"The Black Forest is a dark dining restaurant within Wyld Pines Public House where diners eat a seven-course meal in complete darkness. Chef Brandon Edgerton designs new menus every three months, utilizing local produce and accommodating 90 specialized diets and allergies. Diners wear blacked-out goggles and rely on their other senses to guess the components of each course.
