I cannot understand why places like this exist! My food arrived, brocolli was fine, however my rice (which I ordered for my 5 year old to go with the broccoli), was burnt and mushy and looked as though it had been mixed around to disguise the blatant burnt pieces! The pad Thai, was definitely not authentically cooked, just noodles mixed with a bit of stock cube and water! Lastly the salt and pepper wings were soggy upon arrival! Ended up making something indoors, as we couldn’t eat what I ordered, so disappointing as I spent £37. Aabsolutely ridiculous! When I rang in to discuss the food, I was told there nothing more they could do. Save your money!!! On top of this my review was replied to with an email contact, in which I emailed the situation and they haven't even bothered to reply ..ludicrous!

Ordered from here before (exactly the same dishes) and it was lovely, absolute 10/10! Tonight on the other hand was the worst takeaway I've ever had and the customer service was even worse when I rang up saying that my tastebuds have chances? Maybe they are over run because it's NYE which I can understand... Either way, I wish I had COVID as I wouldn't be able to smell or taste this drivel. After this review and complaint, all the restaurant did was apologise (after I chased them for a week) and said it wouldn't happen again. No refund, no gesture of good will?? Nothing. TERRRIBLE customer service.

This was amazing! Went in there and service was so quick and food was worth it! We had a deal where we paid £14.50 for a starter/ desert with your main dish. Servings are very generous and worth your money. They also served free ice cream at the end! Ambience is nice and would recommend Thai green curry with either chicken or prawns

Update Chicken pad Thai was not pleasant, overbearing taste of a smoke flavour that was bearing on bad smell. Chicken was a bit tough. Green curry was good. Generous portions. Service was polite but lacking attention, focus presumably on take away. 4 stars changed to 3 star. Needs to improve. Old review: Ordered green curry, red curry and pad thai, all very nice. Rice was ok, very clumpy, also some of it was hard, wondering if its microwaved? Compostable packaging it seems, which is great I hope they manage to maintain standards.

Do not go here unless you like salty food, solid, dry rice, the chefs to hoover the ceiling (over your food) whilst cooking and visible mice deterrents. I recently dined at the Tooting Bec branch for a celebratory meal but our group of 5 left feeling extremely disappointed with our 6 mains, sides and drinks. My wild rice was so dry and undercooked that you could throw it at a wall and it would survive. The other jasmine rice bowls were almost just as bad. The Singapore noodles were incredibly sweet as sweet chilli sauce had been used instead of fresh chillis. All the dishes were incredibly salty (crispy beef, calamari, massaman curry) so we weren’t able to enjoy our meals. The worst part was watching the chefs cook and hoover the ceiling at the same time over our food! The head chef (who was also our waiter) apparently told them not to but clearly wasn’t too bothered. My crispy chilli chicken was the only good dish but does get a bit sweet towards the end. **UPDATE** Was offered 2 complimentary mains (despite 5 of us dining) but won’t be going back.

The perfect Thai for date night! Fast delivery and we loved that the packaging was all recyclable/compostable. Delicious vegan options too.

Look what you are getting ordering Aperol Spritz for 6.95 Absolutely joke, place over priced and staff with zero experience. Thinking about Thai food? This is the last place you should ever go.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to try the local Takeaway options. We were really pleased to find we have a lovely Thai place just a few minutes walk away from us. The food is excellent - very tasty, and prepared quickly (we collected 15 minutes after we ordered online). The portions are also surprisingly large. The takeaway boxes provided look deceptively small, so we were initially disappointed when we first opened the bag, however they actually seem to somehow contain much more food than you would imagine, and we ended up having some leftovers for the following day. Overall really impressed and we will be returning regularly
