This is the World’s Best Exhibition Worth Travelling For in 2026, According to Time Out

Participating as one of five brilliant venues in the 25th Biennale of Sydney, this arts centre will showcase a share of the biennale’s impressive, moving and thought-provoking works. In 2026 it will exhibit art focused on the theme of ‘rememory’, encouraging the revisiting and reconstruction of marginalised personal, familial and collective histories, and it will be free to visit throughout the March 14 to June 14 city-wide event. - Liv Kelly

This place is full of surprises, the art centre is very interesting and free of charge. Inside you can also find a great coffee place with fantastic food and beautiful Chinese garden . It’s sort of a place you like to come back and relax 😎

Located at 1 Art Gallery Road, Campbelltown, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. A wonderful place I didn’t know existed until we went. The Japanese Garden was so beautiful and peaceful. Really well planned out. You could sit there for hours I think. The cafe was great, I had scones, jam and cream which were delicious. The rest of the gallery had some great artwork. I am really glad I got to go here. Thumbs Up!!👍👍👍👍

This is a lovely spot to relax with loved ones and check out some fantastic art. The Japanese garden is very tranquil and sits next to the Cafe which was closed when we were there (though I have heard it's good). The gallery space was spacious and contained some great pieces. I would have loved a little bit more in the way of info about the artists and their inspiration. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. Will definitely return.

This place is a small art centre but it is a really great place visiting. I started walking through the art centre coffee shop in the Japanese garden. I do love a beautiful Japanese garden and big fishes in Koi pond. I just have a rest with a nice garden and then I walked through the small bridge to see the outdoor arts. After I had enjoyed the Japanese garden and outdoor art area, I had nice ice chocolate at the art centre coffee shop. Friendly staffs and good service. Indoor arts are so interested.

A nice art gallery with interesting paintings on exhibition. It is a kids and pram friendly place. It won't take you long to see all the paintings. The cafe was unfortunately closed, however the Japanese garden outside was still accessible which is beautiful and serenic. Entry and parking is free. You could (in theory) bring in a picnic lunch. A pleasant visit.
