So, I knew it was going to be hard to get someone. Our house Genorator was down, we have this awful weather on top, My fiance is Handicapped. I go by reviews, when I seen this guy had 5 stars across the board, I was like he is the one! And a fellow, Calvert Countian small business. My favorite to give business to. He actually fit me in and came! Guess what! He fixed it had the parts needed on his truck and was so polite, professional and explained things so well. I told him ,he was my new favorite person! I also asked if he had a maintenance plan, he said, call me same time next year! I said, I sure will! I will sing this young man's praises to whoever has a house Generator and wants a honest hard working person who is trying to do life and business the old fashioned way. By hard work and being honest. Truly impressed with him...please give him a call you will not be sorry! Next time im making him dinner!

There is a big snowstorm coming and Google for generator repair companies. I came upon Calvert Generator and read the reviews . Called them and set up an appointment for Friday. Matt came out and diagnosed my generator and had the parts on his truck. He was professional and to the point . Will definitely use him again.

These guys are amazing! My generator wasn’t working. They came out last night to look at it returned today and we’re able to fix it all before the big storm this weekend❄️ He’s coming back next week to do maintenance on the generator and add surge protectors. 5⭐️ Highly recommend!

Matt is great to work with. We spoke to several generator installers including the super center and Home Depot contractor and they seemed light on answers and heavy on their sale of their single solution to a whole house generator. They wanted us to get a larger water cooled system than our own assessment said we required. Calvert Generators had a five star rating when we searched and he was willing to compare generator manufacturers vs having only one solution. He shared his calculations of what we needed and provided a few options of how he could do that. We agreed to his proposal right after the New Year and he scheduled us in and ordered the parts as soon as we sent him the deposit through his QuickBooks billing system. He was able to start a little earlier than expected and did very good work. Easy to interact with, brings very professional crew for the things he needs help with like trenching for conduit and gas and pulling wires under the house. Today the generator is up and running and we tested it with a simulated power outage. It had power to the whole house in a minute or two then let each of the HVAC systems come on until they were all running in a little more than five minutes. So glad that we are fully backed up now and we feel great about the workmanship and overall deal. Our whole family highly recommends Calvert Generator and plan to keep our relationship with Matt for maintenance of our new system.

After looking hard to find a local generator repair service I found Calvert Generator and Matt. Matt answered the phone and set up an appointment for the following week. My 20 year old home generator would not start. Matt arrived on time and fixed the problem and throughly checked the unit and even checked the transfer switch and tested to be sure all operated perfectly. It was nice having someone who is professional and knowledgeable about how to troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot. The parts needed were on his truck including a new battery. I know most services would just say I need a new replacement. Matt had the generator humming like a new unit at a fraction of the cost.

Matt is a true professional. He came out during the holiday season when my previous maint company wasn't responsive it all. He quickly diagnosed a number of outstanding issues that had not been addressed by the previous company and fixed them perfectly. I won't hesitate to call him again when I need to replace this old generator or if I know anyone that needs help with a generator. Top notch service and just a very pleasant gentleman. Thought I would follow up at about the 1 year mark. I have used Calvert Generator multiple times. I was out in the yard today and my generator was running the weekly test run.
