Callooh Callay

Great cocktails! Went in there for a 'dessert' cocktail and had one that reminded me of a mint-choc cornetto. The service was great; the manager was chill and informative. I love going to cocktail bars on the 'quiet' nights for this reason: chilled vibe, sweet cocktails.

Visited Callooh Callay on a Sunday evening. The pave was quite busy although they could accommodate us at the bar, which we preferred. The cocktail menu is pikachu themed, due to change at some point this month. Exciting! We ordered four different cocktails and they were delicious. Served by an enthusiastic bar team. Callooh Callay is one of the top 50 cocktail bars in the world and you can see why. All of our cocktails were prepared with love and they were quite complex. I’m sure they’ll do the classics, but why bother when they have 20+ signatures. The venue itself is not overly fancy or posh. I suspect it’s pretty rammed on a Friday or Saturday. It almost has a bit of a club feel. Will certainly return for a third visit, to try the new menu.

Good but depends on the cocktail. Their Out out and Thai cocktails have a lot of ice and I felt like the taste was not as rich and there was not that much cocktail itself in the ice. Out out was a tasty one and Thai was a disappointment for me. They do have much more interesting cocktails though like Cookies and dreams. It has a very interesting serving and taste, definitely something to try as opposed to the ice-filled cocktails. The staff was very nice and friendly and the atmosphere was cozy, prices are more reasonable than in some other bars.

Simone was so so lovely! Really helpful with the recommendations and service. A cute spot to go for some drinks and a bite to eat. I really enjoyed the music

Yes yes YES!! Visited Callooh Callay with some friends after not seeing everyone for years. I had always heard good things of Callooh Callay but never actually been so was glad to finally experience it. First off, Andre (I think that was his name) was amazing and very attentive. The menu has a huge range of cocktails with all different spirits so there’s something for everyone, along with the classics too. I would recommend the Shaka and Continental Kiss which were both delicious. Will definitely return should I need a bar around Old Street again.

One of my favourite cocktail bars in London! They do amazing cocktails that you can choose from a tinder inspired menu. Love their vibes at front and also the bigger rooms at the back. Excellent service and recommendations from Carolina, Serena, Charlie and team. Must try: casino royale, 2 truths 1 lie, flowers.

Great selection of amazing cocktails and sometimes you get to spin the fortune wheel to add to the experience. Good vibes and great drinks, we didn’t eat there this time but will certainly be coming back for a few more 🍸🍹🥃
