The best one is the “Surf And Turf” po’boy, which combines thin strips of roast beef with breaded shrimp that maintains a fresh-out-of-the-fryer crispiness. Between the delicate meat and the slight crunch from the shrimp, it's a balanced sando. And though dishes like garlic-laden seafood boils with turkey necks are also on the menu, they’re not as exciting as the 12-inch po’boys.
