Google
I ordered the beef sticks, chicken cha-kreung, beef salawmachu, and mama wings. Everything was delicious. The chicken cha-kreung is a flavorful ground chicken dish with hints of lemon, and the beef salawmachu is a sour soup that reminds me of Filipino sinigang. This dish was my favorite. I don’t think you can go wrong with the menu. The wings were extra crispy and unique from other fried wings I’ve tried. I ordered there but in the future I’d order ahead to avoid the waits. But I wanted to ask about the menu and get recommendations. Most people do pickup orders but there are a few seats outside at their outdoor patio.

I find myself coming here more and more. Their garlic noodles are a must try! I know garlic noodles are very basic, but these are done very well. Clearly the chef has made this dish more than we could imagine. Be careful though, they sell out usually by the end of the night, so don't wait!

Google
First time visiting this spot and just trying Cambodian food in general. The food was delicious! The portions are nice and the trays were full with the prices reasonable. Service was fast, but there's a bit of a wait as the food is cooked fresh. There's free street parking but it's limited in a sketchy area, but the people here are good vibes. We had the Steak & Prahok Sauce w/rice, Prahok Ka-thiss w/veggies and rice, along with the chicken and beef sticks. The sauces were delicious, but it is mildly pungent with a bit of a kick to it as that is common in traditional South East Asian dishes.

Google
Great food, good portions, takeout only with a place to sit and eat on the side. Highly recommend bringing cash but you can do card for a fee. Chicken ka kreung is good, chicken skewers were very tender - cost around $25 for the plate and 3x skewers. Beef sold out early unfortunately!

Google
Amazing, I had the dried fried ribs with the Cambodian sauce .. & the Mongoli & beef over rice . Nice size portions can feed 2 ppl . Service great staff was very helpful

Google
“I recently tried Cambodian Street Food, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken and beef dishes were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend them to anyone craving authentic Cambodian flavors. Can’t wait to order again!” Hella Fire!

Google
Food was really good, however it is in a very sketchy neighborhood. They keep the door lock and you order from a window, outside eating area was dirty and very unsanitary. So it is best to get it to go. Ice coffee was great as well.

Google
Ngl- probably the best Khmer food I've had in a while? I ordered the lemongrass soup before visiting The Black Dahlia, and it made me realize how blessed I was to be alive! What a diamond in rough you'd never expect it?! Even after a month I'm still salivating over how hearty it was to have some traditional Southeast Asian Soul Food. These people know what they're doing! Go get some! 🙏 "Ack Khun Tron ah-own. Ma hope chayung main tayn. Ka yum net chee Moto BMW pee mun."

Yelp
If you havent tried the Cambodian street food spot in Oakland yet, you're really missing out. We pulled up and ordered pretty much everything on the menu, and everything hit. The steak was cooked perfectly, super tender, and the Pahok sauce took it to another level. It has that real Cambodian flavor... funky, salty, spicy, all the good stuff. The skewers were legit, the fried chicken was crispy, the garlic noodles had a ton of flavor, and the rice plates were loaded. Even the sides were good. You can tell the food is made with love, not rushed or thrown together. Yelp reviews don't lie! Prices were fair, portions were solid, and the people working there were hella friendly. If you want real Cambodian flavors in Oakland, this spot is worth the stop. I'd go back just for the steak with Pahok and grab a few more skewers while I'm at it.

Yelp
We were in the neighborhood for my son's basketball game and this was nearby so we stopped by to try. The restaurant is a shack with outdoor bar tops but no tables. You order through a steel mesh door and pay via a kiosk with half open entrance that you would normally see in neighborhoods that aren't too savory. We felt relatively safe with their R&B music blasting through inside the shack. The menu is merely pictures on the wall with no prices listed. We ordered quickly and waited for quite a while but felt good they were made fresh. I first got the Cambodian ice coffee and it was way too sweet. I should have known but it does have a good caffeine kick. We waited a while for the food order. The waiter was very friendly and we were hungry and excited to try their food. I got the papaya salad with Asian level spicy and boy am I right! It was spicy but very satisfying. The fried wings and ribs were delicious and we devoured them. I was too full to eat the beef sticks but managed to stuff it down. They were equally flavorful though at times harder to chew. Overall, this is a good place to try Cambodian street food and the vibe is electric. Be prepared to wait 20 mins for your food order longer.

Yelp
Tried the steak with prahok sauce and wow--it was incredible. The flavors were bold, savory, and exactly the kind of food that makes you stop mid-bite. Definitely recommend ordering the extra cucumber; it adds the perfect crunch and freshness with every bite. And don't skip the Thai tea--it ties the whole meal together. The service was top tier--they even brought the food out to my car. Wait time wasn't long at all, but you could tell everything was made fresh to order, which made it worth it. This dish instantly transported me--I already know it's going to be the very first thing I eat when I finally travel to Cambodia. A true hidden gem in Oakland.

Yelp
Keeping my review 5 stars, flavor was thanging and food was bussin. Def gonna come back whenever i'm in town to get some. Tip is to call and order ahead to avoid any waits. Satisfied my cravings since my folks too lazy to cook cambo food HAHA

Yelp
came by this spot today to try the beef and chicken stick platter with fried rice and fry fried ribs and was completely satisfied. Friendly service and the location lets you know the food will be fire. It took a while for the food to get fixed but it's well worth it. Very fresh ingredient, a multitude of flavors and came out hot. Place is definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
I heard good things about this spot. I don't know a lot of places that serve Cambodian food. I was curious to try it after seeing it over social media. If you're looking for something quick and easy to grab on the go, this is definitely the spot. Expect to wait for up to 30-45 minutes depending on time and day. My first experience here was not the best. I ordered their Mama Wings and Beef sticks. Unfortunately, the takeout box wasn't big enough to hold all of the wings so it felt like they just dumped it all in one plastic bag. Not to mention, I found a piece of hair in my food. This was pretty disappointing for my first time here.
google avatar

Sophia D.

Yelp
The operations/logistics of this spot is so poor but the food is SO GOOD that I don't mind waiting 45 minutes for my dish. I would definitely recommend calling in advance for your meal. There's also no prices posted anywhere but we paid ~$25 for a beef stick combo, a cambodian coffee, and 2 eggrolls on the side. The beef sticks were SO GOOD. Like amazingly delicious. They were smokey, sweet, and so tender. It was also a very generous portion, my husband and I shared and we had leftovers for later! You have to get the prahok sauce on the side, it was bold & so flavorful and I could literally eat that sauce over rice. The cambodian coffee was sweet and creamy and had a great kick to it. There's a few tables outside for outdoor seating but they're not well kept so we ate in our car! There's also ample parking in the area! We'll definitely be back to try their other dishes. This is my favorite cambodian spot so far!
google avatar

Reeven S.

Yelp
This restaurant is mostly takeout, with little seating area outside. The wait time can take a little bit longer, so some people just wait in the seating area or in their car. Thai tea was pretty solid. Beef chow mein and chicken fried rice were also pretty good. The chicken barbecue had so much flavor, but my favorite had to be the chicken larb. This was my first time having it and I've been craving it ever since. I only got it mild because I know Cambodian spice is not for me, but the dish was still packed with flavor!

Yelp
Cambodian Street Food has been the spot. It's definitely a whole in the wall food joint. I miss living in Oakland because If I wanted it, it was at my finger tips literally. Just thinking about them makes me want to take the drive out there and get some... Yes, the wait can be long, but why complain? It's fresh hot quality food. It ain't fast food! Parking is limited, most of the time you will find yourself double parked or parking across the street and having to take a little walk. Fried Rice 10/10. Chicken & Beef Sticks 10/10. Egg Rolls are to die for. Don't get me started on dried fried ribs, my favorite. Everything is hella flavorful and the portions are huge!!! I haven't been in a few years, but I know when I went they accepted card! So I wouldn't expect that to change I'm sure they still do accept card. They do have a little seating area outside where you can sit and eat there if you'd like. There's also a liquor store on the corner so if you're one who likes to smash chips over your food lol then, there's that!

Yelp
Came here with my parents to try something new that wasn't in their comfort zone; I've been here before with my girlfriend and we waited longer than the wait time last time, but wanted to give this place another try. Beef sticks were the only thing we enjoyed; Customer service at this place is TERRIBLE. Ordered the steak, chicken wings and beef sticks. They told me the wait time would be 25 minutes. I waited an hour for my food, they kept telling me 5 minutes after the initial 30 minutes passed. They were waiting on my wings; my mom asked about the food and and the lady made some snarky remark about not needing my mom to remind her about our order. 30 minutes later my food comes out. How long does it take to fry chicken wings? Our steak was luke warm at best probably because it was sitting there so long while our wings were being made. We didn't even eat it; probably should have asked for a refund instead, the rest of the food was hot though. Honestly, I wanted to give this place another shot before bringing my friends but I don't think I would recommend this place to friends or anyone after this catastrophe. My pictures below are of the prices here for the people since no one has the updated prices posted anywhere.

Yelp
Went there & no notice that they were closed. Maybe I would call before in addition to checking YELP. Make sure to also bring cash. So until then, I'll have to wait to visit them again

Yelp
Love this place! Everything I've ordered and tasted from them has incredible deep flavors. Papaya salad- order it spicy, it will open all your endorphins! If you don't like fish sauce, then this is not the app for you. Funky, salty, sweet, spicy, fresh herbs, it's quite tasty.. Beef skewers- packed with flavor and char on the beef. Pretty tender beef for the price they are selling them at. Think it's a lemongrass marinade Steak entree- standard, except for that unreal prahok sauce they serve with it. Fresh grilled beef, rice, fresh herbs, and that GD sauce! I need to try more of their menu, everything has been so good! Tiny place- little bit of outdoor seating and eating. IMHO, better to get a bunch of take out and eat at home. Street parking, seems easy to park in that neighborhood, but then again, I've only been there at lunch time.. Enjoy!

Yelp
I never had Cambodian food until I went here two years ago. First time I just had the chicken sticks with noodles and fried rice. I don't know what they put in their food but I have been hooked ever since lol. I recommend going early because sometimes they are out of the sticks (rightfully so) and place a phone call to order your food. I also have had the garlic prawns and the flavors in the meal are amazing, the shrimp pairs very well with the pineapple sauce and the Mac salad is prepped very well! If you go here make sure you get the Thai tea as it will be a good addition to your meal. Service wise everyone is super friendly. The people at the window are usually cracking jokes with me or just having casual conversations and I love how welcomed I feel every time I go!

Yelp
After visiting Oaklands coliseum, we were feeling a bit hungry. My daughter's friend recommended this place since he had been there once before. Once we arrived, we realized this is not a sit down restaurant. Many people got "to go" orders while we were there. The menu was extensive and posted outside by the order window. I ordered chicken crepe and my wife ordered the chow mein. It took awhile to get our food but well worth the wait. There is a long thin table outside with 4 stools. We proceeded to eat our food there. Flavors were excellent and spicy if ordered that way. Fresh ingredients and plenty of food. We will be back to sample other items. Definitely worth a visit for some good street food!!!

Yelp
Found this place on Instagram and had to check it out!!! When you pull up, there's a menu outside and it was easy to order. It wasn't busy when I went but I can only imagine a busy day! The food was SMACKINNNGGGG! I ain't never had dried fried ribs like theirs! Definitely my new favorite place! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
google avatar

Yelp
Food is very tasty, service was great, cook was great!! Customers were steady and continuous! Food was definitely freshly made, so wait is a bit , but worth it. A little joke in the wall type ... like literally!!! Usually are the best places to go. Must try!
google avatar

Jeanette L.

Yelp
This is our go to place for Cambodian food, everything is made to order by a family. They're friendly and accommodating while treating you like family. We had a bunch of dishes this night which each better than the next. Angel stuffed wings 8/10 stuffed to the max and Cooked to perfection. Mongolian Beef noodles made extraaa special and extra spicy. So yummy and the beef was marinated just right. Steak Pa Hok: I LOVE this staaanky sauce with rice and steak. Fried spare ribs the best!! Steak Skewers Cooked to. Perfection.
google avatar

Anthony G.

Yelp
Tldr: yummy food but you gotta wait Hack: check their instagram for specials! Saw this place on the socials, decided to give it a try. Ordered their shrimp/garlic noodle special, beef sticks and angel wings! Food was good and filling! Only challenge was it took maybe 45 minutes! Pineapple sauce with the shrimp, to die for!!

Yelp
Back with a FAV!!!! I have been here numerous of times , don't know why this my first time leaving a review!!! But I first came across them through ig, they are famous spot for Cambodian food... literally all family, and you can just tell there's someone in their kitchen cooking with soul. Sometimes it an older man or sometimes a younger lady. But it doesn't matter who cooks, THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD!!! I have never been disappointed!!! Just make sure you call and order because they can get very busy. I love how they have a variety of food and they make their own sauces!!!! Yes!!!! Get into their sauces, you won't find their sauces at other places I bet you!!! They are always super nice and I have never seen any customer exchange were there staff was unprofessional or rude!!! They are simply sharing some of there heritage with us, passed down from their relatives to them.. to us. I really appreciate them. Because I never ever thought about trying Cambodian food until I seen them on ig. You can order anything I'm pretty sure and it will be good!!! Check out a few dishes I have had. And I just just left and I finally got to try their coconut prawns special on Wednesday and they are FIRE!!!! I thank you guys at Cambodian Street food!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow !!!! This is such an East Bay type jam- I mean it's streetside with a little window covered in stickers and graffiti, but break yoself when the food comes !!! Succulent marinated beef skewers, rich and intoxicating curries, and angel soft sweet crepes are just what we tried- oh and do you remember egg rolls seasoned so expertly that sauce was not even needed ? Yeah this place has got the GOODS !!! Staff are chill and expertly packed our great order- I highly recommend this sneaky San Antonio hood place for a great meal
google avatar

Terry P.

Yelp
I love Cambodian street food. The beef sticks are amazing. The chicken on a stick is delicious too. The service was very simple and easy went up to the window. Took my order. Got my food in 15 minutes. it's outdoor seating so the ambience is nice and relaxing.

Alana a.

Yelp
candyyy, everytime ! best cambodian spot in the bay fasho. This is definitely a must try if youve never been
google avatar

Kendra F.

Yelp
I've been driving past and hearing about this place for a minute. When my coworker suggested it, the urge to go ignited in me and I came here last weekend. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice - smackin. Then I ordered the beef kabobs - also smackin. They were crispy around the edges which I loved. Too bad the pickled fruit was sold out when I arrived. I arrived shortly before or a little after 12 PM and it was gone. Service - it's a to-go order spot. Quick service just tell em what you want at the window. It took about 20 minutes for my order and they came to my car to give it to me. That was nice. Ambiance - it got busy shortly after I pulled up. It's a popular spot. I was double parked for a bit until a spot opened up.
google avatar

Andrew R.

Yelp
The beef larp, phenomenal; spicy (small kick), right amount of sour tinge, and then the beef was tender and the mix of flavors was amazing! Chicken wings are scrumptious, of the best "plain" fried chicken wings. Not oily and not salty, just perfect. Chicken skewers were good too. Not so much the beef, IMO. Also, not a fan of the dried fried ribs, too much bones (not enough meat) and why fill up with that when you can fill up with other stuff. The other side dishes are good, a solid Asian cuisine, different but the same (ya got to try it out to understand). Service is slow, but worth the wait, I can't imagine if there's a line. Ambiance is horrendous, but get here early and grab your food and eat it elsewhere. I ate there and wasn't bothered, but I wouldn't recommend eating and hanging out there if you're really not about "East Oakland" vibes.
google avatar

Eric S.

Yelp
Beef stick here is delicious, however, customer service here is terrible. Phone orders do not even work. Since most orders even if you were only getting 2 pieces of beef stick, the orders will take 30 sometimes 45 to one hour. They need to improve customer service. The food cost increased and the meat portion got smaller. Otherwise, the food here is good.
google avatar

Joe K.

Yelp
This is a family run business. The owner is very friendly. The food is very good. I watched a YouTube food tour of Oakland. Cambodian Street Food was 1 of 3 businesses featured. After the video, I had to give it a try. The steak prahok has great texture and just the right amount of fat. The fried ribs were nice and crunchy. The beef skewer was the most flavorful of the three. All were good. I'll come back to try their fried chicken wings and more beef skewers. I went around 2pm. They cook the food when you order. It took about 20 minutes. Everything was piping hot.
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
Heard so many good things about this spot and HAD to check it out!!! My friend and I came to try their skewers and it was so bomb. The flavors, the beef, the charred marks.... everything was so good!! We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order, which isn't bad since I'm sure we weren't the only customers. My friend also got the chicken skewer and said it was good too! I would love to try other items on the menu, but we went on a small food crawl around the east bay and went to hotboys after. Definitely coming back!!
google avatar

Adja J.

Yelp
I didn't like the way I saw another customer being treated over a side of sauce. It made we want to not come back. In this era of food influencers regular customers get no respect. There was a black young lady asking for a sauce that she claims to have paid for. I only witnessed the tail end of what was going so in all fairness I can't say whether or not she actually paid for it. What I can say is she was soft-spoken and not rude at all. On the other hand, the guy that worked there was very rude, disregarding and disrespectful in the way that he talked to her. I felt like he could've just given her the sauce and kept it pushing. It's not like they would've went out of business over it. Not to mention, she had a bag with 2 trays in it so it was evident that she spent money. It was busy so he had a lot going on but that's no excuse. His customer service overall sucked, TBH! I ordered the garlic pineapple prawns and the steak plate. The prawns were good. Well seasoned and fried. The garlic pineapple sauce was okay. I preferred the prawns without it. The noodles were good too. The steak plate and that sauce it came with wasn't my cup of tea. The steak was overcooked and the sauce was very much an acquired taste that I don't wish to acquire. Customer service was horrible and the food was okay. I wouldn't spend my money here again.
google avatar

KR S.

Yelp
This place pretty damn good! Got the chicken skewers with fried rice was hella good!! Also got the steak and the sauce the steak was good but the sauce not so much to my palate. The papaya salad was also good!! Would definitely slide back.
google avatar

Maya K.

Yelp
My first time here and trying Cambodian food and I love it! The owner is literally so sweet and nice! The food came out fast and really big portions! The sauce is sooo good! And I love the blue paintings everywhere! The seating area is cute and perfect for a date! I can't wait to come back!

Seini T.

Yelp
My favorite go to spot on my off days... their appetizer fried ribs really be hittin fr‍‍ I can eat like 3 boxes in one sitting. And the beef sticks with the cilantro sauce drizzled all over the top and more on the rice be sooooo. The while menu be bussin fr
google avatar

Ryan S.

Yelp
The owners are nice people. I'd recommend calling ahead of time for pick up. I've tried every item on their menu & thought everything was super flavorful. Highly recommend their skewers!
google avatar

Chanel D.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this food for a long time. Finally tried it the other day. I ordered the short ribs and the shrimp fried rice. The dry fried ribs were pretty good even later that night i ate them reheated. Good. The portion size was good enough to share. Eat. Then come back and eat later unless you're just greedy lol. The rice, I'll be honest i do not like the texture of the rice. I'm Korean so I'm used to sticky rice it tastes much better to me. I also don't like Indian rice so there's that. I enjoyed it and the portion size. I was lucky enough to order my food before the lunch rush so my food was done pretty quickly. I will be coming back to try more things
google avatar

Win Shwe Y.

Yelp
Papaya salad is really authentic!! Love it! Has a bit of wait time but worth it for the price. More of a take out place then sit down and eat but can't beat that price and authentic taste!!
google avatar

Karen Y.

Yelp
This was my first time having Cambodian street food. Located on international, this place is very quaint and small, allowing take out only with the options of Venmo, cash or visa as payment. There is a little window for you to order your food and a small seating area outdoor if you wish to eat there. I called in more order and it took exactly 25 mins as said. I ordered the beef skewer, chicken skewer, steak and Parok plate and mama wings. Everything was super fresh and my favorite was the mama wings. It was super crispy and did not have any reused fried oil taste. The skewers were juicy and $3/ea. My husband like dipping the skewers in Parok sauce from the steak plate.
google avatar

Monika T.

Yelp
I got to visit Cambodian Street Food after seeing many videos and following them. I was super stoked to try the different foods. Ordered the mama wings, papaya salad, banh xeo, chicken chow mein, and larb. There wasn't skewers left... mama wings were hot off the boiling oil, papaya salad was spicy, banh xeo could be tastier, chicken chow mein was average. Larb had the heat and saltiness. Service was good, Ambiance, they had a little space to eat, which one can observe the neighborhood. Overall, would come back to try other items.
google avatar

Diane N.

Yelp
So no photos because we ate that up like savages! lol I'm not even joking. We ordered beef chow mein, chicken wings (I think they're called mama wings?) and a steak dish. I had my coworker order it to go and we ate it at home. It was still bomb. The flavor. Wow, they do not skimp on that flavor and they have pretty good portions too. The chicken wings actually had the wing tip on it which I love and it had jalapeños all over it which gives it that spicy essence. I'm not a huge chow mein fan but the one Cambodian Street Food is cooking is DIFFERENT. Each time I get chow mein somewhere else, there's a lack of flavor and I end up having to put soy sauce on it. This is the one dish to get. I definitely need to come back to try the fried pork ribs too!
google avatar

Tina A.

Yelp
Omg so good! Prahok was on point, not too salt but just enough pungent! Salawmachu was very comforting and delicious with just enough spice. So good on a cold night Beef sticks super juicy and on point! I hate to say it's even better than my aunties but that's the truth. It's more ticket cut but so do tender All the aromas of the lemon grass, herbs, and spices were done so perfectly here, would definitely come again Outside seating only so bring a coat if you don't plan to take out 5 stars
google avatar

Francisco V.

Yelp
Instead of apologizing or appreciating that I didn't ask for a refund, Malinda, the business owner, left a dismissive message saying her workers wear hairnets--what a joke of an establishment. For a customer to leave a review, they usually have to be genuinely upset. In my case, I made a complaint because I found hair in my food after really looking forward to this place. If this is how the owner handles complaints, it's no wonder the place is where it is.
google avatar

Billy L.

Yelp
The area is sketch, so be careful where you park. You order from the window and not inside. I ordered 50 beef skewers for my housewarming a few days I'm advance. I picked them up on a Saturday and they were ready when I arrived. Compared to other Cambodian beef skewers I've had at other restaurants, these were on the chewy side. The flavor is good, but I wish they use better quality beef or a different cut. I'll have to try their other dishes and see if it's any good.
google avatar

Junnay B.

Yelp
I love this place!!! I'm from Socal Cambodia Town and I tried this place out for a quick homesick fix. The food is extremely authentic and had so many good dishes. A great place to try out true Cambodian for the first time without being intimidated. It's a small shop so it's also great to be supporting true cooks who love what they're doing. Best dishes: The steak & prahok, the soup, steak salad
google avatar

Jay C.

Yelp
This place is soo good!! I usually stick to my normal, chicken skewers with white rice...always a 10, always consistent. I've tried a few other items and they are all good. Place tends to get a little busy and there's no actual parking lot so sometimes you have to double park. Order ahead or be ready to wait 10-15 or so. They do have a bench seating area to eat or wait. 5 stars
google avatar

Brittney D.

Yelp
one of my new favorite spots in the bay for sure. a small order window with some seating out front, but they technically only do takeout/pick up. we ordered 9 things, and every single one was amazing. I was worried about spice level, but the only thing that was too much for my low tolerance was the papaya salad (which I could eat in small amounts lol). the wait was a bit long because of the line/it was Cambodian new year the weekend I went so not sure how long it is normally. there's enough parking around the block/front if anything. definitely going back!

Yelp
This small neighborhood joint is serving all types of HELLA GOOD at a reasonable price! When you get here, check out the menu to the left and order at the window to the right. Easy. *If you want drinks that aren't on the menu, go to the liquor store right next to it. Now on to the food! TAKE NOTES! Hahaha 1. Steak & Prahok Sauce w/ rice. BUSSIN! Brehhhhh, this was it for me! I ordered the steak medium rare and it was grilled to perfection. That side of Prahok! SHEESH! Dip that meat in it and everything is elevated. 2. Pickled Fruits. Mango served with a salt/ chili. Ooohhh weeee! 3. Mama Wings. A can't fail guaranteed favorite for everyone and yo mama! Crispy and juicy AF with that good seasoning. You don't need the sweet n sour sauce served with it . *It's not cash only! They accept cards and for the tech/ I just wanna tap it people, they have the QR codes for Zelle, Venmo, etc hahaha I felt like fortunes were placed in my hands after taking bites out of all the plates I ordered! Thank you Buddha!

Yelp
Prahok-Ka-Thiss with rice and veggies was sooo good! Although it took maybe 10-15 minutes for the food, it was well worth the wait! Steak was juicy and perfect medium-rare. The PRAHOK sauce makes my mouth water just thinking about it. It's this delicious blend of lemongrass, prahok, garlic, and herbs all combined into a spicy, sour deliciousness! I kept dipping my steak and cucumbers in it. It was so good, we inquired about buying an 8oz to take home! The pickled veggies were a perfect side! I love pickled anything and these were so good especially with the salt and chili flake mix served with it! Only thing is I wish there was a place to sit inside. There's a few spots to sit and eat your food underneath a shade. The workers are super nice and friendly! They made sure to check on us and see how we were doing. Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. it seems like a scrappy little family run operation and you always get your hopes up and want to see them succeed. I love Cambodian food and was hoping to see some real home cooking but they only have about five items on the menu that are actually Cambodian. The rest of the menu is American Chinese food which probably is good for sales but not great if you're looking for something spicy. That said, the Cambodian food that we did get was spicy, flavorful and pretty decent portions. You get a big container of food for each entree but the price is also reasonably high, so it's not a bargain compared to ordering from a sit-down place. if you're looking for a place that has American Chinese food for the kids and a few Cambodian entrees, this is a good choice. If you want a wide variety of Cambodian entrees, you probably need to go elsewhere.

Yelp
3.5 stars rounded up. I got the steak with prahok sauce, and my friend got the shrimp fried rice. Portions are pretty generous, and you could definitely eat two meals outta one order. The shrimp fried rice was decent. However, I wasn't so satisfied with my steak. After ordering and paying, the guy told me that my order would take 30 minutes because I ordered steak. So I thought dang this guy is really taking the steak seriously- I'm excited, but also confused why it would take that long? Upon receiving and eating my steak, I felt let down as I had asked for my steak to be medium rare, and the steak was basically well done in my eyes. Sad to say that I felt like the meat was a little dry and hard to chew. The prahok sauce is not bad and carried the steak. Local neighborhood joint - not much ambiance because it's pretty much a carry out store but they do have a quaint outdoor seating area with a nice mural. The folks who work here are nice and friendly.

Yelp
Its a little tuck spot with a outdoor dining. The wait is kind of long bit worth the wait. But overall

Yelp
Best Cambodian food in the Bay Area. It was worth the price and wait cause everything is made for perfect, the service was great, this like my third time here coming from Stockton and if I stay in San Jose so worth the drive. Best stuff chicken I ever had. Best beef on sticks and best Thai tea. I cant wait to try more food. Best bet is to call ahead but I like to order there cause it's really convenient. Parking might not be there so try your best to park at your own risk since it's a nice small place next to a convenient store. I cant wait to go back wish I could buy the whole menu lol but I will revisit as much i can to try everything. Here for appetizers
