An amazing experience for anyone who is looking for something different. The Airstreams are well equipped, clean and well looked after. The owners make sure you feel welcome and are friendly and have a clear love for their property and business. Breakfast is fresh, a lot of it is fit for vegans!! All beautiful local products that you enjoy in the garden. The honesty bar is well equipped and they even have home made Pizza's (which we didn't try unfortunately) We did rent the bikes for a day and explored the island. Highly recommend this great place!!!

The owners are lovely and kind, they were very helpful explaining us where to go and how to. The caravens are cosy and spacious, very clean and tidy. You can rent a bike in the camp if you wish. the kitchen is open 24/7 and is self service with food and soft/warm/alchohol drinks. Breakfast was delicious, handmade by the owner, with biological ingredients. We're looking forward to coming back! They definitely made us feel at home! 😊😊

If only I could rate this place with 6 starts ... The time goes on a slower pace in Camp Silver. It is very relaxing place, where you can sit down, do nothing and contemplate nature or you can enjoy some of the many proposals of the hosts. Just to name a few: rent a bike and go around the island, list of restaurants of different size and class, recommendations to visit diary farms, apple garden, strawberry picking place, etc. The free breakfast is healthy and diverse. You could also purchase drinks and snacks available 24/7. If you have special food diets or intolerances, you can count on the hosts to accomodate your needs. And lastly, the airstream caravans are very clean, they have heating and AC, the bathroom is big enough even for a hotel room, and the hot water and electricity do not end.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Hilfsbereit und alles sauber. Airstream Wohnwagen top,doch die Wiese pitschnass und voller Wasser. Mussten Gummiklogs kaufen um nicht dauernd nasse Füße zu haben. Frühstück OK, aber jeden Tag gleich. Waren 2 Nächte dort. Gerade zu Ostern hätte ich mir nen kleinen Schokohasen oder ein buntes Ei gewünscht. In der Abwechslung ist noch reichlich Luft nach oben. Sonst alles nett im Korb serviert. Fazit: kann man mal machen, für 2-3 Tage OK. Außer den airstreams und der nicht geheizten Sauna gibt es da nix. Schlafen kann man in den Air streams super, Sanitärbereich darin sauber und top. Zugang nur über nasse Wiese. Alles wirkt noch jung und im Aufbau, nur der Preis mit min. 130€ ist schon professionell .

Island getaway, de naam zegt het al. Wat een fantastische plek om even te ontsnappen. Op 2 uurtjes rijden vanaf Utrecht, ben je even in een hele andere wereld. Hier kom je echt tot rust. En wat fijn dat er ook gewoon originele, goed doordachte en creatieve overnachtingen te boeken zijn op Texel, dit is zeker een aanrader! Inmiddels al 2 keer geweest en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar deze zomer.

De airstreamers zijn prachtig. De plek en de bijgebouwen overigens ook. Vriendelijk ontvangst, goed ontbijt. De airstreamers staan wel op een kale plek bij elkaar. Dat zou wat groener kunnen en met wat privacy. We hadden gedacht van de hemel te kunnen genieten vanuit het bed. Dat lukt helaas niet, dakraampje is klein en te vuil om doorheen te kunnen kijken, dat zou nl super zijn. We hebben de veganistische pizza's gegeten maar die vielen niet echt lekker, geen idee waar dat aan lag......

Ein grosses haus, stilvoll eingerichtet. Recht hellhörig da aus holz, es gibt ein bad mit dusche und wanne whirlpool, 3 toiletten aber dafür. Einen grossen tisch und einen kleinen und im eingangsbereich noch einen grösseren. Nespresso maschine. Alles sauber, jedoch an der hauptstr. Und die zimmer nach vorn raus sind echt laut. Und im winter braucht es echt bis es einigermassen wärmer als 15grad wird. Sauna kostet leider 25euro pro stunde..

Echt een heerlijke ervaring in deze toffe airstream! Overal is aan gedacht, mooie producten in de badkamer, heerlijke plaids, sfeervolle kaarsen en goede tips voor wandelingen en restaurantjes. Echt tot rust komen en gewoon genieten! Dank voor de gastvrijheid en tot volgend jaar!
