"This elegant fine-dining restaurant situated within the Chapter Hotel, the brainchild of the South African designer Tristan Du Plessis, has been designed as an evening venue with a darkly lit ambience. Here, chef Alessandro Pietropaoli conjures up contemporary, cosmopolitan cuisine with a combination of Roman, Italian and international influences." - Michelin Inspector

We had the pleasure of spending New Year’s Eve at this restaurant, and everything was simply wonderful. The food was outstanding: each dish was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail and excellent ingredients. A special mention goes to the homemade bread, served in two variations, accompanied by a high-quality Lazio olive oil and delicious butter. The white truffle risotto was exceptional, as were the lamb and the quail. The pastries served with the coffee were a lovely surprise. The Sagrantino di Montefalco was the perfect pairing. The service truly stood out: the restaurant manager, sommelier, and waitstaff were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. A memorable New Year’s Eve experience. I definitely suggest to try this place!

We had dinner at CAMPOCORI and the experience was visually impressive from the start. The chef sent out a complimentary selection of small bites — beautifully plated, each dish looking like a piece of art. However, despite the elegant presentation, the flavors felt a bit bland and lacked a standout taste. For the main courses, we tried the trout fish dish, served with a theatrical touch as the waiter poured the sauce at the table. Again, the presentation was excellent, but the flavor was only average. The rabbit main course followed the same pattern — creative plating, but the taste did not quite meet the expectations set by the visual appeal. We ended the meal with a hazelnut and chocolate dessert, which was definitely the highlight of the evening — rich, balanced, and delicious. In summary: excellent service and stunning presentation, but in our opinion, the flavors didn't fully match the high level of the aesthetics.

Went occasionally by this hidden gem of Rome, while wandering around Marcello theater and surroundings, and happened to visit this place twice in two days. After touristy streets and noisy crowds, overfilled taverns and long waiting times, it was a delight to land in a chilled and caring atmosphere of this restaurant. I have enjoyed privacy and politeness, appreciated surprises in tastes and relaxed in caring attention of the personnel, who call you by name and is there for you to gain an unforgettable dining experience. If you are looking for something outstanding in Rome, the place is here. Remember to book. I have also loved taking a drink at a roof top bar over the restaurant and concluding a hectic day watching sunset above of the old Rome.

Amazing food and service. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have a good night. I ordered carbonara and some how I think it is too hard, it could be me. And the staff see that i did not eat much and offer me another pasta and it was the best pasta I ever had. They then gave me some small dessert to end the night. It was such a night evening. Totally recommended and best night in Rome. Forgot to mention they have the best bread!!

We chose Campocori Restaurant for two reasons. First, it was located in our Chapter Roma hotel. Second, we saw that it was listed in the Michelin Guide. Dinner was delicious, and the service was excellent. Special shout-out to Sean, who is the real star of this place!

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to eat in. The service was exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and above all, genuinely friendly. The food was fantastic; the combinations of ingredients and flavours were perfect. My favourite was the Tagliatelle. When I'm lucky enough to visit again, I will start with the Guinea Fowl, then the Tagliatelle, and either the rabbit or the lamb (both excellent), finished with the Hazelnut dessert. I would also highly recommend going with the sommelier's choice of wines—they were spot on. An unforgettable dining experience in Rome!

I had 6 course tasting menu and wine pairing. The food is amazing and the service is great. I was told they just changed their season menu, looking forward for next visit trying different menu in the future.

We had the emotion tasting menu. Highlight: the bread - streaming; crunchy outside; soft inside. Absolutely wonderful. Lowlight: the rissoto was a letdown. It was overly salty, and the frog legs were ok. I'd say overall the service was better than the food.
