I've been here a few times and the food quality could easily be improved. Burritos and bowls are not great, they lack flavor and both use some sort of cabbage that's not good. No hot sauce, no freshly made pico or guacamole. I'm wondering if the owners have ever gone in to test the food or if they made the menu on day 1 and haven't changed it since.

I had the El pastor tacos, the meat was flavorful and the tortillas were hot and fresh. The sauce was a great addition and the wait time was reasonable. You have a lot of food options at this HEB but this one is a great pick.

I want to know more about the roasted beets side dish. I enjoyed my bowl but the yougurt? Sauce was in incredible!
