne asada pieces--chef's kiss.
The fateful day finally came when I was able to stop by. I made note to NOT order hubby's same burrito (no fries, but cilantro and pico/onions are a must). How unfortunate my first visit was!
Ordered carne asada fries, meat plate, wet super burrito and wet chimichanga. Both wet burritos with 911 and chipotle. Only one had both sauces. Chimichanga was not fried. Both were missing onions, cilantro, and salsa. It was just rice, refried beans, and meat. Can someone clarify; Is it like that when it's made wet?
I couldn't ask or complain because we ordered to-go.
The sauces were delicious, but our orders were not only wrong but also missing key ingredients that burritos are supposed to have. Whether wet or regular, I like onions, cilantro, and salsa inside my burrito. Plus, the ingredients are listed on the menu!! Hence, why I ordered it! It was infuriating.
Service was great, but these major blunders were unforgivable.
