Camping Is Aruttas

The beach is beautiful, l the campsite is horrible. Dirty, mouse infested trash everywhere. Staff was OK, but it didn't make up for the crappy overall experience. Don't camp here. Run as fast as you can. Sardinia has plentiful better locations.

The photo shows the pile of trash near the entrance. This site has so much potential but is in desperate need of TLC. It’s overgrown with a green pool and many electric outlets do not work. The nearest grocery is 20 minutes by car so we were shown their camp market and the stench was like something had died in there! We couldn’t leave there fast enough. The advertised pizzeria was not available for pizza only drinks, with millions of flies everywhere. They changed the price for two people with a car and a tent three times. There were no prices advertised anywhere, so we couldn’t argue. We ended up paying 20 euros each and then they wanted to charge more for electric. I will say that the pitch where we camped was quiet, flat shady and peaceful. The beach is about a kilometer walk. The bathrooms were fairly new but not clean. I rarely leave poor reviews but I felt a need to warn others.

My 3 stars come from a 5 stars for the camping position, and a 1 star on the state of the camping. The camping is 10 minutes walk from one of the most stunning beaches in Sardinia. The camping could be very enjoyable. But unfortunately it is run severely run down. The toilettes were disaster. The swimming pool is basically abandoned. It is a shame to see so much potential and so little interest in using it....

The best beach for me on Sardinia. A lo of paths to walk all along the beach. Beach is fascinating. The blue sea agains the white sand- sand is the size of a rice grains

The worst camp i have ever seen. Dirty, smell, broken equipment... Very bad! There were broken dishes in the sinks, unwashed toilets full of feces. I was afraid to touch anything there. The only positive thing was the beautiful beach - Is Arutas is very beautiful. But camp I do not recommend!!

This camping is great value for money. It's located next to one of the best beaches of the island (2 minutes on foot). Powerful showers with no coins and no time limits and the washing machine/dryers corner are great adds. The pitches are shaded and the employees are easy going and friendly. The relaxed atmosphere is the overall advantage of the place but the great pizza served at the bar pizzeria also gives it a nice touch.

The only positive part of the camping is the friendly and professional service provided by the bar restaurant staff located by the entrance. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The camping location has great potential but needs a lot of work to be added on a map as real camping area. Bungalows are aged, recycling area should be hidden by a fence, firehouse glass should be replaced and more. Need more attention to detail.
