Calma Coffee Room is a true hidden gem in the heart of Porto city where tourist masses have not yet found their way. Very knowledgeable and friendly barista. I recommend asking for best bean to match the type of coffee. Coffee is heated to the spot to right temperature, which is very rare. Filtered specialities are an excellent reason to visit this cafe gem! Small sweets on offer along coffee.

We found a fantastic little coffee spot and just loved the vibe in here. Beautiful bright and airy venue within an old building offering superb coffee option along with coffee flights. The service is great, and if you are serious about coffee, they are too. They really know the coffee stuff and any questions they are happy to help with

Great specialty coffee house, almost like a hidden gem as you can almost miss it when passing by. The atmosphere is great and so is the coffee. I believe their specialty is pour overs. I had the ultimate flight which was a great experience. I would recommend a visit if you enjoy coffee or just want to try some great coffee.

Excellent coffee. The madeleine might be from last night so it is a bit dry. I love they made a little map to go to the restroom. The cafe is situated in a beautiful building so going to the restroom is like traveling back in time!

Quality coffee and deservedly labelled speciality. Craving proper coffee and took me till day 6 in Portugal to get sth of quality. Service was amazing but I was particularly impressed by the magdalena that the staff told me was baked by a 70-year old Portuguese lady . The bakes were excellent , coffee flight rly rly good and the service was amazing

A quiet little coffee shop in an old historic building. We got a latte, a cappuccino, and a small cake. It was very nice for a quick afternoon snack! Coffee was very good. The place was pretty full with everyone on their laptops, but there was enough room for us to find a seat.

Delicious coffee in an amazing space. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was perfect to get a little bit of work done, and drink good, speciality coffee. The way to the bathroom was quite tricky, but it is available to the customers, and it was clean, so I can’t complain. Great place!

A gem for serious coffee aficionados stands out in a city full of excellent coffee shops. Excelled selection of single origin coffees (most torefactioned) and a great decaf (using the sugar cane process).
