Purchased a tarantula infused joint worth $22 and the whole thing came out of the end when I was lighting up. I’ve never had that happen to me ever and there is something wrong with the product. Calma didn’t offer any form of compensation for this defect. Wouldn’t recommend spending too much on their pre rolls

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The security guard is very nice and made me feel realy safe (he's pretty handsome, too.) I have not met staff this nice at any other dispensary in any state. Prices were cheaper than other dispensaries.

I just wanted to clarify that Daniel Felds review is 100% inaccurate. I was there at the time, leaving as he arrived at 9:59 PM. The staff was wrapping up for the night, as they close promptly at 10 PM and, by law, cannot sell anything even a minute past closing. The team made a huge effort to accommodate us as they closed, and their commitment to great service is something I’ve personally experienced countless times. They truly go above and beyond, consistently delivering a fantastic experience

They literally lied about the Henry deal. The deal on the website AND in store said “30% off Henry’s 3.5g + 4 pack of preroll”. What does “+” mean to the general population? Its a PLUS. Meaning 3.5g AND a pack of preroll. Well turns out its supposed to be an OR, not an AND/PLUS, and I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s no way they just did that on accident because I refuse to believe that the graphic designer and all the people who approved of the language used in these Ads are this dumb, which means that they just straight up lied. Not cool man. Cool place tho.

I officially have found my favorite cannabis store in all of Los Angeles! This place is truly one of a kind. From the incredibly helpful and sweet staff to the cute pink and monsterra leaf wall, I can honestly say I don't need to go anywhere else. The product selection is really great and the prices are super affordable. I definitely scored some great flower at $40 (pre tax)!! So happy I found my new shop!

Calma is great! One thing I like about them, is they put their stock out on the floor. Unlike other dispensaries, you can easily see what's available. Most items are also clearly labeled in terms of price which is so appreciated to not have to ask on every single thing you check out. I had a weird scurcuffle on my last trip, went to purchase two bags of gummies but they told me they couldn't sell them. They put them on the floor last week but couldn't be sold until December 1st. No idea what that was about when it was a ton out on the retail floor, but mistakes happen. Overall though, really clean and organized dispensary. Bright and cherry, even the security guards are friendly. Never any pressure, they let you browse around if you like.

I wouldn't shop here, the cashier who is currently working there jacks up the price. He has dark brown hair and fair skin. He overcharged me an extra $23.08 UPDATE: When I called to inquire the same gentleman who helped me, said it was the tax on my purchase. He mentioned that customers complain a lot I wouldn't recommend making any purchases at this dispensary.

I cannot come to L.A. without stopping here, especially this particular location. Very pretty, colorful, well lit establishment. I have been to many dispensaries around the area but there are none as helpful and nice as Calma. I enjoy all of the products and with the assistance of the helpful employees I am able to try something new and amazing every time. Each experience was very unique with a slight idea of knowing what I came for, I typically leave with something new and end up loving. My favorite part about this place is the many different varieties in products they carry from popular brands to their own in house items. I leave very satisfied and get a bargain for my money when shopping here. I typically spend between $300-$400 but I leave with so much!!! I will never stop coming to Calma it will always be my first choice dispensary when shopping in Los Angeles. They also have a point system so I'm usually surprised with either something free or a small discount depending on how many points I've racked up. Definitely recommend for anyone who's never been. LOVE YOU ALWAYS CALMA!!!!

Poor customer service. A lot of upmarked items. High taxes and the prices don't help. Staff is rude and unless you spend couple hundred dollars they won't even bother to help. Older black lady is the only decent one but after this last experience, next shop.

I used to love this place. Every time I came, they offered discounts for this or that and all kinds of promotions. Then it stopped and, not only they don't offer any extra goodies but also their prices on the website are never the same price in the store. Everything seems to be jacked up. They used to have sales people that would help you find a good deal, but now it's just the cashiers who know shit about deals. I feel that the cashiers jack up the price. Today, I clearly saw the reduced price for a vape on a website ($23 for 1g Jeeters Mouie Wowie), but the cashier insisted it is $33. Since I buy 2, he overcharged me $20+tax, so around $35. It's been happening more and more lately. I'm annoyed with this place now. I frequently buy pre-ground flower and very few places carry it, but Calma does. But you'll probably pay over the listing price.

The employees of this store can't wait to get out of the store. Tried to get in 10 min before 10pm. Customers were still paying for their orders and security wouldn't let us in and closed the doors laughing in our faces.

I've been to a lot of dispensaries around LA. While this place looks cool on the outside some of the people on the inside give off a bit of a holier than thou attitude (Calma down lol). Lots of questionable* reviews on here recently. For a more pleasant experience maybe try some other places nearby like Sweet Flower (black owned!), The Pottery and Artist Tree. :) *rhymes with bake

Credit Card machine never works, forces you to use ATM (withdrawal fees arent fun every single time I come here,) last time I bought unpressed hash and it came in a stalelike consistency - ive been smoking for years and when mentioning this I was told, "its how it is, and once you open it theres nothing we can do about it," which is more than fair but c'mon $46 on 1g of hash that I wasnt even able to smoke.

First time ordering, delivery takes a LONG time. Received the order close to 6 hours after I placed it. Would also recommend paying with card. I paid with cash assuming the driver would have change. Nope. Driver got a decent tip though

Amazing service, amazing layout, amazing product selection, and great prices (esp for first time customers!) My friends and I were nearby the area and decided to stop by on 12/12/21 around 3:30pm because they had heard good things about Calma. The check-in process is simple - you just show your ID to the security guard and then proceed to the middle counter where they will scan your ID to aid in the checkout process. The place was so clean and nicely stocked, with their products neatly displayed in glass cases, that I couldn't resist picking up a few different gummies of my own. The guy helping us was so friendly and informative regarding the different products we were inquiring about. He definitely made the experience at Calma that much better! A shame I didn't catch his name to give him a shoutout here. He threw in some little birthday freebies for us, and we even got a 30% discount off our purchases for being first time customers. I truly regret not buying more and taking advantage of such a steal haha. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here and would be happy to return in the future as well :)

They sold my girlfriend a quarter of flower that was so old that it was all dry and crumbly and turned into dust when your tried to break it up. Had to just toss it in the trash. $100 down the drain

Great shop in LA! Nice, bright setting and very clean. Fully stocked and friendly employees with a nice playlist. Prices are pretty comparable to others in the area but they have specials everyday. They also gave us 30% off because it was our first time visiting. I also liked that they have a lot of the products open in display glass counters, in addition to being stocked throughout the store. I would definitely recommend over the popular, Herbarium which is located down the street.

I told my girlfriend about this place years ago and she has been a frequent customer ever since. Today, I went to pick up an online order and had to wait in line. The cashier let one man cut in front of me. I decided to let it go. Then another man cut in front of me. When I spoke up the cashier explained that he had already been helping him. Again, I let it go and waited patiently. Finally, a third man cut in line and I spoke up for myself. I was then patronized by the cashier who told me "we try to keep a positive vibe around here." I think that treating your customers with respect and keeping the line moving in order is a positive vibe. After I left the store the third gentleman who cut in front of me apologized. It was an honest mistake. I told him no problem and we were both cool about it. Surprisingly, he never mentioned anything about "positive vibes." On top of a poor store experience one of the products I picked up was leaking when I took it out of the bag. P.S. at least the security guard was friendly!

This place is AMAZING and has all THC and CBD items you may need. Customer service is top notch and they have great items. Location is perfect , ask for Ethan he will give you the best deal!

Wow wow I love this dispensary. My experience was excellent. Every employee I encountered was friendly and informative. When I was struggling to find an alternative to the brand I normally buy, an associate came behind the counter to help. Their recommendation was spot on and exactly what I was looking for. The price is fairly considerable to bigger dispensaries like MedMen, and they offered 15% off my first purchase. I'm definitely coming back - also happy birthday to the security guard!

LOVE THIS DISPENSARY! As a new resident of WeHo, I have been looking for a go-to dispensary for the past few months. As much as I am drawn to first-time patient deals and love "playing the field", I have started making it my Friday routine to walk down to Calma and pick up an eighth or two of flower. Let me run you through why I love this place so much. 1. They have happy hour, EVERY DAY! 10am-12am, which is insane! 2. They have a rewards system and keep track of points and purchases 3. They have a daily deal! Flower Friday is an absolute must for me 4. Their staff is beyond helpful. I'm a daily smoker, so I'm always looking for fairly priced flower and they always have the best recommendations. 5. The entire place is absolutely beautiful, it's like walking into a weed themed art gallery... what else could you want? Last Friday, I picked up two eights and a pre-roll (recommended by Kylie), and everything she suggested was on point. Will continue to recommend this dispensary to everyone I know :)

I ordered flower yesterday for delivery between 5-7 pm. I waited and waited...I decided to contact weedmaps who I placed the order thru and was told that my order had been canceled because Calma had not even started processing my order yet and by then it was going on 7pm. Very disappointing being my first time ordering from Calma. So I will not be ordering from them anymore.

First of all I love the name. The staff I worked with, Nelson, was very informative and took good care of me! Prices are a lil higher than other places, but the smoke is niiiice and well worth it!

My fav to get everything I need. They have taco on Tuesday! Ruby is the best, talk to her and check them out!
