Cali’s in Berkeley truly blessed my family this Thanksgiving. If it wasn’t for their generosity and kindness our Thanksgiving wouldn’t have been same. My family was gifted a Thanksgiving meal and it came at a time we truly needed it. The week prior to receiving this amazing meal our family was on the news about food insecurity. I’m deeply grateful for the love and community spirit they showed my family. We weren’t just gifted food it was the entire meal down to the smallest details like the turkey was brined and stuffed with butter and herbs, the green beans had loads of Parmesan cheese and please know that is not a complaint the cheese to green bean ratio was perfect, the gravy was so flavorful and everything was incredibly fresh. It was the best turkey I had ever had. The meal was incredible. The portions were truly family size. It was a very thoughtful meal that felt very elegant. It even came with broth to moisten everything. It fed a family of 7 and everyone had left overs. I can’t forget to mention it came with a huge pumpkin pie and instructions on how to reheat everything properly, and it was extremely easy to bake. This made our thanksgiving actually filled with fun and as the host I wasn’t stressed at all, dinner was easy and delicious. It was the best Thanksgiving we’ve had in quite some time. Thank you, Cali’s, for opening your hearts and helping families like mine feel cared for and seen.

Amazing food. Love all the vegan options. Especially vegan sauces, that's always a hard find. Nice and spacious. Great atmosphere. They have games and a full club situation downstairs. Highly suggest for a quick slice or a late night. They make everything fresh in house. The chef takes a lot of pride in his work, I was able to chat with him during a sample give away day. Everything is made from scratch. They bread their chicken in house. Really delicious, and prideful food. Not necessarily the cheapest place on the block, but definitely the most delicious and deliberate. Absolutely worth the price, and it's not expensive, it's just in comparison. This is my go to spot every time I'm in the area. And close to cheap parking garage

We decided to try this new place for lunch. We arrived around 2pm and the place was empty, which is expected since people are still finding out about it. You can order on the kiosks or at the register. The workers were very nice and took care of all our needs. We decided to sit outside in the back as the music was really loud inside and we had to yell to talk to each other. As far as the food goes, everything was ready relatively quickly. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the shroom burger and two cokes. Everything tasted good! I think this place is gonna be a hit for the night life as there was a full bar upstairs as well as lounge seating, neon signs, and possibly a dance floor downstairs. I’m excited to see this place get traction!

Rolled the dice on a Saturday with a group of six. Good selection of beers, and lots of games to watch. Food was downright horrible tho: smash burgers were passable but the fries were cold, and the fried chicken sandwich was the worst I think I’ve ever had. I got a whole carrot in the “slaw” on the chicken sandwich (it wasn’t even slaw, it was half chopped cabbage and carrot…). Good spot for a few beers and watching games, but steer clear of the food.

Took a chance and did the Thanksgiving take home catering. Easiest Thanksgiving meal I've ever done. Turkey was juicey and flavorful and the Mac and cheese was a family favorite. Will definitely do this again!

I just wanted rave about the turkey dinner I ordered from this Cali’s. It was delicious. It was outstanding quality of the turkey so tender and moist. I think you should have it again next year. Thank you.

Ordered the cheeseteak and alfredo pasta. The entrees alone were already a 5/5 with the taste and presentation. Then dessert. I wanted to try the vanilla bean bar, but they had replaced it with caramel bar and ice cream. Disappointing but I do like caramel too. I bit into it, died, and ascended. That dessert was a 10/5.

Me and my adult children came here for food drinks and games we had a blast margaritas and food was on point great family time

This place is amazing! Im so glad they are open. Great addition to the Telegraph Berkeley neighborhood. Full bar, pizza and burgers and a club downstairs!

This place is alright. The pizza was good. The drink prices were way too high. We got 3 double shots that came out to $150. Let's just say we won't be drinking here anymore. But like I said the pizza was good. The food and the bar are separate
